I was referred to Bonanza East Dental by a good family friend, and I’m so thankful for the recommendation! I had a dental emergency while traveling through Las Vegas after my tooth chipped, and I was in so much pain.

Dr. Lewis, the nurses, and the entire staff were awesome! Being 8 months pregnant and scheduled to leave Vegas just two days later, I was especially concerned about getting the care I needed safely and quickly. They were able to examine my tooth and refer me to a surgeon who could assist with having it pulled safely during my pregnancy—and I was able to get everything taken care of that same day!

They were truly lifesavers! Thank you so much, Bonanza East Dental, for taking such great care of me during a stressful situation. Whenever I’m back in town and need a dentist, this will definitely be my place to go!

I just recently relocated to Vegas last year and found it extremely difficult to find a primary care/neurologists but this was the easiest decision in over a decade hands down the best. I am not a dental office connoisseur, however, I do get my teeth cleaned as recommended by the "professionals". While I am definitely not the most responsible person with teeth, my teeth have held out for quite a few years and I imagine this is thanks to the great team at Bonanza East Dental.

Setting an appointment has always been easy, interaction with the whole team is always a breeze and the pain is minimal. I've had some rough cleanings in my life and I am so happy that none of these shenanigans occurred at this office, they have always been epic in my opinion. I also appreciate that just by simply following directions, brushing and flossing etc, I attend my appointments and I don't have "imaginary " cavities like I would at other dental offices, Dr.Lewis is always thorough and honest, unlike other offices I've dealt with.

Overall, I find that being happy is hard sometimes especially when it's something that doesn't bring us joy, who is excited to see doctors? If you raised your hand, please seek a specialist... joy comes from food, entertainment, heck even exercise. However, this dentist office should probably provide you with some joy and make the experience as smooth as possible. Best of luck to you and don't take my word for it, I'm just a random in this world full of opinionated people.

Most people I know fret when it's time to visit the dentist. I've been visiting Dr. Lewis since he came on board (and previously, Dr Sill!). With confidence, I can tell you this is the best experience and I recommend them every time someone tells me they hate their dentist or are shopping for a new one.

Every visit has been a positive experience: there is a lot of "watching"--not drilling my mouth uselessly, there are always answers to whatever questions I have, and the staff are all friendly and timely. I can't recommend Bonanza East Dental enough!

Mrs. Sill brought me to her husband before they moved. He expertly and patiently removed a broken tooth that was plaguing me. Even though I am terrified of going to the dentist he got the tooth out fast with his new replacement looking on. They were both very kind to me and my situation.

I have only been in twice, maybe three times and every single time I have been made to feel unwelcome for like a hassle because of my need for a family dentist. (If you’re unwilling to accommodate families, please advise of that prior to making the appointments)
The last visit really was the last straw when
I went in to get a quick filling, should not have taken long at all, I’ve done many before.
I had my two children with me and the youngest was crying because he just wanted mom.
The appointment should have been less than 5 minutes to fix.( I’ve done this many times before)
Because of the dentist want to use anasthesia (unnecessary) and need to wait on doctor etc.. the children grew restless.
We got through the procedure and the doctor told the front desk agent to tell me that

I AM NO LONGER ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN IN TO MY APPOINTMENT UNLESS THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY GETTING WORK DONE, that it’s best for me to leave them at home.

LIKE I SAID, we are a military family, MY HUSBAND IS DEPLOYED, how am I supposed to come into appointments and leave my children at home in this scenario!? Simply because of minor crying or babies just being babies?

I am so disgusted that this is how the doctor chose to respond to our visit.
I have already switched doctors and want to warn any and all other families, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AS YOUR OFFICE. They are rude and inconsiderate. Have zero tolerance for children.
And honestly make a quick dentist trip too long in my opinion.

Please fix your description if you are not going to honor families as patients.

Only the most spectacular dentist, I usually fall asleep while getting my teeth filled and once he pulled out my tooth and I didn't know it was out! Such a very clean and relaxing environment. Now Thanks to Kelsey who works at a school I drive school bus for, I have found a dentist that I do not dread going to. I can get right in, and leave pain free. Donna is unfriendly and belittling. I just had a painful experience because Donna told me that my procedure was simple and only a little prodding and pulling. She lied!!
