I had an appointment with Dr. Baker on June 23 at 3:40 p.m. Prior to my visit, I completed all paperwork online, including uploading my driver’s license, insurance card. I also received confirmation that all paperwork had been completed, along with appointment reminders confirming my 3:40 p.m. appointment time.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told to arrive 30 minutes early, which I assumed was to allow time for paperwork. Since everything had already been completed and approved in advance, I believed arriving 15 minutes early was sufficient.

When I arrived, I was told I would not be seen because I had not arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. After some discussion, I was able to see Heather, the PA, who was excellent.

My concern is not with the care I received, but with the communication of the office policy. If arriving 30 minutes early is required regardless of whether paperwork has been completed, that should be clearly communicated to patients in appointment reminders and confirmations.

Dr. Baker was professional and took his time to explain his rationale for his decisions. That I did not agree with his prognosis does not detract from his professionalism. He came highly recommended! I wish he had been more receptive to my priorities as a patient, but if I had agreed with his plan, I am confident he would have provided excellent care.

Dr. Bradley S. Baker was excellent. He explained everything that I needed to know in order for me to make an informed choice on weather I should continue with my current treatment plan on taking shots to relieve or mass the pain in my shoulder. Left the decision up to me completely. I elected to do surgery for a more permanent solution to my injuries. I can't wait for the procedure to happen. I am 💯 percent sure he will do an exceptional job for me.

I would love to give 10 stars to this amazing orthopedic and spine specialist/doctors and his entire staff.Dr. Bradley Baker. I prayed and made the best decision….Everything went smooth with my left knee replacement. He is beyond an orthopedic and spine specialist… I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately Dr. Baker spent less than five minutes with me. I have been fighting the health system to be seen for my knee issue for months. I was very excited to finally see an orthopedic doctor. However, I was not given time for questions and he was reaching for the door to leave as I was trying to speak with him. Since this is a very scary event for me, effecting my quality of life I would have expected more information. He prescribed a shot and basically said lets wait and see not addressing any injury I spoke about. I had to ask questions of the nurse after the initial shock and not knowing how to advocate for myself and health. The proactive mannerism I was hoping for was completely neglected. I am hopeful that the shot will be effective. Be prepareded to research before hand and know what to ask quickly before he leaves. At least the nurse had a good bedside manner.
