I visited this office for a consultation regarding full upper and lower dentures. The dentist was excellent, personable, and took the time to explain the process. The front desk staff I interacted with were also friendly and professional.

My issue was not with the dentist, the quoted cost, or the treatment plan. I was quoted approximately $2,100 for dentures, which was within the range I expected and was prepared to pay.

During the appointment I stepped outside to verify insurance information directly with Delta Dental because there was a question about whether my previous denture treatment had already exhausted my benefit. After speaking with Delta, I received a clear answer and returned intending to continue the process after the office's lunch break.

What concerned me was the pressure to make an immediate decision and the lack of clear answers about exactly what was included in the quoted price. The dentist explained that adjustments would be made until the dentures were right, but when I asked reasonable questions about what was included for $2,100, I was not given much information beyond the price itself.

When I returned to let the office know I would come back after lunch, I felt dismissed rather than welcomed. At that point I decided to seek treatment elsewhere.

I want to be clear that I have no complaints about the dentist herself or the quoted price. My decision was based on the way the process was handled once I needed a few minutes to verify insurance and ask questions before committing to treatment. If not for Mary, I would have looked forward to working with the rest of the team!

To be perfectly honest with you I felt like I had arrived home, they took good care of me. I felt welcomed there, both times that I visited. I just don't get that feeling everywhere I go, to doctor's offices and places of the sort. I was literally saying this to myself while there speaking with Maria at the front desk so warm and welcoming from the front to the back! I need to feel a connection, like the people talking care of me generally care and that was my experience at Brighton Dental on Bonanza and Nellis! I can see Brighton Dental taking care of all of my dental needs for the rest of my life! They passed the first impression test and I wasn't even looking for it 🤷🏿 go figure🙆🏿

I'm very unhappy with the staff the one's handled my insurance, they give me a Dr.to do may dental care and now my insurance said that the insurance dosen't cover that Dr. Because the mistake they make on that office I'm going to pay $1729.38, plus I still paying for the work supposed not cover my insurance not fear what they did to me. Two problems. Went in to get a tooth pulled. Was there 2 hours. Most importantly, they paid no attention to the medical info I gave them. I have CKD, chronic kidney disease. The RX they gave me for pain relief was 800 mg. Motrin. If I had taken it, my kidney function would have fallen like a rock. There was no excuse for this. I will never go back here again.

Brought my son there because he was hurting with a bad tooth. When we walked in the reception, it was very welcoming. Everybody in the office was very nice and it felt like everybody cared. It was an easy process. My son was little nervous about going in, but by the time he left, he said he really liked everybody and everybody made him feel better about his teeth. My son has nice teeth, but he was a little concerned that he had a lot of cavities but come to find out he did not. It was his wisdom tooth.
As I sat there waiting room, I started talking to the receptionist. So now I have switched dentist my husband and I both have an appointment with this company on the same day to have some major dental issues fixed. Like everything else in Vegas, it takes so long to get an appointment, but I was able to get an appointment for the following week.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. tran and his ortho assistant Daniel during my visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable right away. Daniel was thorough in explaining my condition and treatment options, taking the time to answer all my questions he was incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and checking in on my comfort throughout the appointment. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommend this team for anyone seeking orthodontic treatment!

I had a toothache that came in out of the blue. I. Called the office and Ms.Mary was able to get me in immediately. I went in and although I was very irritated the staff was never affected by my attitude and or shortness I was displaying at certain moments. They were extremely concerned about freeing me from my pain. The dentist was so welcoming and explained all of my options. I made the choice of 'extraction' and I was so nervous of being awake for the process. He made it seems so simple. I was so happy and full of relief, I gave him the biggest hug. I mad had startled him. Long story short, they were so professional and very concerned. If you have any reservations about going to see a dentist, you will not feel like this at this office. EVERYONE IS AMAZING!!!!!

This was my first visit at this location. Great customer service. Alo and Mary up front we very pleasent. Jen the dental assistant did my X-rays she was fast and painless. Dr Park is amazing I will be for sure coming back to see him. He was very gentle and kind. Great place highly recommended.

Said they took my insurance when they didnt, now I have to fork out $400 that I dont have. The practice is sketchy, dentist barely paid anttention to me, building is cramped and run down. Dont trust these guys with your health

I’ve been a patient for a little over a year, and I always have a pleasant experience. ( I mean as pleasant as it can be at a dentist). The hygienists are very kind and care about your oral health. They always explain everything simply. I went to another dentist who claimed I needed $4000 in work but when I went to Brighton, they told the same services would be $1000. Very satisfied.

Beware!!!
I called and scheduled a cleaning and check up on a Friday, the got me in on Monday. Very quick I thought. While sitting in the waiting room I see a sign saying “new patients get no cost exam with x-rays”. Nice!
After ex-rays the doctor said they look good and then did a physical check and named off some problems to quote me… did not do a cleaning…
I know my insurance pays for 4 cleanings per year and no deductible so I figured I’m good to go with maybe a small co-pay charge. Apparently not…
They charged me 84.00 for exam and ex-rays (that from what I saw on the sign should be free and told me that is for people without insurance). So if I didn’t provide my insurance it would have been free? What is the point of insurance?
Then proceed to quote me a list of deep gum cleaning (2 visits) with antibiotics, 2 fillings (1 fell out and a re-do of another) and over 900.00 for 3 visits with insurance coverage…
I don’t have any pain, I just want to be responsible and proactive with my teeth. I don’t think this is the right place for me. I can have a vacation with my family in Mexico and all 3 of us get cleaning and fillings done for less than that. I get the feeling they want more than insurance will cover and rob from individuals. I’d rather go somewhere with integrity in their business model.
