Dr. Gill and her entire team are truly amazing at what they do! I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist, but after coming here for about a year, I can honestly say that every visit has been a positive experience. The entire team goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, and they always make the process as smooth and painless as possible.

I also really appreciate how transparent they are about pricing and treatment. Dr. Gill is incredibly patient and thorough, and Veronica is always so kind and welcoming.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Hallie. I’ve been genuinely impressed by how much she is learning and how confidently she is developing her skills. Hallie assisted Dr. Gill during my root canal, and she helped make what could have been a very stressful experience much easier for me. I was extremely nervous and visibly shaking, and she went out of her way to make me more comfortable. Even bringing me a pillow so I could relax.

One of my favorite things about this office is that it’s an all-women team. There’s such a supportive, professional, and empowering atmosphere, and I truly feel safe and cared for whenever I’m here.

I love this dental team! I originally came in to have a broken tooth taken care of, which ultimately led to having it pulled and getting a dental bridge. It was definitely a process, but they made it such a smooth one. Over the course of 4 or 5 appointments, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, caring, patient, and knowledgeable. They always made sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable throughout the process. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, the bridge looks and feels great and I truly appreciate the care I received. Definitely recommend this team!

This place is amazing! I never leave reviews, but for this place I just had to. I brought my son here in hopes of a solution to another dentist's blunder. It was a very unique and extremely challenging situation.

I've taken construction jobs that I ended up regretting. I just wanted to say, "Here, take your money back. It's not worth this headache." and walk out of the yard. You can't do that, though. If you have any professionalism or integrity, you have to see it through. If I make a mess, I'm gonna clean it up. For a doctor to take take total ownership of SOMEONE ELSES'S mess is next level professional integrity.

Here's the crazy part, Dr. Gill didn't give up on my boy, not because she was obligated to, she wasn't, she did so because she genuinely cares. She doesn't know us at all, but just as a good person, as kind and decent human being, she wanted to help my son. I realize it's not my place to speak to someone else's intentions and motivations, but I can tell you I know that for an absolute fact. There was no mistaking it.

He's got a bone thing going on which means there's a pretty good chance his body would reject any kind of implant. The routine procedure of just pulling the tooth could have much more significant, life-long implications for him than it might for most people. She recognized this fact and was empathetic to it.

Dr.Gill's talent and tenacity saved my boy's tooth, and I'm sure she probably lost money in the process. It took 5 or 6 visits and a half court shot at the buzzer of double overtime to pull off this miracle. I'd like to think most people care, but I'd also bet there are far fewer people that care when it costs them to.

So, of course, Dr. Gill is the star of the production, but it's the crew that makes the star sparkle. She has one hell of a team! Each and every person in that office is a first-rate, top-notch, best-in-class professional. They are all so sharp, friendly, caring, warm, and easy to work with. They're so accommodating. You can schedule and communicate with them by text. (BTW - don't send them a text at 10pm thinking they'll receive it and get back to you during business hours like I did. Because someone will respond right then, and you'll feel like an ass like I did.). They all go above and beyond, and they're the reason Dr. Gill is such a rock star! I suspect she knows that, though. Because assembling such a great team is not easy. It doesn't happen by accident.

Buffalo 215 Dental is one of the best, if not THE best, professional office (of any trade) that I've ever had the pleasure visiting. I am very grateful for the care they have provided and shown my son.

P.S. - I'm really terribly sorry he bit Veronica.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom came here and she was treated so poorly no patience for the elderly patients. The manager is rude. She talked to her as if my mom didn’t understand what she was saying. She continued to belittle her and rushed things as if it was bothering her, that she had to be away from her cell phone. It’s a nice office and the reason I came was because of the reviews. But save your time. And most of all save your parents from enduring mistreatment.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so other anxious dental patients can make an informed choice. I had a deep cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction here last year, and the care I received fell far below what I expected especially after letting them know ahead of time that I have significant dental anxiety. After my extraction, I was still bleeding but was sent home without any gauze placed in my mouth. I didn’t realize how much blood I was swallowing until the drive home, which made me extremely sick and I ended up vomiting straight blood. I was not given any pain medication at the appointment and had to call afterward to request something. They only prescribed ibuprofen, which did very little, and the next week was one of the most painful experiences of my life. At my one week check in, not only did the same assistant almost rip my stitches out but they told me I had developed a dry socket (which can happen when a proper clot never forms), and even the staff acknowledged their mistakes at that visit. Because of this, I reached out hoping they might offer some kind of goodwill gesture even something small like a discount on the two fillings I still needed especially considering how traumatic the experience had been and how much they knew I struggled with dental anxiety. Instead, they emailed back saying they “investigated the situation” and found no wrongdoing, which was confusing since they had already apologized in person. The dismissal honestly made the whole situation feel even worse. This experience severely increased my dental anxiety and made it much harder for me to trust dentists again. I’m sharing this not out of pettiness, but because I wish someone had warned me before I went through it. I hope the clinic takes this as constructive feedback and improves how they handle post procedure care and communication with anxious patients.

I’ve been here a few times now, and the service has been consistently great. Most recently, I had a crown done, and I was really impressed with how thorough and attentive the process was. During the fitting, they took the time to check it multiple times to make sure everything was just right.

When it came time to place the crown, the dentist didn’t rush at all. They spent a good amount of time making careful adjustments to ensure it felt comfortable and natural before finalizing it. Great Dental office. I suffer from a lot of anxiety and I am usually afraid to go to any type of Doctor but coming to Buffalo 215 Dental was a good experience. The Dentist was gentle, kind and understanding. The office staff, office manager and Dental assistant were also kind and understanding. Thank you all for making my tooth pain go away 🫂🤗

Before coming here I had not seen a dentist in 10 years. I was incredibly nervous about feeling shamed about the state of my teeth, or feeling like I would be blamed even though i didn’t have proper insurance prior. The doctor and her staff were so wonderful I actually left hopeful about my journey to being healthy dentally again. Dr Gill explained where my pain was coming from without making me feel like it was my fault and explained the steps she recommended I take. John did an incredible job taking care of me throughout the first session of my root canal, he got me water, let me change the channels on the tv, and consistently asked me if I needed breaks. The team here are amazing and if you are like me and are worried about the same things I was, this is the dentist for you.

I had my first dental emergency, and just moving to Vegas I had no time to research dentists, and simply went off reviews….so glad I did! Dr. Gill is simply wonderful and made me feel comfortable during what I felt was a scary procedure. The entire staff, from reception on back were very friendly and helpful. I am moving across town now but will continue to make the drive to see Dr. Gill and staff, I won’t go anywhere else!

As my first visit I was very impressed. Dentist visit has given me anxiety and fear due to having alot of pain after visit or root canals not being done right.

I may have found my new Dentist, looking to be a returning customer and hopefully get the rest of my issues fixed. Shout out to the Hygienist, Dentist and her assistant. Dr. Gill and her team gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. The office has been designed to prioritize patient comfort, from having TVs in the rooms and music playing, it felt like less of being in a medical office, and more like being at a spa almost. From start to finish they were very efficient. I was able to get an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning all done in the same day as a new patient. From start to finish, it really was not that long in the appointment. Less than an hour and a half. They were very timely and didn’t have me waiting at all. The staff are friendly and well educated. They are very thorough with everything that they do. Dr. Gill herself was very gentle, and was not trying to push unnecessary treatment onto me. I really appreciated that. My cleaning was not uncomfortable even though it had been years since I had one! I even started feeling asleep a little haha. Overall, there’s good parking. It’s right off the freeway so it’s pretty easy to get to. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for something different from a lot of the dental offices here in Vegas that kind of run like a mill trying to get you in and out as fast as possible without actually caring for you. They CARE for you HERE. Looking forward to my next appointment 😊 Great job everyone!

Very helpful, friendly staff. They greet you with a warm welcome. The assistants and the doctor are extremely thorough and understanding and make you feel comfortable. Throughout my root canal procedure, the doctor was very careful and checked in to make sure I was not in pain intermittently. The office is very clean and offer complimentary beverages up front. Growing up, I was weary and afraid of going to the dentist, but this office I love! Credit to my wife for finding this dentist.

Positives: clean facility, friendly staff, competent doctors

Negatives: came in with the lowest tier insurance and was quoted as such. Quoted for several issues but notably diagnosed for needing a deep dental cleaning that is not covered by my plan. Because of said diagnosis, I disqualified from having the basic dental prophylaxis. Instead of being a preventive measure, my appointment only accomplished X-rays and general examination. Instead of preventative care, no care was performed at all.

Recommendation: dental care should prioritize preventative care, especially when insurance is involved. Instead, this prevented a patient from getting care now and delayed treatment.

Had great experience on both check up and deep cleaning. Both dentist and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Since I moved from east to west side of town I wanted a closer office to my home this was perfect less 10 min. Had bad year2024 switching jobs which had made me not keep up with my teeth healthy causing the deep clean so I was nervous especially since I haven’t been wearing my rentainer and flossing regularly which is big must. Broke my water pick last year now I bought new one. Excited to keep coming for my cleaning to achieve my healthy and bright smile

First dentist visit in years, was a bit nervous but the team made it so easy and ended up being a very pleasant experience

From scheduling, to signing up, and the service.

Front desk was very welcoming and thoroughly explained the process.

I had some x rays and an exam for my first visit today, quick and easy was in and out within about an hour or less.

The tech and dentist were super cool and the exam, at least personally, was painless

Was happy to hear I wasn’t is as bad shape as I imagined only a couple cavities, need some deep cleaning sessions, and a mouth guard.

I’ll be back in a few weeks to start the work and glad I decided to finally focus on my dental health.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Gill and her team! She’s not only an expert in her field but also one of the most caring and compassionate professionals I’ve met. Dr. Gill takes the time to clearly explain every detail of your treatment so you always know what’s going on and feel completely at ease. It’s obvious that she truly cares about her patients and their well being.

I brought my dad to see her for some ongoing pain he’d been dealing with, and I was blown away by the kindness and patience she showed him. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Front end seems very welcoming until it comes time for them to attempt to shake you down for services not rendered. This establishment is fraudulent in the way they bill in every possible way. Let alone “suggesting” services that are not necessary, and potentially harmful (such as recommending fluoride to a breast feeding mother who thankfully knew better), but they are so thirsty just to get an extra penny that they might actually try and charge you, without any explanation at all. I called the office and supposedly talked with a Daisy, office manager, who informed me that the charge (seen below in the photo) was actually from 2 years prior!?! If anyone can explain that besides the office please let me know. There is no information on the “statement” of services rendered whatsoever and the understanding of the supposed manager was that of “call your insurance”. So you tell me, is this the type of practice you would ever want to work on your teeth? Health insurance companies are almost more forthcoming and transparent than Buffalo 215 Dental.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years (I was honestly a little embarrassed), but I’m so glad I found this dental office. I came in with some discomfort from my wisdom tooth, and they got me in quickly. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member was kind, welcoming, and professional—from the front desk to the x-ray tech, to the admin I didn’t catch the name of, and even the sweet team member who helped me find my way back after I got turned around leaving the bathroom (yes, that happened!).

Daisy is amazing, and Dr Adams has such a calm and comforting bedside manner—I felt completely at ease. Thankfully, everything else looked good and now I just need to go back for a wisdom tooth extraction. I’m truly so happy I chose this office. Highly recommend!
