Dr. Martinez and the entire team at Cadence Dental were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a beautiful smile and made me feel right at home.

Mike, the lead assistant, was beyond professional and truly a master at his craft—he’s worth his weight in gold! The front office and back office staff were all so kind, reassuring, and amazing. They made me feel comfortable and secure throughout my visit.

The owner is a great dentist with manners and a kind nature.

The orthodontist on the other hand, only works one day a week on Saturdays. He is unbelievably out of touch with normal everyday people. He only works once a week on Saturdays. He told me today that we should be happy for getting free braces and that we are privileged. You do NOT talk to people like that. You do not! Discuss a patients form of insurance like that. He is the privileged one. Who has no concept of manners. I've worked in healthcare 12 years. You do not tell someone they are privileged for the services they recieve. Absolutely disgusting behavior. You treat people with respect no matter what type of insurance they have.

The office staff was so welcoming and nice. They were very patient and kind. The staff working with my daughter were so kind and helpful. It warms my heart when these situations happen because with my daughter because of the fact that she gets sensory overloaded at times. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist because of some bad experiences. From the first phone call I was greeted with genuine kindness and willingness to assist. Then once I walked in the doors I was greeted with that same energy. They remember my name after that 1st visit. The front desk, the techs, and the doctors are all wonderful. They know what they are doing and they are very gentle. They care about you and how your treatment is performed. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. They helped with my fear and calmed my anxiety. I'm thankful for that. I'm glad I gave them a chance.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They have been a revolving door of new dentists and staff since we started coming here. Each time we have a new dentist we like, we are told the next visit they are no longer there. Each visit seems to get worse and worse. The most horrific experience was when I brought my teenage daughter in to get a cavity fixed, the dentist drilled into her tongue making her bite her cheek and begin to bleed profusely while both the dentist and assistant were out of the room, not paying attention. They never once came out to tell me what was going on. After over an hour, they came out and proceeded to tell me what happened. My daughter seemed ok for the moment, but the minute we got home she was in tears and said how scared she was because they weren't telling her what was going on, then showed me the mess they had made of her mouth, tongue and cheek. There is a huge lack of attention and professionalism from staff with clients here and especially children. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Today I’m getting a crown after my deep cleaning. Deep cleaning was so comfy. Was like she was just playing with my teeth. Amazing. But I’m here to talk about MIKE! He designs the crowns and he’s a literal genius. Artist! He will talk you through the whole design process if you are interested (which I am). I’ve been told for over a decade that if I wanted to get ONE crown in front I’d have to get all 4-6 done in the front. Mike was able to make just the ONE I needed and make it PERFECTTTTT. Saving me like 10 grand.

Being in my 60’s and moving around a lot, i’ve been a patient in many dental offices. Cadence‘s Family Dental is absolutely Best in Class!!! Not just in the most advanced technologies, but in experience and customer service excellence.

The staff is warm, experienced, and show tremendous appreciation for the customers. My first visit was due to an emergency visit for a chipped tooth. They took me in within the hour. I am also grateful that they worked on a more affordable solution, a filling, as opposed to immediately jumping to a costly crown

While no one enjoys going to the dentist, Angela at the front desk is a welcomed greeting with her sincere smile and commitment to customer service excellence.

I’ve gotta give a huge shoutout to Cosmic Dental—these guys are the real deal! The whole team is sharp, on top of their game, and they handle business the right way.
​We were running behind schedule, but when we called in, the receptionist didn't skip a beat. She said she could squeeze our 3-year-old in, and sure enough, they got him right in without any hassle. She’s super sharp, too—I completely forgot about the school dental form Zakai needed, but before we could walk out, she caught it and yelled "Wait!" loud enough to make sure we didn't leave without it. You gotta respect a team that pays attention like that.
​The dentist himself was awesome and dropped some actual knowledge on us. He walked us through why brushing right after drinking something acidic like lemonade actually damages enamel, and he even threw in a little quiz to keep things fun. On top of that, he handed us his direct cell number so we can text him if anything pops up. You don't see that kind of hands-on service often.
​To top it off, the kids were hyped because when you set up your next appointment, they hand over a special token so the kids can spin the toy machine for a prize.
​Solid team, great service, and top-tier care from the front desk to the chair. Easiest 5 stars I've given! 🚀✨

Usually Cadence is terrific with appointments and treatment. However, knowing I had an infection, swollen face, and could not have surgery until it’s fixed. Michelle tells me if I want another appointment with the dentist it will be in 3 weeks, 1 week after my scheduled surgery. Of course I go to Sunset dental, get in the same day, get the tooth extracted and bone graft completed within 24 hours. Guess who my new dental office will be from now on?

I had my dental exam and X-rays done, and Dr. Martinez was amazing! They were even able to squeeze me in for my first cleaning. The lady who cleaned my teeth was really nice. She was from New Jersey, but I forgot her name. She did an excellent job. I really liked how she cleaned my teeth she was gentle, and her hands were so smooth. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Cadence Family Dental to get a second opinion before agreeing to major dental work.

From my very first visit, I felt like the focus was on treatment plans and payments rather than preventive care. Every appointment seemed to uncover another problem, another referral, and another request for a substantial payment up front. As someone who has always taken good care of my teeth and maintained regular dental care, it was overwhelming.

I was told I had an abscess even though I had no pain or symptoms. I was treated with antibiotics and told I absolutely needed a root canal, so I trusted their recommendation.

When I returned for my crown, I was told I might have a nickel allergy because my tissue was swollen. Despite telling me that the swelling could be related to a nickel allergy, the office proceeded with the crown treatment. That left me confused and concerned about the treatment plan and whether it was appropriate to move forward under those circumstances.

The financial aspect was equally frustrating. At nearly every visit, I was asked for a significant payment before treatment. I had confirmed with my insurance company that I was responsible for only 20% of my cleaning, yet I was asked to pay more. I was told I would be reimbursed later, but that reimbursement never happened.

Ultimately, I left the practice and sought a second opinion from another dentist. I was told that the tooth Cadence had recommended extracting did not need to be removed after all.

Looking back, I wish I had sought that second opinion before proceeding with the treatment I received. My experience left me feeling disappointed, financially frustrated, and with significant regret. If you are presented with an extensive treatment plan, I highly recommend getting a second opinion before making irreversible decisions about your dental care.

I cannot recommend this office enough! From the front desk, the dentists, and the assistants, everyone is kind and caring.

The entire office works together as a cohesive team to ensure the best care is given to each patient on an individual basis. They are friendly, compassionate, and caring.

I would especially like to recognize Dr Lepure and his assistant Monica. They were funny and friendly during my visit and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They were also sympathetic and gracious towards my individual circumstance. They went above and beyond in their roles.

Thank you to Dr Artinian for his continued patience and hard work while helping fix my bite. He is kind and creates a warm environment with every visit.

I would also like to thank Lauren and Jennifer at the front desk. Both of whom were extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance and working to get the best payment plan for me.

Called to book a new patient cleaning and after being in office for almost an hour was told by the dentist it was just a consult and to book the cleaning separately. He said I needed something between a regular clean and deep clean, didn’t say anything about needing irrigation yet it was noted I needed that too and the total cost would come to $115. I have gone for regular cleanings in Vegas for the last 10 years and never had to pay for cleanings. I was hoping to save the drive time because this was super close. I asked to just schedule the regular cleaning and it’s not possible they would rather lose a potential patient than just schedule something basic. Seems like a money focused factory setting than a caring office that I came from so back to my prior dentist I’ll go! Do NOT recommend!

Paperwork and check in were smooth. Had to wait 20 mins to be seen, the last time I was there had to wait 30 mins. This visit I was overdue for a cleaning and exam. I wanted a simple exam and cleaning. I have very healthy teeth. Very good oral health hygiene routine. Never had a problem. They took me through what felt like a programmed process to upsell and scare me into getting a “deep clean”. I am involved in all aspects of my healthcare. I know I do not need a deep clean. The number read off related to periodontal change showed mild inflammation. A couple high numbers that could change after a simple cleaning. I denied the “deep clean” and left. Unfortunately I used an insurance visit and now I might have to pay out of pocket for another exam at another dentist. They lost my trust in trying to upsell me on a service I did not need. I would have appreciated a more conservative approach. Saying….”lets start with a simple clean, monitor your teeth, recheck in 6 months and go from there, since you are overdue for a cleaning and a simple clean could get you right back inline since you have very good oral hygiene practices.”

Going into my appointment, I was already anxious, and unfortunately, I ended up having a panic attack during treatment. Nick handled the situation with incredible calm, patience, and professionalism. His demeanor was exactly what you hope for in someone in his role—steady, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate. He didn’t rush me or make me feel embarrassed; instead, he made sure I felt safe and supported every step of the way.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only excels at their job technically but also brings such a strong sense of empathy and understanding to patient care. Nick truly made all the difference in my experience.

First, I am a dentist phobe. Go regularly but hate it. Last night, I slipped, fell, and broke two front teeth. Went here because it was close and I don’t like current dentist. Aaaron and Dr. Martinez were wonderful. Did 2 crowns on my front teeth that day. They both spent so much time making sure they were perfect. They look better than my real teeth. Dr. Martinez was very sensitive to my concerns and fears. She will now be my new regular dentist. Very happy with the care I received.

I had a mixed experience at this dental office. The clinical team was fantastic — skilled, professional, and genuinely caring during treatment. Dr. Martinez and assistant (sorry I forgot her name) made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received.

Unfortunately, the front desk and care coordination side were the complete opposite. I experienced consistent attitude, poor communication, and what felt like a lack of organization. Basic questions and scheduling issues were met with dismissiveness instead of professionalism, which made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily stressful.

It’s disappointing because the clinical staff clearly provide high-quality care, but the front office experience significantly impacted my overall impression.
