I have underlying health issues. This “Benito Calderon “ is a medical group,that man is a phantom of a doctor!! He doesn’t exist!!!
I had spoken too another doctor & all other
I’ve spoken too were physicians assistants.
I was a patient for a year. Absolutely no preventative care, no preventive check up for the year. When I had blood work,it would take months to have anyone contact me to see the results. The only think that was positive was my medication refills.
I called because I needed a refill. They were very good about that. They have a texting service that you can use that
Sometimes or usually get same day responses. Thank you for reading my review,I do not recommend this phantom
Medical group!!!
Seek better services elsewhere. Good day.

i am writing this review in behalf of my whole family who just moved from another PCP. Honestly, I, being the subscriber of the plan is very pleased and glad not only with this group's staff but the service their providers provideto their patient. we;ve seen Dr Calderon for our initial visit and already knew that we are going to be in a very good hands, He immediately tackled all the issues that needs to be done and suggested nec things that needs to be addressed, then we saw NP Yutuc. same thing, very engaged with us, addressed all our concerns and issues, took his time to really answer any inquries that we have and made sure that referrals or any lab work and rx refills were sent or provided before we left the room. i also would like to commend the office staff as they ate not only nice, they were also very helpful whether its an office interaction or via text message, They really make you feel comfortable and at ease BTW-their text msge option is amazing you get a response within 24 hrs !!!!Again i simply just want to give the staff of Benito Calderon Medical Group a shout out for their awesome patient service!!!!Special mention to_ Ann, LOraine and NP YUtuc definitely referring you to my friends and family.... 10/10 ratings

I tried to get an appointment after watching a Filipino YouTube channel featuring Dr. Calderon ….but his secretary rudely informed me that they are way too full with patients already so they are No Longer accepting new patients. Really?

I have Nothing BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT DR.CALDERONS OFFICE!! , They Have Went Above and beyond for me and my family!. I just recently had covid and even though there office was closed! They still responded to my messages through text! And they Immediately responded to me!. Not only that but they sent Th RX asap! To my pharmacy!.

I am beyond grateful to Dr. CALDERON AND HIS TEAM!. Richard Is the Best! Also and all of The Staff are amazing!. It's The times When Your Sick and scared that count on how Good Your doctor Treats you!.

My wife and I are very pleased with Dr. Calderon. He was punctual with his appointments and thorough. He takes time to listen and makes sure he understands your issues. The staff is professional and competent. We definitely recommend Dr. Calderon.

Warning this doctor does not care for you. He was supposed to care for my grandfather because he was diagnosed with cancer. But when asking for any physical meeting he will refuse to just do only phone call checkups and just for a 15 min call he’ll charge you $225. 15 min for $225 really? Even when my grandfather was admitted to the hospital, he’s his patient and this doctor didn’t even see him once. Please warning he is not a doctor that cares for you or your family members.

I started to get checked by Dr Calderon begining this year. I was a little disappointed when I was told we had to do a TeleVisit appointment, due to covid. I had no idea how this worked or if this would be a good way to be seen. So far I've had lab work and diagnostic tests. Dr Calderon and Dorothy called and explained my results over the phone and has done a great job at explaining and listening to my conerns. So far everyone has been very pleasant from when I make an appointment or when I have questions. To getting lab done at the office. So far my experience has been very good.

Dr. Calderon and his staff are pleasant, and have great bedside manners. The office receptionist is amazing; very thorough and efficient.

When having to speak to one of his staff about a medication issue, the issue typically gets resolved on the same day. The referral process can sometimes be frustrating (ie there have been issues processing referral info through their portal), but his staff is usually on top of it once they're notified that the referral recipient is not receiving the referral.

Over all, doctor and his team do a good job.
