I went in for a consultation Dr.Yau was very professional and had a lot of respect listening to what I have to say but the disappointing part of this experience was the older lady with short hair she was extremely unprofessional in the way she spoke to me and handled the consultation. Instead of feeling welcomed and listened to, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I expected to receive helpful information and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the experience I received. Both of my children had there wisdom teeth pulled at Canyon Oral Surgery. The service we received was excellent. I felt they really cared about my kids. Both surgeries went very well with no side effects and Both had fast healing. So when it became my turn to have my wisdom teeth and another tooth pulled I didn't even have to think twice. The tooth extraction experience that I had at Canyon Oral & Facial Dental Surgery was superb! Dr. Michael Moody completely explained everything to me and made me very comfortable with what to expect during what is often viewed as a scary dental episode. Naturally, I was not looking forward to having a wisdom tooth removed and the adjacent one being 84 years old and living alone. For that reason alone I was not looking forward to the procedure. Dr Falk was quick and before I knew it was done. I could not believe it. Hardly any pain from the local anesthetic needles or the procedure. It was painless. After two days out my only discomfort were the soft food and ice packs. I don't have any noticable swelling in the area after two days. Bleeding was minor and my pillow had just minor spotting with no gauze while sleeping. I realize everone is different. All I can say is this was my third wisdom tooth extraction. The experience with the prior two kept me from doing the last two together. Dr Falk did a great job on an 84 year old with a lot of medical problems.

I have seen Dr Falk for several years now and he has my utmost respect and admiration. I am 5 months into a full mouth implant and everything appears to be on track. My consultation and X-rays were done by Dr. Yau, and he did an excellent job explaining everything I needed to know before and after surgery. He made sure all of my questions were answered and helped me feel confident going into the procedure.

Because of my work schedule, my surgery was with Dr. Moody, and scheduling everything was incredibly easy thanks to the wonderful front office staff. Everyone was friendly, organized, and made the entire process stress free.

The day of surgery, I was amazed by how efficient everything was. The check in process was probably the fastest I’ve ever experienced at any medical office. Within five minutes, I was taken back by Gustavo, who asked a few questions, got me connected to the monitors, and made me feel comfortable. The CRNA was already there waiting to place my IV, and before I knew it, Dr. Moody came in to get started.

The procedure itself was quick, smooth, and honestly one of the easiest medical experiences I’ve ever had. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely cared for. I truly felt like a VIP patient! After surgery, they thoroughly reviewed the post-op instructions with my driver and let us know my prescriptions had been sent to my pharmacy. By the time we arrived to pick them up, everything was already ready.

Living in Bullhead City, AZ, we don’t have any choices for an Oral/Facial surgeon… so being referred to Dr. Falk was an absolute blessing. JESSE JJ FALK DMD and the office staff here are god sent. I took my daughters friend in after she had trauma to her mouth and lost her front teeth. Dr. Falk went out of his way to help this young lady and made she had proper care and a plan moving forward. We are so grateful and can’t put into words how appreciative we are of their work and their dedication to make sure this young lady is well taken care of. I have a low pain tolerance and high anxiety with surgery. I had to get my wisdom teeth out for a while but I hadn’t because I was worried. Dr. Moody and the team here were very friendly and helped create an amazing experience. My wisdom teeth were out before I knew it and I didn’t feel a thing. I felt set up for success both before and after the surgery and I just got my wisdom teeth out yesterday but so far recovery has been smooth. They were available to answer questions I had post-op. This is the 3rd time I’ve undergone a surgical procedure with Dr Moody & have been very happy with the results of each procedure. He is an excellent oral surgeon & a very caring professional. He and the staff at his practice have always provided top quality care, thorough guidance + solid follow up management with each of my procedures. Dr Moody has always been very quick to respond to any queries pre/post op + ensures I’m comfortable and well taken care of throughout the surgical process & recovery. Having a compromised immune system, I’m at a higher risk than the ‘average’ population of developing opportunistic infections & post operative complications. I found Dr Moody to be very well educated in minimizing surgical risk for immunocompromised patients like myself & was impressed with his considerations and tailored approach to ensure a safe experience.
