Ms Kerrie (the PA) is amazing! She explained the situation perfectly for our understanding and she made us feel heard when speaking about health concerns. Great staff and doctor. Doctor Soloman was so great in breaking things down and highlighting concerns he felt I should follow up with my primary doctor. Nurse John was also great, providing the treatment and making sure I was doing it correctly and taking the time to explain the medication I should be getting from the pharmacy. Great experience with these guys, definitely going to add this facility to my care team.

I chose CareNow Aliante because of its high Google ratings, expecting a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted in an unfriendly manner and was immediately told that I would have to pay a minimum fee of $80 for my situation. No one could clearly explain why this charge applied. I was also told they would need to contact my insurance company, but that it was already too late to do so.

I decided to leave and went to another urgent care clinic instead, where everything was handled without any issues and I was able to receive care.

I honestly don’t understand the difference in how my case was handled. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning to CareNow Aliante, and I can’t recommend this location.

Getting in for the appointment was great, but the doctor sent me to the ER for swimmer's ear. I just wanted to see if it was an infection. I'm not looking forward to that bill, especially since the ER did nothing. Checked my ears, said it was vertigo and sent me on my way.

The Care Manger Juan did a fantastic Job. There's no medical professional that has ever done with one did to make sure that my medical needs for my job was taking care of. He called the Colorado department of motor vehicle he called fmsca and he made sure that everything was taken care of in a few hours instead of a few days and anytime you're dealing with the federal government and the state government if you can get that all done in one day that is the most acceptable service you are ever going to get.

As pleasant as a visit to Urgent Care can be!! I arrived around 8:30 a.m. and was seen within 10 minutes. The lobby and office were exceptionally clean.

The front desk agent and nurse were both kind and professional. Marcus, the provider, was thoughtful and thorough. I really appreciated his approach to addressing my issue. He promptly called my Rx in and I was able to pick it up at the local pharmacy within 10 minutes.

I didn't know what to expect because I live in NYC, but CareNow was fantastic and I would go there again. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I had my first visit to this urgent care yesterday, and I can honestly say it was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and welcoming the facility was. The receptionist (didn't catch her name) greeted me with such warmth and kindness, which immediately made me feel comfortable during a stressful time.

John, who helped me with my vitals, was absolutely wonderful — very professional, comforting, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to come across medical staff who make you feel truly at ease, but he definitely did. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made it clear that patient care was their priority.

The entire process was incredibly efficient as well. I was in and out much quicker than expected, without ever feeling rushed. They listened carefully to my concerns, addressed all of my needs thoroughly, and provided excellent care from start to finish.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean facility, amazing staff, fast service, and compassionate care — everything you hope for in an urgent care visit. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality medical care and a genuinely positive experience.

I feel not appreciated and very frustrated - I came in for stitches of a cut. Within 24 hrs they came undone but cuz I didn’t come in within 24 hours they can’t help me - I have been babying it it just simply wasn’t a good stitch job and they aren’t honoring to redo unless I pay another 350 which is ridiculous and now it’s not going to heal in the best way cuz this facility doesn’t do good stitching or honor their poor quality of work

Everyone was being nice and understanding!I have a few concerns I needed help with but found out I could only do one treatment per visit. Even though I could only be seen for the one concern the provider ensured I still had access to the resources I needed so I didn't have to do a second appointment unless absolutely necessary. I will for sure be using this location again if the need arises, I appreciate any signs of humanity with the chaos we find ourselves in these days and everyone I spoke to here showed up for me when I needed.

The CareNow Aliante is a new location that was comforting and clean. The staff at the front desk was great she explained the check in process answered all my questions and got me checked in in no time. The medical assistant was so sweet, thorough, fast and got me in the exam room also quickly. I saw Marcus NP and he was great with amazing bedside manners, listened and gave me what I needed. I went here with flu symptoms and filled out all the paperwork and payed. I wasnt told until the doctor came in that they cannot do lab testings but can see me, give me medicine, and write me a doctor's note. The receptionist THEN came in to tell me they cannot screen me for anything and that they cannot refund me. I asked to speak to someone else who was a "leader" and she said they could not refund me and that they let me know they could not do screening (after they took my money and was already being seen). It was very unprofessional and I did not appreciate them saying they told me something prior to paying that they did not. For a medical practice I would expect more than to just look at my symptoms and prescribe me medication without having done tests. After much hesitation and attitude they voided my payment. Would not suggest this place if you actually are in need of medical help.

This is a new location. I am very happy with the service. My back went out on Sunday the pain was the equivalent to labor pains.
I had been in pain for 33 hours. I went to CareNow on Craig & Clayton. They had a 2 HR waiting list. They was asked if I wanted to go to a different location with less wait, the car drive was too painful to get here, so I declined.
5 minutes waiting I get a call from this place on Deer Spring & 5th. They said I would be next in line if I went to their location. My husband agreed, it took us less than 10 minutes to get there. They where so profesional and polite. The nurse was friendly and concerned. The Doctor was knowledgeable and his first day at that location. I am so happy with my visit. I got a steroid shop for the pain, I was perceived antiinflamatory and pain meds. The shot worked over night, not right away.
There was one small thing that I did not like, a play by play communication by emails and text messages. I don't want more than 2 total. It seems evasive to get over 5. I will give them the 5 stars because they are not at fault for following corporate guidelines. They are doing their job and a fine one at that. Thank you. I feel so much better. I'm not a 100% but 50% is a lot better. Thank you Care now team.
