Highly recommend this location for any urgent care needs. I was not feeling well and went in about an hour before their closing time and despite their day almost being over the entire staff was patient and attentive. Shout to RJ, Dulce, Dr. Davis, and the front desk receptionist. They were so kind and understanding.

They gave a great explanation and the check-in process was easy and quick.

Unprofessional front desk! The girls here get emotional with patients, turn them down, and expressed "oh no more" when patients come close to the door. They also dont support any family or support to go back with you.

If it were for covid, shouldn't they enforce masks? If its for covid, shouldn't they let patients know? Instead of ambiguity as to why you cant be with your loved one?

I came in for help with a skin issue and basically wasted my time as the NP would not help me nor was I listen to as a patient. She wanted to prescribe me OTC meds that I previously had and they all did not work. I was so frustrated with the whole situation and I just walked out of the clinic and left. The only person that was super nice was the guy at the check-in front desk. I would give this location ZERO stars.

I scheduled an appt for 11:45am at around 9am on a Saturday for my 6 year old to have someone check on a cough he’s had for over a week. The appt was confirmed right away and they send you a text to fill out all of your info before you get to the office. We got there at 11:40 to check in and pay for the copay. I think at 11:50 they called us to the back already to get vitals and temp check and to seat us in one of the patient rooms. 12:30 rolls around and my son and and I are still waiting but I hear someone outside that says “is there someone in there?” They were talking about my son and I because I heard the nurse say it’s Joseph with a cough… I was thinking a few mins later someone was going to come in but no one came in. I think it was 1 and after hearing everyone around us leave I went out and asked how much longer.. the nurse said “just a few more mins she’s just finishing up the last patients paperwork.” When she finally came in, she says “I’m sorry for the wait, I’m the only one here today..” there was someone waiting In the room next to us and they ended up leaving and someone else was put in that room. That second person was already seen and helped before my son and I got out of there. As we were leaving, all of the patient rooms on the way to the exit were cleared out. I understand there are other patients with urgent needs.. like the lady and daughters that came in after me.. her daughter put her hand through a nail or something.. I get it.. that needs to be taken care of right away.. but making a 6 year old wait longer than hour to be seen for 5 mins is a little excessive. I don’t think the nurse practitioner should be the only one working on the weekends. The office is clean, organized and spacious but won’t be back.

Do NOT use the Web Check-In unless you call first to confirm the receptionist is not going to be on a break at your arrival time. Even if you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, the staff is unable to complete your check-in if the receptionist is on a lunch break. This means you are UNABLE to CANCEL the appointment and still required to pay the fee. I arrived on time, was first in line on the appointment board but not formally checked in until nearly an hour later.

Came in having difficulty catching my breath, dizziness & sinus pressure. Was brought to the back & the Doctor came in before the MA due to my symptoms. After listening to my chest the doctor said she would do a chest X-ray & I probably wouldn’t get my results until the morning which was fine being that I came in at 7:20pm. I had to ask the doctor if it could be covid or flu & she says “we can run all the tests but we only have 1 MA so she backed up” which is fine but with upper respiratory symptoms I thought it was strange to have to ask for covid or flu testing. My husband walks in to sit in the triage room with me while I wait and tells the girl up front that he was there for me & she then says to my husband “oh okay cause I was gonna choke you” due to us coming In so late I’m sure. But unprofessional in a health care setting whether joking or not.
The girl up front then walks in the room with me and tells me that she just ran my insurance and it will be $200 to be seen. I tell her well I can’t pay that right now can you bill me? She says no it has to be paid now. & I said okay well can I cancel the visit? She says the doctor already came in so when the doctor comes in the money must be paid or I have to pay half and put a card on file. & I then told her again that I cannot pay it. She stands there looking at me as if I’m gonna magically come up with another answer. She leaves out & comes back and tells us we can go to the ER & that they can bill us. Mind you I knew the entire time they could cancel the visit because I worked at Carenow urgent care for 4 years. This was a horrible experience & I will be calling corporate. I was not asked if I have any medical conditions “which I do” I am very autoimmune compromised and was turned away. Thanks

Was not confident with my visit after tearing/ruptured achillies. Asked me my height and weight instead of using the scale I was sitting next to. Then being discharged before speaking to physician. Just lack of clarity in the process. Then proceeds to refer me to a ortho that was out of network. Didn't confirm prior to referral?

I signed in before visiting. They let me know what time to come in. So there was minimal wait time. I was In within 5 minutes once I arrived.
The staff is always pleasant, check-in a breeze and I was tested before seeing dr and that was aprox 10 minutes .Dr came in with diagnosis and sent my prescription to my pharmacy! I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Said my visit was covered by insurance and included flu and covid tests unasked for when I came in for an ear infection. Card was on file and was then charged full cost three weeks later without a bill in the mail or through my email on file to notify me. Unhelpful on the phone and slow to answer questions about prescription details, also lacked in communicating with the pharmacy on file for my issues.

I even told Her I'd lose my Job if I received only A 3 month one. Her only suggestion was to trash that one and pay for another one tomorrow at 100 dollars a pop.

A 3 month Cutoff is 160. 140-159 is A One Year Certificate. She used a MANUAL DEVICE not A Machine meaning there is some room for variance independently. I was 160 because I was stressed out about it because I NEED this Job.

I'm 5'9 and 160 lbs and OBVIOUSLY work out all the time. It'd be different if I were a 100lbs overweight and smoked cigarettes.

There was absolutely ZERO reason ONE POINT couldn't be dropped on that test considering it was A MANUAL DEVICE.

I GUARANTEE if I were a Black Man She'd have said 159 and gave Him a one year certification so He could KEEP HIS JOB.

I mean that too. That's EXACTLY what it was. Your going to tell me She couldn't MANUALLY take the test and say it was 159 instead of 160 so I could KEEP MY JOB when it was OBVIOUS it was elevated because of the situation?

A 3 month certification means I come back and spend a 100 Dollars again. That's what She both wanted and was pushing for Me to do.

She didn't even know what a knee sleeve was and why I'd be wearing it. Gee I wonder why. Maybe it's because I work 14 hours Days with ALOT of sitting.

Every time I come here it’s never a great experience. I think this will be the last time I come here. Went in due to not feeling good. I overheard them say to send me home before coming in and rushing the visit. Did a quick abdominal test before letting me know they have limited resources and recommended I go to the Er. Went and they said it happens quite often they get referred over there without a real reason. Always a bit dismissive and they definitely try to blame illnesses on periods if you’re a woman. Still sick and with no real solution other than hope it goes away since doctors aren’t going to help.

There was no wait, so that was a plus and the staff was nice. But we were there because my daughter fell off her scooter, they took X-rays and then told her she fractured her wrist. We have the worst insurance and they referred us to an orthopedic surgeon. We drove 40 min each way, waited for an hour just so they could tell us that her wrist was not fractured. How do you mess that up? I'm really bothered that we had to spend another few hundred dollars because the urgent care doesn't know how to read an X-ray.

Quick and efficient. I was seen within five minutes of checking in. Everyone was very nice from check in MA Rafa Hernandez and the provider Megan Hyla, PA-C. I've worked in the medical field for over twenty years and have never encounter such caring, quality quick efficient care. I cut my pinky finger and couldn't get it to stop bleeding at home. This was my first time using this urgent care and I highly recommend it. Clean, great staff, in and out quickly. I was in and out within 40 minutes.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I came in after cutting my finger on a slicer, and they treated me quickly and efficiently. Horrible experience
Twice now I have had a problem with the receptionist,
1.) She,tried charging me 200.00 and I have Medicare and Aetna secondary insurance
Was beyond RUDE when I informed her I have never had to pay that amount at urgent care

2.) She treats patients terribly
Condescending tone, as she gives dirty looks while snapping her gum
No comparison for patients
I am 84 years old and will not be subjected to her bad behavior again.

I want to start by recognizing the excellent medical care I received at CareNow Urgent Care. Dr. Marcelo Wilder and his assistant were outstanding — kind, efficient, professional, and genuinely compassionate!!! They got me in quickly and made me feel heard and cared for, which I truly appreciated.

I also want to acknowledge the front office team at the CareNow location on Durango and Arby. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and they even assisted me in moving my appointment to a faster facility (Blue Diamond), so I could be seen sooner. That level of support and professionalism made a big difference.

However, the front desk experience at this location (Blue Diamond/Cimarron) was extremely disappointing and almost caused me to leave before being seen. The receptionist, Tiffany Arriaga, was noticeably rude and dismissive not only toward me but toward other patients in the waiting area as well. Her tone and attitude felt negative, unwelcoming, and far below the level of professionalism I would expect in a healthcare setting where people may already be stressed or not feeling well.

It’s unfortunate because the clinical staff clearly provide high-quality care, but the first interaction patients have is with the front desk — and that experience did not reflect the same standard. I strongly encourage management to address this issue so future patients are greeted with the same kindness and respect shown by the medical teams. If the reception experience matched the quality of the providers, this location would easily earn a full five stars.

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews genuinely ever. But this is ridiculous. I checked in and was told I can only have “1 complaint”, and that theres no way my symptoms related to one another, as if the front desk worker had any idea what she’s talking about. Discredited me from the second I checked in. Doctor see’s me and pretty clearly has no clue whats going on (fair enough) but she then prescribed 2 random medicines for me. Anyways, less than 24 hours later my pain and symptoms got significantly worse (after taking the medicine I was given here) so I went to the ER. ER doctor immediately knew what the problem was and laughed when I told him what the doctor here at CareNow gave me. Avoid this place because you aren’t going to get the care you need or deserve. Shame on you Tiffiany at the front desk and to Dr. Outlaw, please only prescribe medicine if you actually know what is going on. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Made an appointment this morning the online service was very easy to use to make the appointment it put me in line and texted me when it was my turn I went in the receptionist was really nice and greeted me I had already prefilled my paperwork so I sat and waited to be seen when it was my turn everyone was very nice and efficient the nurse practitioner was really nice and informative and helped with my needs they got me in and out quick and sent my prescription to my pharmacy it was a great experience

I took my son in for a Follow up as directed since he was seen on Friday by Dr. Tuan Nguyen 12/5/25 and he was also AMAZING with awesome bed side! Today 12/7/25 I’m in awwwwww!!!! Greeted by Deja and she was friendly! Then Roxy called us in and just WOW!!! Roxy was amazing from start to fishing of intake! She is in the field and seem to love her job and it definitely showed. Christine from another location recommended me Dr. Joceyln Jensen!!! And she was right I loved her so much, her bed side was so professional and thorough and made me and my son feels so safe and know that we will be taken care of today since my son had such low oxygen today, she put him on steroids which helped so much with his numbers was going up and even as we’re home now his numbers is getting better with a combination of the antibiotics that Dr. Tuan Nguyen put him on. Dr. Jocelyn Jensen Her vibe was vibing. I was not impressed with my 1st visit with Care Now was 11/29/25 with Dr. Princess on the rainbow locations. I ask her to give my son some other medications like antibiotics or something but dr. Princess says Tamiflu was mostly likely not gonna work on him. It was a 50-50 percent chance because he was already sick and been fevering all week by this time . She also prescribed him cough medicine, promethazine, and benzonatate, which I think made my son worse and he ended up getting pneumonia. So our second doctor visit was two days ago on Friday with Dr Tuan Nguyen and he ordered an xray which my son end up having pneumonia so he now put my son on 2 types of antibiotics and or breathing treatments which I think the Dr’s my son saw Friday and today Sunday was great! As a mother you wanna be able to vouch for your child when they are sick because they are more vulnerable but I felt Dr. Princess was not listening to me on how my son been sick all week. Thank you Dr. Jocelyn Jensen I was really worried about my son‘s oxygen if I had to take him to the emergency room to be honest, but after visiting today for that follow up, I felt more at ease with you putting my son on the steroids with the combination of Dr Tian antibiotics he put my son on. And now his oxygen is 97 when we went in this am it was 91.
