I had an excellent experience with my new doctor (Dr. Jean) and the entire team. Crystal his medical assistant was great and from the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. Nurse Keri was Amazing! She was attentive and made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Jean took the time to truly listen and explain everything with care and compassion. Great Bed Size Manner! I felt supported every step of the way. I am Thankful to God almighty that Dr. Jean was recommended! May God continue to bless him and the entire staff!

I was a Payient of Dr. Jean, prior to 2018. I wanted to check my Iron levels, and see if I could reduce my Iron intake from 2 SLO-FE tabs a day, to 1 a day.

As usual Dr. Jeanne’s cordial and through. Had a blood draw and he would call me with results tomorrow, which he did. Will need to do a I.V. Iron treatment & see him in 6 months. How office would be calling me for an I.V. treatment.

Dr Jean is wonderful, competent, analytical - the perfect doctor. His staff are wonderful also. Alyssa and Crystal, The lab staff are great, especially TY. The corporate staff are not- 30 minutes waiting for an operator is obscene and dangerous - i called all 8 buttons and couldn't get a human being. I want to cancel my appointments on the17th.

Dr. Jean is my oncologist he is so caring, understanding, listening, patient and professional. I was blessed that God led me to him, and God allowed him to be my oncologist and I feel that he gives me the best of choices and the best decisions as possible for my health. Dr Jean was kind, compassionate, and thorough; the front desk staff were average in customer service, and there was a long wait (about an hour past my appointment time). While sitting in the waiting room, I witnessed at least two patients being unreasonably rude with the front desk! Don’t forget healthcare workers are people, too! I’d recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Dr Jean is a nice guy but not a very good Dr. So far, he has ignored early warnings that have caused bigger issues later and takes weeks and sometimes months to get back to you with test results. His scheduling team is very rigid and inflexible when it comes to in person vs telemedicine. May be looking for someone else if this doesn’t improve.

Dr. Jean is great definitely one of my favorite doctors.(and I have a lot of drs.) He is so sweet very welcoming and compassionate. Saved my life cancer at 25 given a 2 year life expectancy about to celebrate my 33rd birthday next week. Thank you for every thing you do your team is awesome! Highly recommend. If you value your life, RUN from this clinic. Clark Jean, you are the reason my mom died many years too early. You lied to her about the results of her mammogram, dismissed her concerns of a lump on her breast, and said doing a physical breast exam is unnecessary even though she pleaded for you to at least feel the lump. You treated her for breast cancer 5 years before she came. She was already at a high risk and knew what breast cancer felt like, yet your arrogance cost a beautiful woman her life. Your laziness, ignorance, and pride is appalling. Why are you a breast specialist if you don’t do breast exams and can’t read plain English? The report said further imaging was needed because the tissue was too dense, yet you LIED and told her it said she had healthy tissue. No cancer. What should’ve been a simple lumpectomy, turned to metastatic breast cancer. You’re a disgrace in how you treated her when she had to come see you a month later for this aggressive cancer simply because every other decent doctor was too far booked out. I don’t know how you sleep at night treating patients with neglect and prioritize cracking late night Comedy Central jokes over explaining the risks of immunotherapy vs chemotherapy. With the number of lawsuits you’ve had against you and complaints, it’s wild CCC or anyone employs you. The only thing I can do is warn others of the death sentence it is to see you. It’s unethical for you to ask your patients for 5 star reviews when there’s an obvious conflict of interest.

Dr Clark Jean was great. The staff, on the other hand, were not helpful. Test that should have been done before treatment were never ordered. Didn't find out about the spread of the cancer from them found it out through someone else.

Dr. Jean has been treating me for a while now. He has a way of meeting the patient where she is in her recovery process. My aniema and other diseases are out of control, and I would spend days in bed while in pain. He and his qualified staff help me in all areas (not only medical). He gave me information for counseling, and other self-care options. He is the entire package. My only regret is that I was not referred to him sooner. Fear promotes negative responses from patients and family members. Just know that I recommend a qualified physician who I would send my entire family to.

A family member went and he gave her a wrong diagnosis the wrong treatment and because of him it went from stage 1 to stage 4 should be fired other doctors said the same thing as well. Every time she went here he would ask her what type of cancer do you have and is completely useless and should be in prison where he belongs should have his license revoked at a bare minimum. So sad and upsetting.

Doctor Hean Clark gave the wrong treatments for a different type of cancer!!! Neglected the correct diagnosis!!!Not smart, very confused, not smart not care at all about my case his wrong treatment was a big tragedy!!! he corrected it with more wrong treatments.

I have a family member who saw doctor Jean clark he is not a smart doctor at all; he did lots of mistakes in treatments, and when this family member gave him one star for his wrong treatments, the office manager asked nicely what we can do for you. I think she wants do anything to cancel this one star!! Then she asked me to write an email about what Dr. Jean Clark did and she acted as if she is feeling Sorry for her as a patient, but she gave the email to Dr Jean Clark to help him protect and defend himself only to keep good stars in covering his back, to keep the business going 😞

Clark is by far the worst oncologist you could see. If you would like to die and be mistreated, come see "Dr." Jean! He does not do physical exams because even though he speciaizes in breast oncology, he is scared to touch the human body to examine for lumps. He can't even read mammograms correctly. Mine said further evaluation needed, but he said I was fine and cancer free. My cancer has spread and I am in constant pain thanks to this cruel "doctor."
