I've been a Pain Clinic client for many years. Sometimes I'm there several days a week, other times I'm there once a month. Sometimes I'm not there for several months... and my body hates me for it when i don't go in for a long time. I'm always greeted with love and gratitude, and everyone goes to the end of the earth to fix me when I'm broken. Dr Dollarhide has even returned calls after hours and advised me over the phone til I can get to him in a couple of urgent situations over the years. Im so incredibly grateful for those moments. Jayson keeps me able to work a strenuous physical labor job by continuously working on problem area's with amazing pressure point massage, and Dr Bakkus is the only person besides Dr Dollarhide that I trust adjusting my neck, as it was broken in a car accident many years ago and it's a tricky area to fix. Somehow they take my damaged body and put me back together like Humpty Dumpty on a regular basis. I trust them heart and soul and highly recommend them. They're an incredible team and is give them 100 stars not just 5!!

Every time I do something stupid like lift things I'm not supposed to, off I go to Dr. Roper Dollarhide. Very patient, listens to what the issue is, asks questions to make sure what you tell him is wrong is really what is wrong, and then explains in simple terms what is wrong with you, and then fixes it. I have also had his acupuncture lady work her magic. Great people and highly recommend them for all the aches and pains of life.

Have come here a few times for chiropractic sessions and have always left feeling satisfied. The staff are very welcoming and the doctors always listen to my problems and adjust me to my specific needs! It’s also pretty affordable with the first session being $80 and the following after are $40 each, which in my opinion is very reasonable considering there are others that are way more expensive. I’ve also had ultra sound treatments done and look forward to trying their acupuncture next.

Dr Backus is the absolute best. You definitely don't want to take for granted his youthful look as it comes with a lot of extensive knowledge. The staff is amazing, they're always willing to work with you and help you out in any shape or form. It's been a long time since we found an honest Chiropractic office and this is one of the best!

August 2020:
The China-Gel topical reliever is a must-use product from The Pain Clinic LV. I’ve applied this to my achy joints and inflamed muscles along my neck shoulder areas. Let me tell you, the smell is not overpoweringly strong with menthol; just a hint of lavender. Apply just a little amount because it will slowly warm up and do its job! I get much relief after applying to my achy joints and inflamed muscles!

I hobbled into The Pain Clinic after I got a referral from a friend. I have not had great experiences with getting adjusted.

You should not work in the medical industry If you don’t care about people in pain .
I come in barley able to open the door , crouching and stumbling .
I ask if they take walk ins and the have the audacity to tell me there lunch starts it’s 35 mins and it would take an hour to do a first time exam and if I could come back ! Seriously !!!???
Your lucky I’m in to much pain to raise hell cause I wouldn’t have left till I was seen !

We used this clinic many times, but we hardly use doctors... Today I called to schedule an appointment and was told the repeat patient price no longer applied because we had not been there for FIVE YEARS.

This was after he asked if we had insurance, when I said no he said it was the new patient rate now.

They couldn't find us in the computer before June of 2013, but this is not true.

What a racket. Chiropractors are already considered "quacks" in some medical circles, this doesn't help.

I've had successful Chiropractor care before. This place was weird. They gave me my 20 min (was supposed to be 30) massage before the adjustment because they were running late on appointment times. Saw Dr Dollarhide and left in pain for the next 3 weeks. His adjustments were so forceful he was causing my muscles to spasm. I know I'm a big guy, but that was WAY too much force. I had a stiff neck and muscular pain in my back for about 3 weeks. Never experienced that before, never going back.
