I had to go check to see if I broke anything on my foot. Thank Lord I didn’t but I received a very welcoming and warm from the receptionist to the doctor, to the X-ray specialist. It was super quick and they even helped me out to get back to my car.
And it was super fast.
Shay and Joy and the entire team. My honest review. I hope I don’t have to go back lol but if I ever get hurt again and need assistance I’ll definitely come back. I recommend these guys 💯

I had such a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care. I came in feeling horrible and found out I had strep, but Joy, the medical assistant, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, caring, and attentive throughout my entire visit. Super short wait time & I was swabbed immediately. As a single parent of two, my time is very important and I don’t have a lot of time to be waiting around at urgent care.

Eddie, the provider, was also amazing. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.

They are wonderful everytime. This is my go to urgent care. The staff is always so wonderful, no matter who is there that visit. They helped me so much today, more helpful than my actual ENT was a couple weeks ago, so in very appreciative of that! Love how humane and funny they are, they make it feel like you know them! The visit was good. There was confusion about the online checkin process. It advised I needed to get to the clinic within the next 10 minutes, which I rushed and did, but then the provider went to lunch and I had to wait over an hour for her to return. I brought my daughter in for a sports physical, and the entire visit was smooth, quick, and pleasant. Lisa at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked through the door. She was also very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and made us feel comfortable right away.

Shay, the medical assistant, was also amazing! She was kind, personable, and down-to-earth, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free. Sometimes a simple smile and genuine conversation can make a big difference, and Shay did exactly that.

Joanne, the nurse practitioner, was great as well. She was fast, efficient, and had us taken care of quickly.

What really stood out was the customer service from Lisa and Shay. Both were friendly, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about the people walking through the door. They made what could have been just another appointment feel like a positive experience.

I went to this office on May 14th for a TB test. Before the procedure, patients are required to sign the paperwork in order to receive the service. The medical assistant provided me with incorrect instructions about when to return to have the test read, and I followed the directions exactly as they were explained to me and documented on the form.
When I contacted the office to explain the situation, the office manager refused to correct the mistake and repeatedly stated that because I signed the form, there was nothing they could do except charge me again to repeat the service. Instead of acknowledging the error or trying to resolve the issue professionally, the responsibility was placed entirely on the patient.
This experience showed a serious lack of accountability and customer service. Medical assistants should be properly trained and should carefully review and explain the documentation patients are required to sign so patients fully understand and can correctly follow the instructions being given. Patients should not have to pay twice because of incorrect information provided by staff.
* Of course a medical entity will want to stick up for their own but they highly need to realize that At the end of the day, medical facilities rely on their patients to even be in business, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and fairness when mistakes happen.

I was there to do a preemployment drug screen. The wait time was typical. About 11/2hrs. The staff was really friendly, courteous, and professional. Just the waiting time was extremely long for a drug test.

Genuinely so so good. Now the thing to always keep in mind with Urgent Care is they have limited resources and some problems can’t be identified right away. But these doctors have much better heads on their shoulders than UMC and will do much better at both listening and actually relieving your symptoms. In a time where it takes 4 months to see just a Gastro doc, this place is a godsend.

This CareNow has racial discriminating physicians practicing here it is the closest urgent care near me. I have to pay 60.00 co payment only to get little as possible care from these health care. I made a big mistake not taking the name of this one acting physician and the one seeing me today I went in with 91 oxygen asma hard of breathing wheezing shortness of air! I hated needing to go in here or any health care for this exact reason I needed medicine to help me and the same Healthcare nurse was there and as always she must have gaslighted me to the other nurse practice because when I pick my medication up from the pharmacy i couldn't believe what she prescribed the bare minimum that might get in more distress! That's why I have anxiety issues when I have no choice but to urgent care, I pay for my insurance I pay co payment and I come out mentally and physically hurt! 🙃 3 20mg tablets of prednisone. She said she prescribed 2 tablet 20mg for 5 days I'm guessing that other one talked her in to the less as possible that can hurt I'm so tyrd of being treated this way by these other for being black and asking for help that I work and pay for but they still feel like we don't have the right to ask questions or have concerns or retaliation with our health

Great service. The ladies upfront and my nurse, Tonya, were very helpful and answered my questions professionally. Friendly staff.
BUT BEWARE- this company will keep your debit or credit card information and bill you for the service even if you have insurance to cover the cost and pay your co-pay. It took over 90 days and multiple phone calls to corporate to get my money back. And i had requested they not keep my debit card information on file.
I will not be going back to CareNow.

I was mis diagnosed at mountain view I went to urgent care and found out I had the flu they gave me the right meds now I'm feeling much better I love this urgent care they take the time to actually figure out what's going on with you. The entire team is awesome and very professional

I’ve never reviewed an urgent care before, but the healthcare workers here are just so lovely. They were beyond helpful, all of them. The receptionist helped me with my insurance. The medical assistant who took my vitals was so kind and just really easy to talk to. And the doctor had the best bedside manner; she made me feel like I’d been her patient for years. All strong, compassionate women. Our healthcare system may be broken but our healthcare workers are holding it together and I’m grateful. (Make sure to check in and hold your place online so you’re not waiting long.)

I went in to get three flu shots all being just twenty dollars I paid with my card . Worst mistake I could make . A week after going I start seeing charges 52 charges and authorizations on my card . More then once in fact three seperate times . This location lies . First person told me it was a nurses fee second person told me it was an administrative fee then billing told me they were wrong and should not have charged me . I then spoke with another location who confirmed shots are only twenty dollars and that I shouldn’t have been charged anything else . They have to yet to refund me . All I keep getting is excuses and them lying constantly and now acting like they don’t know about any charges . The worst company in the world crooks . I have decided to take this to the news and to an attorney . It’s the principle you don’t steal from people and then make up lies instead of just correcting your mistake .

Was waiting for 30 min at another location for pre-employment drug testing when I was sent to this location because the first site I was told,"only 1 MA, we are too busy". Not the case!
Anyway at Camino location which was much busier, MA Andrea got my testing done quickly, professionally and with a smile.

Registered online (highly recommended) as you can wait at home and not an office full of coughing sick people. They will text you when it's time to make your way over there. Dr Mosqueda was thorough and Medical assistant Maverene B. is a smooth operator as I did not feel the injection for pain meds go into my body. My prescription was sent immediately to pharmacy recieved text while there, and was able to get some relief for a neck injury.
Overall spent an hour and half there to get diagnosed, x-rayed and treated. Great job urgent care.
