I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of service and lack of care provided at CareNow.
The doctor was very rude and openly showed frustration because I do not speak fluent English. He seemed rushed throughout the entire visit and dismissively told me that he couldn't do anything for me because my case was "too complex." A healthcare provider should fulfill their duty to treat patients rather than finding excuses to avoid doing their job.
To make matters worse, when I tried to submit a formal complaint, the receptionist refused to assist me and simply stated she would redirect me to her manager.
This level of treatment and neglect is completely unacceptable, especially for a patient dealing with a severe lower back injury caused by a workplace accident. I strongly advise others to seek medical attention elsewhere.

I came here a few times and everytime it goes smoothly, quick and the doctors there are very good at listening and able to help out, unlike most UCs. Last time my husband had gone in and he was very surprised how quickly everything got done and Dr. Wall was able to help him with his leg pain. The only urgent care we go to now.

I went to CareNow Urgent Care on Craig road yesterday that was Sunday. Everyone had treated my kindly with respect. I didn't have to wait for a long time the nurse call me to the back & the doctor came in my room to speak with me he told me what was going on about my lower back pain. The pharmacist I use was Walgreen down the street so everything was closed for comfort because I don't live that far. Scheduled online, arrived and was told to complete the same forms I completed online. Of course I got there and had 2 people ahead of me, who did not speak English. I was told to complete the same forms on the website that I already completed before leaving my home. I guess that it was important to get the other people including 1 walk in prior to myself when I supposedly had an appointment and could have gone somewhere else for faster genuine care. Rather than be pushed to back because I am an English speaking American citizen with insurance coverage through my employer that I over pay for because people who don’t speak English, don’t work legal jobs and get free state or federal insurance that I, my fiance, and millions of other Americans pay excruciating high prices for our so called “healthcare benefits”, could be taken in prior to my scheduled appointment.

So they had me waiting for 45mins in the lobby while they walked all the non blacks to the back within 15mins. Then sat in the back for an extra 30mins and had Togo back and forth with the provider about an RX for eczema cream that is already in my chart.

Checked in online because I feel terrible and could not wait hours in a waiting room. Received a text that it was my turn. Went into the facility only a family of 5 and another female waiting. Signed a paper paid my copay. The family of 5 was having a hard time filling out the online paperwork so I should have been called before them. After waiting an hour I went to the front desk to ask why I checked in at home and am still waiting to be seen. They said it’s not an appointment. I said that the website clearly says you wait at home so you DON’T have to wait at the office. They said I would be next. I asked how the family of 5 was called before me since I clearly checked in prior to them. I got no answers. Then waited another 20 minutes. People were walking out because now they claim they only had one dr. Front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. Finally called back, nurse was very apologetic. “Dr” walks in with no introduction nothing and asks why are you here. I explain my symptoms cough headache body aches sore throat chest pain etc. he looks at my my throat and says wow that’s really red. I said ya I told you I have a sore throat then looks in my ears and says oh double ear infection. Then says what meds are you allergic to? I tell him and he prescribes me antibiotics steroids and cough medicine. Now never have I ever seen a dr when I’m having upper respiratory problems and they don’t listen to my chest. He didn’t at all which really concerned me. I asked the nurse and she said she would have him come back in but I told her I’d rather he didn’t. What a waste of time and energy. The nurse was the only kind person. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a care now facility. I won’t be returning to this unprofessional location. Who knows what my actual diagnosis should be? Very unhappy.

I was asked to send my personal information to Elizabeth’s personal cellphone. I’m sure that’s a HIPPA violation of some sort. Some people should not b4 in care. If an individual advises you that they are having blurred vision, a possible allergic reaction to anesthesia from a surgery less than 24hrs ago, and you choose to get combative when the patient keeps telling you, "my eyes are blurring over now and I cannot see the lines you are asking me to read" there should be no reason that you continue to force said patient to try and read the lines!

Then, when you ask for the manager b3cause if the abhorrent treatment, you as a nurse run to tell your side first. I dont believe in confrontation but I will always believe in being upfront and truthful in the moment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience during my appointment today with Dr. B. Callier. What should have been a professional and supportive medical visit turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting encounter.

During the appointment, Dr. Callier raised his voice at me and spoke in a condescending manner, accusing me of not understanding my own situation. Rather than taking the time to explain or address my concerns—particularly regarding my workers’ compensation case—he became visibly frustrated. The situation escalated to the point where he abruptly stormed out of the room and did not return to continue my care.

I was left feeling disrespected, neglected, and completely uncared for. No patient should be made to feel this way, especially in a setting where trust and communication are essential. The nurse assisting him had to come back into the room multiple times to apologize on his behalf, which speaks volumes about how inappropriate the interaction was.

This experience was not only unprofessional but also deeply discouraging. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, patience, and compassion—none of which I received today. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience.

This location , The nurses and doctors Always make me feel very comfortable. They’re all so kind And patient. I am never waiting too long to be seen. Most of all, I really appreciate the kindness. I drive 20 mins because it is my preferred location.

This was my first visit to this location and all of the staff I encountered were friendly and showed a caring attitude. I checked in online before I went and only had a short wait before I was seen. Would definitely go back to this location.
