I can’t speak highly enough about this particular location for CareNow. I went to a different location with severe pain and was treated like I didn’t matter. I left, went to this CareNow on Maryland and was greeted with a smile, with empathy for my pain, and I was seen quickly. This meant the world to me. The support staff was fantastic, but compared to my overall healthcare experiences over the years, the nurse practitioner definitely lacked compassion. Being sick for three days is more than enough reason to seek care, and patients shouldn't be made to feel judged or second-guessed for doing so. We pay for our insurance and our care; we expect professional respect. Next time, I'll take my business—and my co-pay—somewhere else.

I had to go to urgent care on a Monday after a holiday weekend and I was able to do online check-in and even though I arrived a little later than expected, I got right in and it was the fastest I have even been seen and diagnosed in any urgent care. The Dr that was on today needs to be replaced with some one who can see more than one patient per hour. Had to walk out today after waiting an hour for strep test results. Needless to say I didn’t get the results and left to go else where. Checked in, waited an hour, walked out. When told I should wait the dr is running behind. I was less than thrilled to wait another hour. When I checked in it said 2 patients ahead of me. When I said I was leaving they said sorry the dr has 3 more patients.
How did the number go up? Because the dr sees who they want when they want. Not according to checking in. Will not return to this location after coming here for 9 years.

Very quick and efficient front desk and check-in experience. That’s the only reason I’m giving one star. The doctor himself was ridiculous. He was in the room with me for no more than 60 seconds, listened to my lungs, asked me three questions, and determined that I needed three prescriptions and sent me on my way. Horrible bedside manner as he acted like it was a chore to even be there and had zero concern or care as when he did ask questions, he cut me off and didn’t even let me finish talking.

I have been to this facility three times in the last 2 weeks with an ongoing condition and I cannot say enough about the staff here. The front desk and the nurses that saw me before the doctors were fantastic and each doctor/NP that I met with we're great but particularly today I saw Elise Erwin NP and Not only was she very helpful in helping me understand what was going on but she listened to me this whole process has been so frustrating and she took the time to make me feel like I wasn't flying alone in this whole thing. I had an exceptional experience at CareNow Urgent Care on Silverado & Maryland Parkway. From start to finish, the level of care and customer service truly stood out.

A huge thank you to Nurse Practitioner Elise Erwin, MA Karina, and the front office representative for making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Karina, the medical assistant, went above and beyond by clearly communicating options for my daughter’s care. She asked if we’d be comfortable swabbing my daughter based on symptoms or if we preferred to wait for her to be examined. That level of communication and respect is top-tier.

Went here for a drug test, have to give to much info that is not needed like if you skip out on the bill who can we go after, then you have to cough up all of someone elses info, I'm fine with this if I'm going in there for anything other than a drug test my employer pays for. You have to drink plenty of water for a urine test so i went up for a cup of water out of their despenser their is water, cold water and hot water, the cold is room temp and taste terrible as if the filters never been changed. You have to put all your belongings in a lock box then go to the bathroom but the box was never locked with my wallet and phone i just don't trust it.

I went here to get an x-ray of my back for a scoliosis check-up since it’s been over 5 years. Siana was amazing checking me in, very sweet and such a great demeanor. My MAs Crystal and Cynthia also were amazing and made me feel really comfortable while in my appointment which i’m grateful for. My X-Ray Tech Moises was amazing as well and made getting my x-rays done so easy and comfortable. I had great conversations with all of them even when leaving out my appointment when I got my results. I will say the provider I had, Elise, I only had a very quick 2 minute interaction with when she gave me my results/images and wasn’t as warm per say like the other staff, maybe she wasn’t having the best day. Overall though, I did have a great appointment thanks to the overall team and atmosphere of this place which is why I gave 5 stars :)

Easiest appointment I have ever had. Was able to fill out all of my info online. Which made the wait even better as I was contacted via text message for when I needed to leave to get to my appointment. Front desk people, Cyno and Siana were very inviting and helpful. Cynthia and Carla were pleasant while getting my vitals before the doctor. Overall great customer service.
