I call my coordinator and barely get any calls back they told me I could use edibles but when I came back with marijuana in my system they listed me inactive and said I had to take drug counseling

The 2 star rating is for the people on the front lines that is a bit frustrating. My coordinator Ebony seems nice enough but seem uninformed about my case others have been insensitive and unsympathetic to what patients are going through. I’ve also left messages that got no response. Due to this I’ve gone into depression. I feel like I should just go to hospice and not have to deal with it.

Great team made up of doctors, nurses, dietitian, pharmacist, social worker, along with coordinators and receptionist/secretary. All staff help, take the extra time to explain, suggest or just keep you going in the right direction before and after transplant. They go out of there way to help patients achieve their goals.
