I honestly couldn’t recommend this dental office enough! From the moment I walked in, Josiah, Ella, and Dr. An made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire team is incredibly warm, kind, and attentive.

I’ve had my fair share of uncomfortable experiences at dental offices in the past, where procedures have caused me quite a bit of pain and discomfort. This experience was completely different. Everyone handled me with so much care and was incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment. They were patient, reassuring, and so kind every step of the way.

It’s rare to leave a dental appointment feeling this comfortable and cared for. I’m so grateful I found such an amazing team. Thank you, Josiah, Ella, Dr. An, and the entire staff for making what can normally be an uncomfortable experience feel so easy! 🤍

I couldn’t even wait until my crowns are finished in two weeks to write this review because my experience at Choice Dental has been so wonderful.

From the moment I walked in, Annie and Susan at the front desk made me feel so welcome. Rebecca, the office manager, has clearly built an incredible team because everything runs so smoothly and everyone is so kind.

Dr. An is truly amazing. I had quite a bit of dental work that needed to be done, and she always made sure I felt comfortable while explaining everything so clearly. Ella, my hygienist, was wonderful, and the assistants Pam, Jasmine, and Mari were all so sweet, attentive, and great at what they do. The entire all-female team works together so beautifully, and you can really feel how much they care about their patients.

This has honestly been the most comfortable dental experience I’ve ever had. Even during longer procedures, everyone was so gentle, professional, and genuinely caring. They also helped get my appointments scheduled as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated.

I left every visit feeling so cared for. After coming here, I truly don’t think I could ever go to another dentist. I’m actually looking forward to coming back to get my crowns done. I’m so grateful I found this office!

I recently visited Choice Dental for a basic cleaning that I had scheduled in advance.
During the phone call, I was clearly told that the visit would include X-rays and a regular cleaning for a set price.
However, my actual experience was completely different.

After the exam and X-rays, I was strongly pressured to get a deep cleaning, even though I had one done last year and explained that my gums have been healthy.
I requested the regular cleaning I originally scheduled, but I was told it would not be possible unless I agreed to their deep cleaning plan.

The office had already asked me multiple times to change my appointment time, and I adjusted my schedule to be accommodating.
Despite that, they would not provide the service I came for.
This felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

It also seemed that toward the end of the year, patients with insurance or higher-cost treatments were being prioritized, while patients without insurance or those wanting a simple cleaning were pushed aside.

In the end, I left without receiving the basic cleaning I was promised.
This office appears to focus more on recommending unnecessary procedures rather than providing honest, patient-centered care.

I hope my experience helps others before choosing this office.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. An's office in Henderson, NV, and I'm eager to share my outstanding experience.
Upon entering Dr. An's office, the atmosphere exudes professionalism from every corner. From the warm reception at the front desk to Dr. An's detailed explanations, it's clear that patient care is their utmost priority. As someone who typically feels anxious about dental visits, Dr. An's gentle demeanor immediately put me at ease. She took the time to ensure I understood every aspect of my visit, leaving me feeling comfortable and well-informed throughout.
During my appointment, Ms. Sunshine Bolinger, the hygienist, performed a deep cleaning, and I must commend her exceptional care and expertise. Understanding my tendency to feel nervous, Ms. Bolinger's kind and gentle approach truly made a difference. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and her skillful technique made the procedure unexpectedly pleasant.
Additionally, Nahomy Luna, the dental assistant, was an absolute joy. Her friendly disposition and reassuring presence made the entire appointment effortless. It's evident that she not only excels in her duties but also genuinely cares about the well-being of the patients.
I also want to acknowledge Hyeji An at the front desk, who assisted me with insurance documents and explained my coverages thoroughly.
In conclusion, if you're seeking dental services in Henderson, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Dr. An's practice. From the moment you step in, you'll encounter professionalism, expertise, and sincere care. It's rare to find a dental team that excels in every aspect of patient experience, but Dr. An and her team have certainly achieved it.

All procedures and costs were discussed with me in full before anything was done. The staff were all kind, patient, and explained everything they were doing. My level of comfort was important to them and it made me feel they cared about me as a patient. Thank you!!

Choice Dental is nothing short to amazing. The doctor here is FANTASTIC, and the place could not run without fabulous Rebecca! Lastly, Tae is one of the newer people I’ve had a pleasure to work with. Let me start by saying Tae absolutely goes ABOVE and beyond. I would never go to anyone else. GOOD, HONEST AND KIND PEOPLE WORK HERE!!!!

They are very professional, and compassionate with what are they do. Good dentist team who communicates with the patient during every step of a procedure, making sure they are okay and not in too much pain. They were very nice and informative. They provided us excellent service and we will be coming here for all of our future dental needs. And thank you so much for the excellent dental care you've always giving to me and my family.

The nurses here are all friendly and did a very thorough dental examination. The attending physician showed me the test data and photos and suggested various good treatment methods, so I was very satisfied. My wife will also come for treatment next week, so I'm looking forward to taking good care of her.

Dentist and I never got along only because of me and my childhood fears…Coming to Choice Dental was the best recommendation I’d ever received..Lynn who was my first contact eased all my fears and took excellent care of me during and after X-rays then Dr. An came in and continued the excellent care and proceeded to do the work in the most professional way possible..I’d highly recommend any and everyone thinking about getting dental care to come to Choice Dental..Tell them that Joleen Brown sent you!
