Doctor Burt is the best! I regret that I ever went anywhere else. He is calming and kind and talks you through the whole exam. I had huge anxiety before my visit and now I can't stop talking about how great it went. His staff is also wonderful. Stephanie was amazing, light-hearted, and fun through the whole process! I will never delay my eye exams again. Thank you!!!!

Well, not sure how good the optometrist is but his office staff needs some "how we interact with patients " training!! Rude n not very helpful!! If you're old they'll treat you badly!! The DO should hire some ppl w some ppl skills. All young, one, have to imagine she was the so called mgr. is aggressive n was wearing a mask. 🤣 No one introduced themselves...I hate that!! Staff is NOT friendly!! Knowledgeable, doubtful!!

Dr. Burt raised the bar in professionalism! He listened to my concerns, performed a thorough eye exam, explained the changes in my vision and eyes, and was friendly and pleasant. I was immediately at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Burt for eye care needs and will continue to followup with him.

Dr Burt and his staff are great. This is actually the very first time my prescription for contacts and glasses was correct on the first try. I highly recommend!!!!!! Don’t waist your time at department store eye doctors.

I highly recommend Dr. Burt. He explained everything about my eyes, he performed several exams and got me the perfect lenses-he really took his time!! The office staff is amazing, it’s very clean and they keep it pretty sanitized. Glasses can be pricy specially if your insurance does not cover them but the office staff provided me with a great deal and I got a huge discount plus my glasses transitions.

This low rating is due to the Doctor will not fill my contact prescription. My prescription is in good standing but it expires in 2 days. The Doctor informed me that I ordered the limit and I need to have another exam. We are in Covid19 crisis and like many Nevadans I'm not working & can't afford a new exam, plus ordering more contacts. FYI: there's no limit to ordering if the prescription is in good standing.

Not impressed. Exam was ok, they got me in quickly. But communication skills need help. I'll be buying my glasses elsewhere. No one has called me back to help me place an order it's been over a week.
