I got my eye exam done at LensCrafters on a Saturday and was very happy with the service! Dr. Hom listened to my concerns and explained everything about my eyes. Christopher helped me with my glasses, and he was very helpful and nice, especially when helping me pick out which glasses looked best on me!

Overall, I would definitely recommend getting your eye exam and glasses here. I’m also very glad they’re open on Saturdays, as I work during the weekdays and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I’m very happy I chose this location and would definitely come back in the future if needed!

The doctor has always been very nice, and the place is consistently clean, which I appreciate. Today Alondra helped us with our order for new glasses, and she was great. Since my insurance is honestly the worst, I had to pay out of pocket for both frames and lenses. But they really worked with me — they offered 50% off the lenses and 30% off the frames, which helped more than anything. Grateful for the kindness and the effort to make it affordable.

This was our first time coming to this location and ended up coming earlier to the appointment than expected, but I was already checked in and helped by the front desk. I was called back right away and went into my eye exam. I had certain questions about starting contact lenses and my concerns were heard. was able to practice and try on daily contacts. I had my first contact lens appointment with Dr. Hon and while she was polite and efficient while doing the eye tests, when it came to putting in my contacts for the first time she gave me a little run down and left to help other customers. It was at the end of the day and it seemed busy in there. Everyone that I’ve talked to about contacts says that the doctor coached them on how to do it the first time. I was left to figure it out myself.
So in conclusion; I personally could have used more help but I did get what I came for. The rest of the staff is very nice and the store is immaculate.

as there is a team of physicians I have been working with for the past year since relocating here I the area of Nevada

I’m very happy and so pleased that she does all the testing right in the exam room for glucoma and macular degeneration and can see immediately if there are any signs of problems

She is honest and got me done quickly
She has a good longevity of being Board Certified and Registered OD

I am a brand new patient and my husband being an over the truck driver will be looking into Pacific Optometry and the LensCrafters eyeglass area for his next visit to be examined and purchase new frames
