Front staff Galilea , Alondra was very professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. The service was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
Dr.NGO made sure I was very thorough about getting me in the best possible position to better my vision . She explained everything in detail.
The young gentleman who I sat with to go over my plan was just as thorough. He made sure my benefits were maxed out and my out of pocket expenses were not too bad.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Trang Ngo at Clarity Eyecare. I was in Las Vegas from out of town and wasn’t even a regular patient there — my insurance didn’t cover the area, but Dr. Ngo still got me in quickly and her pricing was completely fair. She was incredibly thorough, kind, and handled everything with real care from start to finish. The staff matched her energy — calm, quiet, welcoming — the whole office just had a wonderful atmosphere. I was so impressed that if I lived here full-time, she’d be my go-to doctor without question. Amazing, amazing doctor — can’t recommend her and Clarity Eyecare enough

After going to a local chain optometry office for the past few years, I finally decided to try Clarity Eyecare here in the Southwest — and I’m so glad I did! From beginning to end, the entire staff was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.

My appointment with Dr. Tong was such a pleasant experience. She took the time to thoroughly explain the different types of contact lenses available to me and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I truly appreciated how informative and patient she was.

The office itself is modern and welcoming, with a thoughtfully curated selection of eyeglass frames. I ended up finding the cutest pair that even came with sunclips— such a bonus!

Overall, my visit was quick, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Clarity Eyecare to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly, professional team.

First time here.

Fell and broke my glasses at a nearby park around 4:30pm. Came here because they were open until 5:30pm. Wasn't too hopeful because it's hard to walk in for an eye exam on such a short notice.

I was blown away by the response. Everyone was wonderfully kind and sympathetic to my situation. Was immediately taken for an eye exam. Doctor Tong was super kind and fixed me with contact lenses to get home safely and expedited a new pair of glasses to be ready for me the next day.

Also, this was the first time I had the back of my eyes photographed for potential diseases. You can tell their values are quality, your wellbeing, and above all, kindess.

Highly recommend if you are looking for excellent service and hospitality.

Thank you.

I’ve been to many optometrist in the past and when you enter not many seem like they’re interested in helping you. However, when I stepped into Clarity Eyecare I felt welcomed right away as they greeted me so warmly. Dr. Ngo was my optometrist when I went and she asked me a lot of thorough questions and took her time with my exam. Definitely felt like she cared about my experience and I wasn’t just another customer to her. Turns out my vision wasn’t so horrible so she didn’t try to push glasses on me. However, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to get a pair anyways just incase. The office itself was very modern and sleek looking and they had a lot of different options for glasses and sunglasses. Whether you’re looking for something simple or something with a little more flair they got it. They also don’t mind letting you take your time trying on different ones versus some other places I’ve been to where they seemed annoyed that I was trying on so many different eyewear. Overall, I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Clarity EyeCare because of the great care I received.

Found this office from my insurance website. So glad that my search brought me here! The scheduling process was easy and the appointment was even easier! Dr. Ngo and her staff were friendly and efficient. They highlight independent lines so it was a breath of fresh air from other offices.

I always get SALT frames so I’m glad they carried that line!

Clarity eye care is an amazing place. Unique stylish modern look design with a lot of frames and lenses to choose. I went there for my yearly eye exam and a pair of new eyeglasses.
Once you walk in this shop you will feel relaxed , the staff is so supportive and pleasant.
Dr. Tong is by far, the best eye doctor I've had. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and with great patience during my eye exam. She answered most of my questions and explained to me how to choose suitable lenses.
She is the only eye care professional who diagnosed me for dry eye syndrome and recommends various treatments for it. She also explained the importance of eye lubrication to me.
I was glad to get the first pair of eyeglasses here and I will definitely return for another pair of sunglasses.

Imagine this. You’re on a cross country trip 2,500 miles away from home when your toddler gets into your toiletry bag ruining your contact lenses before their first trip to Disneyland. Can’t get back home. Can’t get in touch with my doctor. Can’t wear glasses on a roller coaster or to meet Mickey!
Enter Dr. Trang Ngo!
She is a vacation salvaging life savior! Dr. Ngo was able to take my prescription, look at my eyes and make contact lenses magically appear to save my eyesight for my trip!!!
Thank you Dr. Ngo!!!

Dr. Tong and Dr. Ngo are amazing doctors. They are very professional and polite. Their boutique is very modern and clean. The frame selection is unique and not cookie cutter like you would find at chain stores. The doctor helped me pick out my frames and after ordering, it took them 15 minutes to put lenses in them. I’m very happy with the level of customer service I received and my new glasses! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I rarely leave reviews. But every once in a blue moon when I’m so blown away by an experience, I consider it a duty. Clarity is not just any practice and Dr. Sharon is not just any optometrist. The quality of care and service I received here in having contact lenses made on an urgent timeline was exceptional - literally within hours of first contact. Dr. Sharon and her team went so far above and beyond as to deliver them to me same day. I’m not saying this is normal and everyone should expect these extraordinary results but what I can guarantee is you’ll receive the absolute best and unparalleled standard of care here.

I am usually timid and shy when it comes to style but this place made me see myself differently. The confidence that comes with the fashion knowledge from all those at Clarity helped me choose the right frame and find luxury in eye wear once again.

Can’t thank Dr. Ngo enough for taking me in last minute! I’ve been getting constant headaches and felt like I wasn’t seeing as clear in my contacts as before but my regular optometry was booked out till next year!! I did not want to wait and suffer from these headaches through the holidays. Thankfully my sister recommended this place to me & they took me in the same day! I also mentioned to Dr. Ngo that my previous contacts felt so drying so she sent me home with free trials so I can figure out which ones felt better. I am forever grateful!!

I had Lasik a decade ago and my vision was still pretty sharp, but my nighttime vision was starting to get a little worse. I wasn't sure if nighttime glasses were something people wore, but I reached out to Clarity and found out that yes, glasses for night vision are a thing (and common too. I've been living under a blurry starry rock). They were able to see me the next day! The online scheduler was really easy, so there wasn't this back-and-forth of finding a good appointment time, and I filled out all the paperwork on my phone before I showed up so there wasn't any downtime.

The lobby is super cute, clean and calming, and the vision test process itself was really seamless. You didn't need to jump from chair to chair, or get your eyes dilated and uncomfortable. Ji showed me a photograph of my eye which was interesting and weird, and Dr. Ngo did the vision tests to find my prescription. She was very thorough and explained every part of the process. We then tried on a bunch of frames in the lobby and ended up with a really lightweight comfortable pair (thanks to Ji, who took a lot of care finding the right pair), and they cut the lenses and had the frames ready while I waited. Overall I felt like everyone cared a lot and really wanted to make sure I was comfortable and had the best experience.

Visited recently for my eye exam and had nothing but a positive experience! First thing I noticed was how posh the office was! It’s very chic, cozy, and welcoming. Throughout my exam, the entire staff was wonderful. Everyone was professional and all my questions were answered for my uncommon eye condition. Dr. Tong was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my exam. Also, they have such a nice selection of frames! Very fashionable! I will definitely be returning to Clarity for all of my future eye exams!

I usually just go to Costco for my glasses but a coworker of mine recently got her glasses from here at Clarity Eyecare and looks pretty chic. My wife needs new glasses and I figured I would give this cute little shop a try.
We've never received better or more detailed care from a health provider than I have from Dr Tong here at Clarity Eyecare. She is very professional and extremely helpful. And she managed to answer all our questions (fluently in Cantonese!). All other staff were very courteous and helpful as well.
In addition to comprehensive eye exams, they offer specialty contact lenses evals such as orthokeratology lenses and scleral lenses. They also perform diabetic eye exams, dry eye treatment, and myopia management programs.
I will definitely come by if I need new glasses again.

I had a great appointment here today. Best optometrist and staff!! They were so efficient and accommodating. They even offered me coffee at the end of my visit! Dr. Tong took the time to explain everything in depth and prescribed some astigmatism contacts for me. Very friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend this office.

I was a new patient to this practice and was able to easily set up an appointment online which is so appreciated. When I walked into the office I was quickly greeted and taken care of right away. Dr. Tong did my eye exam and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable with each step of the exam. The office is sooo modern and sleek, especially in the optical! They have a great selection of eyewear that you don’t see elsewhere. If you’re indecisive like me, the staff will help you choose what looks best on you and not make you feel rushed. Great customer service from start to finish. I will actually look forward to my annual eye exams now!

Dr. Ngo is the most attentive and thorough optometrist I have ever been to. She listened to my concerns and corrected my contact prescription as my old prescription given by another optometrist was not strong enough and was giving me headaches. Although I didn’t need new glasses, they have such a large variety to choose from. It’s a bonus that the office is super cute. I will definitely be back!

The staff here is awesome! I’ve been wearing glasses since I was a kid so this isn’t my first rodeo, and admittedly I’m a little picky when it comes to my doctors and eye prescription. I picked up my glasses today and Dr. Ngo NAILED it on her first try. She’s got a customer for life!

They have the best glasses selection. I originally wanted 1 pair of glasses but I had to get 2! You have to come check this place out!!!

She prescribed me some eye drops and started to feel so much better. I came back for a check up and saw Dr. Tong who was also really nice! I saw this office one day after doing some shopping at Sprouts and decided to stop in. First of all, the office beautiful. Sleek, clean, modern, and it looks like the equipment is really high tech. I’ve been having strain in my eyes and Dr. Ngo was able to find a prescription for me that my previous optometrist missed! She showed me the prescription and my eyes immediately felt relieved! She was also super nice and knowledgable and answered my million questions. (Dr. Tong also introduced herself to me and said hello as well and she seemed very nice too). The hardest part was choosing glasses. They have a lot of really good options. Thankfully with Ji’s help I was able to find some really cool frames that I would’ve never tried on if he didn’t suggest it. I moved here not that long ago and I’m happy to have found my new optometrist.

Dr. Tong genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. I have been seeing her since I found out my last optometrist was on probation with the optometry board and I had been wearing the wrong prescription for years. When I found out Dr. Tong was opening her own practice, it was no question I had to follow her.

The office is new, modern, and uses state of the art technology. They even have a VR headset to test out your visual field during the pretesting.

The optician was knowledgeable and patient as I chose my new frames. He gave recommendations and did not seem to mind as I kept changing my mind. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses and wear them in style!

This office is amazing. I'm currently in town on business and broke my glasses. I was able to call and get a same day appointment with Dr. Ngo. She let me know it would take at least a few hours for the glasses to be made (but i was in a rush), but she suggested I try out contact lenses for the first time. Guys. Dr. Ngo changed my life. I don't know why I haven't gotten contact lenses sooner. I left the same day with contact lenses in my prescription!!! Ji taught me how to put in my contact lenses and was so patient with me, and also helped me choose some new glasses that I fell in love with! I will keep coming back here for my yearly eye checks when I'm here for work! Thanks Dr. Ngo!!!

I just moved to the area and spotted their Now Open sign. They're in the same plaza as Magic Noodle, so I called to make an appointment after lunch last week. I met with Dr. Ngo and her staff and it was a great experience. I've been needing eye care and glasses for the last 20 years so I definitely know the routine. Their office was very nice and modern and I'll be returning for all my exams, contacts, and I even spotted some cute sunglasses I might need to purchase next time too. Thanks for the help!
