Too many dentists in Vegas should NOT be dentists. My man Toni handled all the fittings to the final set! Careful and always concerned everything fits right. It's nice to smile again!

I just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You, to the dedicated staff - for their extreme professionalism - for their expertise… All of you, saved my life! In the most literal sense, without teeth- trying to live life with dentures, was absolutely destroying any hope I had. As far as I’m concerned, without teeth - my life was nearing completion, my health took a turn for the worst and I’m only 53 years old. I went to Clear Choice as a last ditch effort, and they delivered. My Mom also went to Clear Choice, and had the exact same experience and with the same praise - with my health deteriorating, and seeing as how my Mom brought me life, I decided to use her own personal experience and make it my own. One of the best decisions I made was going to Clear Choice here in Vegas. The process was virtually painless. I had temporaries the same day that fit perfectly. In fact, I would’ve been happy with those!

I have struggled with my teeth since I was 8 years old spent thousands of dollars on my teeth.
I finally decided to go to ClearChoice and get my bottom teeth pulled and get implants I was afraid even though my husband had gone through the procedure I was still afraid.
I finally made the appointment had a friend take me and was shocked about the lack of pain there was, I took advil a couple times for some pressure I was having I had pain meds for my back but never needed them. My husband finally said do you want pain I told him I didn’t want pain I was just so surprised how good I felt.
The temporary teeth I had never gave me any problems and I’m thrilled with my permanent teeth they look and feel like my own teeth felt.
I will say to read the instructions on the rinse you get because it will discolor your teeth but it does fade away.
You will get a night guard with both devices they fit so well I didn’t want to take it off.
Anyone trying to make the decision to get implants I’m saying make that appointment you will be glad you did, I know they’re expensive but if I’d done mine sooner I’d have saved myself money and that’s the honest to god truth.
Run don’t walk and get that smile you deserve.

This has been quite a circus! I first had my surgery in January. Without being told why, I was pushed out the door to heal 'at home'. The expected swelling and bruising occurred, but what I was not told was how tight the teeth would feel. I begged and pleaded for help, which was promptly ignored. It was only after the other dentist saw me that he explained why they felt so tight. After only three months, my lower teeth have broken (two snapped when I ate a marshmallow). The back two right teeth and the back two left teeth are completely broken off, and even after being made aware of this emergency (I can't eat, and there's a very sharp point that makes my tongue bleed!), an appointment could not be made for another week. I would think that they would want to take care of the individuals that they have already worked on, but this is not the case. As in all big businesses, it's hurry up and wait. They are very happy to take your money, but not great on Customer Service. After spending the amount of money that I have, I am very disappointed with the way the Las Vegas, NV office have treated me.

I’ve had my full set of clear choice for years with no major issues(little plug fell out once) they fit and feel great. It takes time but the final result is perfect they make sure if it’s not it’s your fault for not giving proper feedback during the process . They stay clean and solid eating anything. You must have good credit about 600+ I think. To get a set. We financed but paid off early. This is no joke it’s the cost and payment of putting a new car in your mouth. If you can’t afford a new car payment for your mouth try something else but got to say 100% worth it. The staff is fast and friendly. I’m out of town and they always were happy to reschedule me if need be. Never an issue but remember you have to take your new teeth back to the dealership for cleaning and inspection every year or so. Not covered under insurance. This is not an insurance kind of place.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Clear Choice Dental in Las Vegas. Jim and Dr. O and everyone in that office were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I definitely put them through the wringer with some complications, entirely due to my own negligence, but they never once made me feel judged or dismissed. Instead, they showed nothing but patience, understanding, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond to help me.

I purchased implants about five years ago. I did not go with the most expensive because they are very expensive, it went one step down. The implant has broken four times. I go in to them repaired once again today and was told that the reason they continue to break is because it's a temporary bridge! What!? I was never told that before and that was the final straw! I'm not going to pay another $350 for a temporary fix!
To each his own but I don't recommend implants from Clear Choice!
$12000 for temporary implants that break at least once a year is a scam.

I scheduled an appointment online with Clearchoice dental, and received an email confirming the date and time that I was scheduled. On the scheduled date and time, I drove 50 minutes to the place of business, arriving a few minutes early. Upon checking in, I was told I was not on the schedule. The receptionist reviewed my email and confirmed I had an appointment, but there was nothing she could do because I wasn't on the schedule. Her only advice was that I call Clearchoice dental again and make another appointment. So, my experience with Clearchoice dental was driving 100 minutes round-trip for no service or assistance.

I made an appointment on a whim thinking I for sure wouldn't be able to actually get anything done. At the consolation we talked about pricing and payment plans. Jennifer was a big help and I was able to find a payment plant that fit me. Everyone from reception to the Doctor was super nice. Well I walked in with Hope but I walk out in tears. What they don't tell you is you can Only do Financing and No other Payment plans. So if you don't have good enough Credit Score, you can't get any Financial help. But when I made my appointment for the free consultation. I was told they did have other payment plans other than Financing. So that's the only reason why I went ahead and made the appointment. I will say everyone was very nice while telling me they can't help me. I've been in so much pain because of my teeth. And I keep getting infections, so it's also affecting my health now as well. I just wanted help but I didn't get it. So make sure you ask before you make your appointment about Financing because if your credit score isn't high enough. You will get turned down.

Had my consult yesterday. With shayy. She was very friendly and informative. She walked my wife and I through how the whole process works. She then brought in Dr. Z and went into further detail on how important it to have amd how the implants in to stimulate the bone so there is no more bone loss when you were dentures and mine is getting bad. Their was no pressure what so ever!!! Shayy and Dr. Z thank you very much . I decided to go do it. Next they scheduled me to come in for measurements and pictures and color along with impressions. It took a couple of tries on the impressions prolly because the way my mouth was and they would run it to the back where they make the magic happen with your teeth. It wasn't up to there needs so we did it until it was good enough for them. That made me feel very competent in there work to make the best product for me.. even Dr. O came in to help out and he was awesome and very friendly. Then went to see Dr.z and Dani, let me tell you that what a great experience I had with them both and the professionalism they showed me and the time they took to take care of all my needs. And to make sure when all said and done I will have the best smile and confidence I could ever want. I will let y'all know the next time I go in for the quick visit on the way they will look then it will be on to the surgery. And yes they do treat you like family, I have never been treated so nice anywhere else. Thank you everyone.
2 weeks later I had my surgery. Let me tell you about the surgical staff. For the couple minutes I was awake before I went night night. Super friendly, very professional. And was very attentive to my needs. Dr. Metcalf the surgeon. Did a wonderful job with the surgery. I had very little pain after words and everything healed well. 4 months later went in for fitting for my new permanent teeth. This is where you can make any changes. We'll I did not have to at all. They nailed it on the healing set. During this Dr. Z seen I had something going on with my gums. Dr Metcalf brought me back in for a biopsy at there cost. And 2 weeks later found out all is good. Everyone was very through and Dr Metcalf was very good on the shots. Did not even feel it. He told me he doesn't like shots either lol. So long story short I recieved my finals the other day and I am loving it. Brian put in my finals and did a great job on the permanent caps where the screws go. So the overall experience was a 11 out of 10 experience. I have probably forgotten to mention someone. But every person there are friendly and attentive to your needs. I look forward to seeing them all again in a year for the annual cleaning. Job well done. THANK YOU ALL!!

I have to say I was terrified about having this done. I have a friend who used a different company and the whole thing has been a nightmare. I had gone to 2 other places and had consultations and I didn't feel comfortable. From the moment I walked into Clear Choice here in Las Vegas I got a sense of calm. From meeting the front office staff to my consultation with Jen and Dr. Z I knew I was going with them. They both put me at ease with their caring and comforting personality. On my next appointment I met Jennifer who would be with me through the process. She is absolutely amazing just like Jen and Dr Z. On surgery day of course I was anxious as anyone would be going through this process. The staff from the front desk to surgery to recovery and going home I couldn't ask for better. A few days later (swollen like a basketball and looking like I lost a fight with Mike Tyson) I felt a lump in my mouth and of course thought I did something wrong. I called and talked with Jim (front office and sweet as can be) he got me in touch with a tech and they made sure to talk with the Dr to let him know (Dr Metcalf) Jim called me the next day and let me know it was normal and not to worry. They are so caring and compassionate I couldn't ask for better. I'm so glad I chose Clear Choice Las Vegas for this journey. I don't mean to leave out the amazing lady at the front with Jim I'm just awful with names. She is just as awesome as the rest. I've never been to any medical facility that everyone knows your name the minute they see you without looking at a piece of paper. I would recommend them to anyone. I have actually already recommend them to others. If I had it to do all over again I DEFINITELY WOULD with these wonderful people. The 2 weeks of pain has renewed my confidence and I smile with pride now and these are only my temporary teeth. 2 more sets to go. At this point, I’ve only had my initial consultation and then followed it with their Smile Design exam. To date, I have met with their Patient Education Consultant who was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable and informative, assisting me with tons of my questions. At my exam I spent hours with their Prosthetic Exam Performer, another incredible and very personable professional, reviewing my treatment plan, options, pre-op measurements, x-rays and molds. I had also met with the Prosthodontist and Oral Surgeon who will be working on me inquiring even more of them and they were extremely patient and accommodating and furthered my confidence in them and the treatment plan. My surgery, treatment, follow up visits will be scheduled beginning sometime the end September and so far, after meeting with several other implant specialists in the past few weeks, I believe I made the right choice and trust that the quality of service and everything else they perform in the coming months will continue, be equally impressive, effective and professional.

The reasoning of 4 stars is things can always improve everywhere and the proof at Clear Choice, will be in the pudding. Kudos to them all.

My name is Anna. I would like to share my great experience with Clear Choice.
Several years ago my upper bridge suddenly broke & I was desperate.
I was advised to replace upper bridge with implants. I needed emergency appointment & Heidi, in spite of very busy Clinic schedule, made it for me.
All x-rays & tests were done on the premises using top of the line equipment. The Surgery was done in 1 day (removing my old teeth & replacement with implants).
I came in the early morning & left in the late afternoon with new teeth.
Everyone of my friends goes thru difficult time with other Dental Offices in the city, dealing with "temporary teeth". Usually they look very bad.
In my case nobody even noticed that I had a dental work in my mouth. Clear Choice has superb doctors: very knowledgeable & very kind.

Clear Choice Dental Implant Center in Las Vegas has been a dream come true!! I have suffered with dental issues for tooooo many years to count. I had a surgical procedure this morning at 10:30 am, arrived and signed in at 10:05 am, I sat down for no more than 5 minutes and the surgical assistant came out to get me at 10:10 am, brought me back to get a quick bone scan and then to the operating room suite.

The surgical assistants were very nice, very efficient getting IV’s started, getting me hooked up to the heart monitor, pulse oximeter, oxygen and I’m sure that my surgery started before the scheduled time of 10:30 am?

Dr. Isom is excellent and is a fine surgeon. He takes the time to listen carefully and explains all
of my questions, regardless of how dumb they are! LOL 😂

One of the surgical assistants, Lindsey, has reached out to me a number of times to discuss important issues in preparation for my surgery today, 5-12-21. That was very valuable! Thanks Lindsey!

We spent so much time driving in circles because my GPS wasn't working. No one could give us a simple direction of turning right. There use to be a time before cellphones where people would actually help you with directions when you were a client trying to make it to an appoint.

I tried to suggest more clarity in giving out directions next time. The brunette Receptionist at the Front Desk didn't want to hear it and stormed away demanding the Manager to save her from being "attacked." Very childish. Needless to say they lost a potential client! We'll go elsewhere for better services.

It all started with me losing my last two teeth with any chewing surface. I did a partial before and hated it. So I looked into a do over on my teeth like my dentist recommended. So I looked around and landed at Clear Choice. Like all the different offices providing complete restoration, the price is all about the same with impending sticker shock at the price. At the end of the day, a man’s got to eat.
My first visit to Clear Choice was in February 2017. They very thoroughly outlined the whole process, took pics and modeled my cranium. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. Talked about removing the remaining teeth and how the whole implant and dental prosthesis would work. The doc was planning on fixing my bite for the first time in my life. I liked the idea of leaving the office with a set of temp teeth while my mouth healed over several months. So I put all my chips in and set up an appointment to have my mouth revamped.
I showed up mid-March 2017, the day of my mouth overhaul and had a nice chat with the surgeon, Dr. Isom. He’s a really nice guy. They put me under and I remember waking up one time for a few seconds, but really woke up when all the teeth were gone and the 9 implants were installed, the surgeon added an extra implant because he thought I needed it. I was in the recovery room with my wife for a few hours till things settled down in my mouth, then off to a treatment room for Dr. Mackie to start fixing my mouth, molding and the ground work for my temp set of ceramic teeth. That all went well and by 6:30 that day I was on my way home with full set of teeth for the first time in decades. Overall the day was a challenge and wore me out. I had pain pills for the pain, but I really only took them the next day, then I was okay with some Tylenol.
I was back in a week for a check over to make sure everything looked okay. The staff was very thorough and make sure all my questions were answered. I was eating the soft food and my teeth were doing okay. If I tried anything stupid, like chew too hard, my jaw sent me immediate feedback, but after a week or two, that went away too. After a lifetime of dental disaster, no more dental pain for me.
I was in and out of the office choosing colors and teeth and such. I had a couple times where I broke off a front ceramic tooth. They fixed it right away and I was back to having a full set of teeth. Finally, about 5 months past and they took out the teeth for the first time. It was sobering not having any teeth and feeling it for the first time. And talking, forget about it. And brace yourself for the smell. Anything decaying under your prosthesis when they take the teeth out, well it flat out smells bad. I don’t know how the staff does it all day long frankly.
Several more appointments with Dr. Mackie to mold and practice fit the permanent teeth to get it just right. She seems like quite the perfectionist about getting it just right. Then the Zirconia teeth were made. My final visit was mid-January 2018. It took 30 minutes to install the final teeth, another 10 minutes to get the bite just right then polished. I’ve had the permanent teeth in for a month now. They look just like my old teeth, but fixed and straight and I have all the chewing surface this guy needs and more.
As I look back at the whole adventure, there are a few takeaways:
1. Use the medicated mouth wash, it heals up your mouth like a champ.
2. The water-pick is a must to keep the prosthesis clean of food from under it next to the gum.
3. The whole bolt in and out of the teeth rocks. It’s like I have all my teeth back, but better. Priceless.
I recommend Clear Choice and for that matter, getting the implants and teeth. They fixed all that was wrong with my teeth by putting in a set that look great with the right bite. I know I paid Clear Choice for a service, but they delivered on their promise and every time I left the office I had good looking teeth. Thanks for the nice work.

I am a participant in the Clearchoice upper arch dental implant process. The beginning of the process is a bit complicated but includes replacement of, in my case the native upper arch similar to the construction of a "Dental Plate". While waiting for the maturation of the bony implants to mature my temporary prosthesis cracked. I notified CC and they scheduled a repair. The total time involved was a bit less than two hours and performed by a highly skilled dental technician. I am extremely satisfied and look forward to my permanent prosthesis

I want to scream from the rooftops or mountain tops how great my experience was with clear choice, because they explain every step that would happen and what to expect for each appointment, you can’t get any clearer than that and it decreased my fear of dental work. I made a bad choice and went to a dentist called Abbey’s dental, they talked me into getting veneers, not knowing what they were about to do, they convinced me that it would be a smart decision but what they didn’t tell me was that they were going to drill down my teeth and after sitting in that dental chair, and was like what are you doing, I need a break from this chair. Well by that point they had drilled down my healthy teeth and ignored a problem tooth. It was too late to change my mind. The veneers were anchored down by small mental posts and ten years later, I was eating and my veneer fell out. I thought no problem as they came with a lifetime warranty, so I said I will contact them and they could fix it, only to find out they were bought out by another name, and the worst part was they said they don’t cover the warranty. So I started checking out options, I went to a dentist that does implants, my nerves were on high alert, they took X-rays, said they would be able to get me in and get full upper and lower implants, but they wanted to get a medical clearance prior to surgery. They gave me a doctors office and their phone number. I called, I got an appointment, he ordered blood test, then the phone call came, I discovered I had diabetes 2, he could not give me the medical clearance for surgery., I was devastated!! So I changed my diet, reduced my sugar intake and changed my life to one of a healthy lifestyle. Months went by, I could not go out to eat, Ii became reclusive with little to not going out in public. I could feel the changes in my body, I had lost 40lbs but I was still not happy and one day I decided to explore my options again. I kept seeing the ads for clear choice, I filled out a short survey and they called me back. I spoke with Jennifer in detail and she listened, she bought in the surgeon and we talked, from that point I felt so confident and comfortable, we set a date for the surgery. I was so excited!! Surgery day came and I was so calm, it was like I had been here before but I hadn’t, it was just how everyone ( the staff) made me feel. I felt I needed to tell my story and the journey I went through to make you understand this was not a cosmetic decision, it was a lifestyle decision for the rest of my life and how I feel today and how happy I am. The road may have been long but so worth every step I made to get here today and the joy I feel. Clear choice is the BEST CHOICE hands down!! I want to thank each and every person who took me through this journey at clear choice. You are the best!!
