I take care of my 83 year old dual stroke victim mother and I have taken her to several Nurse Practitioners in the Vegas area and Coleen is by far the best. She actually put me in my place about my moms mental health as I knew my mom would lie and she was right, but my mom still lied lol. I believe Coleen wants to help and heal but she is stuck in a broken system, as we all are. I believe the mind controls the body and the gut controls the mind and unfortunately Doctors and NP's aren't trained that way. We are in a system where we have to use synthetic medicines, which in my opinion are long term worse than sourcing the issue and fixing it naturally. I believe Coleen understands this but isn't allowed to prescribe certain things because she's not trained that way and it makes me sad that our wonderful doctors and NP's have to abide by the system our Federal Government has forced us in. Yes we can go to a Natural route but that costs a lot and medicare doesn't cover it.....naturally. Bottom line is Coleen and her staff are great with the tools they have to work with. My provider NP Colleen Bruhn is extraordinary. She is always on top of why I'm there, spends plenty of time answering all my questions and explains everything in a way that is easily understood. She is incredibly knowledgeable and works cooperatively with specialists when needed. She is excellent at communication and responds quickly when inquiring about referrals, labs, test results, etc. I highly recommend her for all your healthcare needs.
