In 2023 My amazing father Roger Frye was a resident at College Park rehabilitation Center and I am still grateful for the care, compassion, and respect he received during his time there. He was there for four months… The staff treated him with kindness and dignity, making a difficult time for our family much easier to navigate.
The nurses, caregivers, and support staff were attentive to his needs and always took the time to make him feel comfortable and valued. They kept our family informed, answered our questions, and genuinely cared about his well-being. Their dedication and professionalism gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.
The facility was clean, welcoming, and provided a safe environment for residents. What stood out most was the genuine compassion shown by the staff every day. They went above and beyond to ensure my father received not only excellent care but also companionship and respect. Julie the Director is the most amazing lady.. whenever there was a problem she handled it Immediately… to Genesis and Heidi best two nurses in the world. I can’t say enough about these two and how amazing they were taking care of my father. Terri, the head nurse what a beautiful soul she made sure that the nurses that took care of my father were on top of it. Darren, the social Worker was there for us mentally through all the hard times it’s very supportive, caring understanding. He made sure that we did have a piece of mind which was a huge to us… The head chef that cooked dad‘s food made sure I had a menu every single week to circle what my dad wanted to eat and the times we were not there. She made sure she gave dad the best food ever. There’s a lot of staff I don’t remember their names, but one girl in particular when I showed up there to find a facility to move my father… thank u for giving me a hug.
Our family will always appreciate the love and support shown to my father during his stay. Thank you to everyone at College Park Rehab rehabilitation center for the difference you made in his life and ours. Unfortunately, we lost him in 2023. We miss him so much but we still talk about the staff there to this day so thank you all for what you’ve done for our Dad.

I dont know how to thank the staff enough for what they did for my Brother. This facility deserves so much credit for the amazing care they gave my brother!! Huge shout out to Eddy his case Mgr for going above and beyond every step on this journey, and Heidi, one if his nurses, whose encouragement and positive interactions with my Brother, made all the difference. I felt safe with my brother while he was in their care, and I couldn't be more grateful!! Thank you College Park!!

My father has been a Patient at College Park Rehab since having a major stroke and I cant say enough positive things about all the staff here! Before arriving here, we had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with two other nursing facilities where my dad almost died due to neglect from the staff. It can be challenging to find good care in the Las Vegas Valley and that is why we are so thankful to have found College Park. All the nurses are caring, attentive, and always happy to help you with any issues you need. The vibe you get when walking into this facility compared to the others we were at is like night and day. You can tell everybody there is happy to be working there which makes a big difference in the kind of care the patients receive. We are so thankful to everyone on staff at College Park for giving us piece of mind knowing my father is being taken proper care of!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heidi and her nursing assistant, Genesis. From the very beginning, they have both shown an incredible level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for my mom.

Heidi is not only highly knowledgeable and attentive, but she also takes the time to truly listen and make sure all of my mom’s needs are met. She goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and the best possible care at all times. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction.

Genesis is just as amazing—kind, patient, and always willing to help with a warm and positive attitude. She treats my mom with so much respect and care, and it brings our family real peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands.

Together, Heidi and Genesis make an outstanding team. Their dedication and compassion have made a difficult time so much easier for our family. We are beyond grateful for everything they do and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional care.

I have always had a good experience coming to College park. There’s one nurse that really stands out to me that’s Heidi. she always goes above and beyond. She always has a sweet personality. And she’s always there to help. With any questions I might have.
