I had an appointment with Dr Tibayan as a follow-up to blood work done in both November of 2025 and then May 2026.
The appointment was on May 29, 2026.
On May 26 I called to find out if I could come in earlier in the day. I was told I would get a call back from the appointment office. I received the call back at 10:00am on the 29th three hours before my scheduled appointment!
The caller stated that I was called in response to a cancellation request!!
That was not the case at all and I wanted to just come in earlier. I was told that the office would call me right back… they did not. I therefore went in at my scheduled time.
When I can into the office exam room I was met by a PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT. I was told that Dr Tibayan was away on vacation. She then proceeded to read my hematology test results. I asked her why I wasn’t informed that the doctor was away and who actually read the report. She told me that my report was good but she was not a doctor.
I again asked why I wasn’t informed that Dr Tibayan was away and her response was: “yes they should have but we’re working on better patient communication!!
This is ridiculous!! I did not want a PA analyzing my blood work..I want the doctor who ordered the tests to be there and discuss whatever needed to be presented.
This is a Cancer Care center, not some neighborhood Urgent Care walk in office.
I do not appreciate their cavalier attitude with dealing with patients perhaps having life altering conditions.

This is my second visit here at this location and I am SO impressed with how friendly everyone is. From the receptionists to the nurses to my doctor, it's refreshing to see everyone with such a great attitude.

I've been a cancer patient here for 4 years. Dr Ram is a good doctor and I love his nurse Daisy BUT the rest of the administrative staff needs better training or protocol to follow or both. When I call at 4:50 to make an appointment and I'm on hold for 8 minutes then told "it's 5:00 we will call you next week." That is just WRONG! it was NOT yet 5 pm and I called in plenty of time to make an appt. My meds get called into the wrong pharmacy frequently and my blood work has been sent to the wrong lab our side my insurance network. The medical care system is so very broken already and these mistakes and excuses make that worse. In the meantime, patients are dying because we're falling through the cracks. DO BETTER! WE SHOW UP FOR THE CARE, SO SHOULD THE STAFF! Don't tell me is 5 pm when it's 458 and I've been on hold for 8 minutes!

I have had a lot of health difficulties in the past year which have ultimately led me to CCCN and Dr. Ram. I had my first appointment today.

The office is clean and in a nice location. I felt very comfortable.

The doctor takes his time to get to know you and to assess the situation. I did not feel rushed, and I felt like he listened to me. There was a bit of a wait, so factor than in when you go.

There is a lab in-office, which is very convenient. The phlebotomist Tawni is a star! She was able to get my vein very quickly and in one go. That is very rare for me to experience because my veins tend to run away from needles.

Right now, things are up in the air regarding whatever is causing my symptoms, but I got the impression that Dr. Ram is very thorough and will work hard to figure it out.

Small update after my second appointment:

The scheduler, Shelly, is not the best, make sure you reconfirm everything. Double check if your appointment is canceled before going, because they will cancel your appointment an hour before you are supposed to show up.

I was rudely spoken down to and the staff members were aggressive and unprofessional. They made a mistake and tried to humiliate me to defend their screw up.

I have been sick for almost two years. I don’t need extra stress from the medical staff who are supposed to make me feel better.

The doctor is great, his office staff need improvement.

Thank you Dr. Tibayan, Brenda and all of you at CCCN for your kindness and care that goes beyond doing your jobs. For a world that has no respect and a don't have time for you attitude, the opposite holds true for Dr. Tibayan, Brenda and everyone else there. My husband was a patient there until his passing and he was always received like he was their only patient. On our last visit, Brenda was very concerned about my husband's arm and brought it to Dr. Tibayan's attention. Even though his arm isn't the reason we see the doctor, he took measures to get us help with his arm immediately. What doctor and staff go the extra mile to care for a patient when the issue isn't their problem or specialty! We need more doctors and their staff, like CCCN, who truly care about you. August 7, 2024, my appt date day before i was called and asked to do my labs, rescheduled for august 14 the following week, i was again called to get a referral from my primary, why didnt they told me to do both when i was there august 7, The staff told me to call well its impossible to get a hold of someone for scheduling plus all those hassles that goes with it. My doctor was great but staff services to get the appointment sucks I wanted to stick with the same doctor, but the recent experience i have was just so bad that i decided to stop using your services. I JUST SWITCHED DOCTOR AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE WITH THE NEW PROVIDER IN TERMS OF SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE VIA THE PHONE IS WAY DIFFERENT FROM THE SERVICES U PROVIDE.

My experience has been 99% good. They diagnosed the low Iron very quickly and got me approved for band IV transfusion. I am still taking B12 shots but have not seen the Dr in a long time.

This is a great place with great staff and great doctors… They relieve all the stress you may have as soon as you walk through the door… They work with you as though you are family… I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ram; a wonderful and patient doctor… I am certainly glad that I was recommended to this facility…

I will provide two stars for the fact Dr. Ram is a really great doctor! But when you have to wait of over 40 mins for a quick injection that is ridiculous! It's bad enough with having to go through this with loved ones! But making a Cancer patient wait that long for an injection is absolutely unacceptable! I ask the front desk receptionist! His responsive is its out of our control, we run behind! Yet when I ask after waiting 45 mins they tell me my dad can go on to the back? But you see the staff walking talking to each not patient related and eating the whole time? And you wonder why they run behind? And to call expect to wait for over 2 hours for no one to answer. Sad patients and family have to go through this from an office that is suppose to be working to save their lives!

My Dr is great but the Dr’s obvious allow their nurses to do refills of prescription medications and every other month I have the same issue. Either they screw up the prescription or never give the information to the DR. This system obviously do not work and Judy has no reason for not doing her job. Stop 🛑 playing with cancer patients, don’t you know we have more to deal with than your incompetence and biases. One day your going to play these games with the wrong patient 😄 and he or she will not write a review like me, you put your coworkers and staff in danger ⚠️. I personally wouldn’t want to work with someone who treat ppl this way in this day and time. We hear everyday ppl going crazy for less. Judy get your stuff together or get out the way.

Drs offices aren't always the greatest place to be I less you are sick. Well, I LOVE this place even if I was just there with someone else because the staff and Drs are ALL so so wonderful and they show and let us know they care outside if being our care providers. Kudos to "my girls" at the center on W Horizon Ridge Pkwy. ❤️💯

So sad to see Dr. Allison retire, such an amazing person. She is my sister's (was) rock! Over 8 years we've known her and she really is an amazing person. We love her dearly! The staff there is always supporting and compassionate. They have always been very professional.

Doctor's and nurses are excellent but the front desk staff is ridiculous. They're rude and seriously lack customer service skills. They changed my appointment day and time without calling me and then acted as if it were my fault.
