I am very pleased with this dental office. All of the staff are friendly and upbeat, but also industrious and professional. The office is super-clean and seems to have all the latest technogloy and gadets. Fortunately, I didn't need a lot of work done to experience all of their equipment! I convinced my Mom to go this dentist and when she came home to tell me about it, she was so happy, so pleased, so impressed and so grateful to have found a good and honest dental office - it bought tears to her eyes. I hate having to go to the dentist. I’m a great patient and won’t move because I’m scared it’ll hurt but I sit with as tense body as you can get. I feel like I’ve done a massive whole body workout for days afterward. HOWEVER…….my mom sees Dr. Hendrickson and through her PHENOMENAL care she received from him and his staff I am now his patient, too. I cannot give enough praises and say great things about him and the staff. Honestly, if you’re like me and just terrified of going to the dentist, please please just go and see him. Having missing teeth can be embarrassing and humiliating, but Dr Gregg and his entire team had me feeling at ease in no time. During my consultation all of my options were presented to me with clarity and compassion. If you read these, read this one, I went here because I hate the dentist, not that I want a new person to dislike, but after reading all of the reviews for the thousands of dentists in this city, this office seemed like the best of the worst, worst because there a dental office and I don't wanna go anyway. So I finally get there, get in the room, meet Monica, aka "Mo", ask for her, she is awesome, gave more of an empathetic feel rather then the usual clinical where does it hurt, ok this is what were gonna do. Start to layout my story of why im here and what im looking to have done, as a dental helper she flipped the script. Oh you need to talk tk Gregg, so im like great, nerves kick back in, anxiety kicks up, then big Gregg Hendrickson walks in, honestly... he seals the deal, gives you the honest answer, the comfort, the ok, this is the guy im comfortable letting do what I need done but don't want to, lots of dental work, they're a one stop shop, if you don't want to waste the hrs of research and happen to run across this review, know I have seen way to many dentists in my life and this place felt different, from even the pre screen interview before you, first time in 50 years I feel confident with the Dr, the staff, and I only met 3, the scheduling money lady is amazing and funny too, but alas I did not catch her name, she will know who she is when she reads this... thanks for taking care of me and I think I have found my dentist for a while

BEWARE
Almost every tooth they touched in my wifes mouth is in excrutiating pain and when she told them she couldnt even eat a gummy vitamin after without pain they discharged her from the practice. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. her prior doctor went to usc and was the top of his class and there was nothing wrong with any of her teeth or any pain until they drilled them for hours and i believe they cracked her tooth and barely put any filling in it. and they put A ROOT CAnal crown replacement that is approx 35% of the size of her previous crown. they are the worst dentist we have ever dealt with in our lives. their customer service was non existent. her new dentist did xrays and almost every tooth with a problem the numbers match the teeth that comprehensive dental claimed they filled. DO NOT GET ANY REAL WORK DONE HERE. even the root canal crown replacement has to be redone. all the teeth they did have to be redone and insurance wont pay for it again and they dont take any accountability for ruining my wifes teeths. not to mention she got 3 autoimmune diseases when she was going to them probably because of all the xrays they did without a thyroid guard for her.

Had been a patient about 7-8 months, had 2 crowns which were paid for before leaving the office. As far as I am aware there were no payment problems nor complaints. Went in for a 3rd crown and just and I mean just before my appointment time was called into a conference room. Was told I had to prepay for the procedure before they would do it and had to sign an informed consent form to have the procedure. Told them no on the prepayment, I would not sign anything unless I had sufficient time to read it and just walked out. Don’t know what changed but they need to treat their patients as persons not just a cash cow.

Dr. Kevin Major, and all of the office staff here, and assistants are absolutely incredible. From Karina, to Lani to my dental hygienist. Just WOW. They are beyond incredible for their patient care and dedication.

From the moment I first called, I was on the phone with the receptionist for nearly 30 minutes. How about that for patient dedication?!! Empathy like that, is hard to come by, genuinely. It cannot be taught. She listened to my concerns and plea for help for finding the right dentist for me. She assured me I would be in good hands and well taken care of by Dr. Kevin Major. A name I had heard flung around left and right. I was intrigued and so invested. I did so much research on my dentist, and the practice itself. They got the green light from me.

Now it was time to go to my first appointment. They made sure I was comfortable, heard, and taken care of. I even got my teeth professionally cleaned, and am in the process of getting all my cavities filled to go onto my orthodontics journey.

From start to finish, from my consultation to the cleaning itself. I knew I had found the right dental office and dentist.

This entire time, I had been searching and it was right around the corner from where I live. Dr. Major showed me all of my teeth issues, and walked me through the entire treatment plan. For once in my life, my dentist listened to me. Enthusiastic at his craft, and true passion for what he does. Proper bedside manner, and a true blessing to find a dentist that truly cares this much about your teeth health and smile as much as you do. When I say that you can genuinely tell the “good” dentists from the “bad” ones. Dr. Major is one of the good ones!!

I was so frustrated with the previous dental office I saw, and how unwelcoming, rude, and money hungry they were. Horrible, terrible practices with horrible bedside manner. I felt like a walking bank, was treated as such, and not truly cared for and listened to. Going to the dentist should NOT be like this.

If you are searching around for a new dentist and dental clinic… and one that will truly care and listen to your wants, needs, and concerns. You have NOW found the right place. Dr. Kevin Major is an expert in his craft, and he will educate you from start to finish. Listen to you, and make sure that you are happy with your smile. He will listen to your concerns. He will walk you through treatment, and answer all questions you may have. He gave me what most dentists I saw before him never gave me, and that is TIME.

Dr. Major is the only dentist I will ever see for my teeth health and treatments. I’ll never go anywhere else. My friend recommended this dental office because of the professional treatment, and because prices are truly much more affordable than other offices in the area. The denist who helped me is Dr Kevin Dionisio, and I am very grateful. I have a bridge in back of my front upper teeth that was feeling loose. It was beginning to cause anxiety and stress whenever I ate or brushed my teeth. I had been to some other well-intentioned and knowledgeable dental offices that wanted to remove the bridge, along with several teeth, and advised me of the unfortunate and extremely huge amounts of out-of-pocket costs there would be. I had been hoping for quite while that I could find a dentist who would say they could simply try re-cementing the bridge to my teeth, and that is exactly what I found at Comprehensive Dental. Dr Dionisio looked at my x-rays and teeth, and provided me with confidence that my teeth are in good condition. And then regarding the re-cememting, he was professionally and kindly upfront, and advised me that there was no guarantee on how effective the cementing would be, nor how long it would last. Maybe a few days, maybe years. I understood the situation very clearly. So the re-cementing procedure was done, binding the edges of the bridge to my teeth. I immediately felt the difference! The loose-ness was gone! It has only been about a week since the procedure, and I have not had any problems. In fact, everything feels quite firm and secure. The re-cementing has provided me with a great deal of relief when chewing food and brushing my teeth. Of course, I am not biting really hard, nor applying extreme pressure to my teeth. Of course, there would be risks in doing that. I would say, however, that I am now eating and brushing my teeth quite normally. I am very grateful that everything feels good again. I had to pay several hundred dollars for the re-cementing, but I have to say it has been worth it. Once again, I am very grateful to have found this dental office and Dr Dionisio.

The team at comprehensive dental care Excel and customer service. They always take extremely good care of me and my family. Recently, I had a broken veneer the day before my birthday. They got me in the very next day without any hassle or delay and gave me a temporary veneer until my permanent one was ready four days later. They are always extremely pleasant, personal and professional when I visit their office. I can’t say enough great things about the staff and doctors. Especially Angela and Dr. Kevin!!

Well another appt for cleaning. Not enjoyable but Angie is terrific and most everyone I have had any contact with there are extremely personable,caring, and friendly. Dr. Greg is as nice as he can be and he didn't pick on my mouth this time. Now if I could learn to keep my mouth shut in that office, I would never get in trouble there.

After years of never going to the dentist, I love coming to Comprehensive Dental. Since I had brand new implants done on all my teeth, they always make feel very welcomed when coming back for my cleaning. The staff is amazing and also do such a wonderful job.
