I came here because I had a filling pop off. From experience the dentist was great. Then Omar started talking to me about what I would have to pay. I understand things are quotes but the quote was going to be charging me way over what my insurance is charging. I have heard about this happening so I called my insurance and gave the codes and they told me what I'd need to pay. I went in to talk to Omar and the second I mentioned I talked to my insurance he was extremely rude. Customer service went out the window at this place. I recommend calling your insurance to verify what you're going to pay before you sign ANYTHING!

I came in today for a deep cleaning. I haven’t been to the dentist in like 6-7 years so I was already really nervous just about that alone. But I called and got an appointment the same day. It really was a great experience they were very nice, explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back here for the future work I need done. I was seen by dr. 8/11/2026: They lied. The dentist does still work here.

4/14/2026 Update: I called the number they provided in response to my review. I spoke with Omar. Omar said the dentist no longer works here and since he doesnt work here, he can't compensate me for my expenses related to the damage this practice has done to my mouth. $10,000 btw for a 26 year old with previously healthy teeth after dental insurance. He did want me to "please delete my review" though after saying "we dont like when other dentists point fingers, we dont know that it was actually overfilled." Um, buddy, its not rocket science. The other dentist said it was VERY overfilled. So, of course, image control without actual accountability.

I've lost 2 healthy teeth at 26 because of this dental office. In July of 2024, I came here for a routine cavity filling. I felt like my bite was off and told the dentist and was told everything was fine and that sometimes new fillings just feel weird. I was advised to give it time and come back if I had issues. I came back numerous times and basically was just told the same thing until finally they said it was probably a failed filling and that sometimes that can happen if a cavity was too large to correct. The cavity was not a large one. I get a second opinion. The other dentist said the cavity filling was way too high and that they should have filed it more. The shave it down for me, the pain continues. Finally I decide to get a root canal, hoping it'll help with the pain. Root canal fails so I remove the tooth entirely. Still dealing with pain. Go to a new dentist due to having to relocate. New dentist is concerned about a potential for fracture due to the overly filled cavity causing too much pressure on surrounding teeth. Surprise surprise, I get a cone beam scan and a tooth that was perfectly healthy before all of this is fractured. 26 years old. Losing 2 teeth. Because the dentist didnt shave it down. 2 years of pain and thousands of dollars. I cant even afford the treatment I need. This should be illegal or I should at least be compensated for this. I would highly avoid this dentist. Everyone is nice and polite here, but I'd rather have a rude dentist who knows what he's doing than a nice dentist who permanently ruins my healthy teeth.

I’ve been a patient at this dentist for about two-ish years now and the staff and Dr Heidi have always been so helpful and kind to me. My daughter and I have both gone to the Craig Ranch Dental office over the past year. She had a great experience with the removal of all 4 wisdom teeth with virtually no pain or swelling afterwards. I had a root canal done many months ago and have had zero issues with it since then. I have always been greeted kindly by the office manager and he was so patient with me when I got emotional after hearing news that upset me about dental work I needed. All of the staff have been professional and caring each time I’ve visited. First of all everyone I met in my time going here has been so kind and patient in explaining everything to me from cost to what they're doing and answering any questions I had (I felt so bad making sure I understood and asked everything, but they were so patient). First time I get to visit this Smile Generations branch up north. I’ve been with Rainsprings in the southwest side of town for the longest time. But I have been dreading to look for new location and new dentist. Guess what? This place surprised me with such warm welcome. I have canceled my prior appt with Rainsprings and recently chipped off my molar hours after canceling the scheduled appt. Then I gave this location a call. I spoke with Ohmar over the phone and was able to set an appointment the next day!

I walked in to my appointment and was greeted. The front desk receptionist had a pleasant smile. Initially, Xray Tech Giselle on the other hand was very thorough with the entire process and already made me feel comfortable. I could tell that there’s a big smile behind the worn mask that matches her soft-spoken tone. Can’t wait to meet my new Dentist, and I will post more about my experience later. Oh the facility looked very clean and well maintained. Kudos!

​I’ve gone here for five years, but I’m concerned about the new staff. I come in three times a year for maintenance, yet the new doctor is pushing a $800.00 deep cleaning that I don't believe I need. It feels like they are prioritizing profit over patient history now that the previous doctor is gone. Be careful and double-check your treatment plans here.

I miss the personalized care of the former doctor's Lynda Torres, Juliya K & Heidi Kim and will likely be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

Sadly this dentist went from high ethics and professionalism to mediocrity and no interest in holding her staff accountable. Front office “manager” is incompetent. Raised this problem with Dr Torres but evidently she’s too busy to care about a bad experience. Started a “plan” months ago and to date - no viable follow up. Doc hasn’t even bothered to respond to my concerns about the need to chase her staff for a return call. Too bad. Liked her but it’s just no longer tolerable.

I have struggled for years to find good dental care here in Vegas, so much so that this was going to be my last attempt at local dental care before going out of state. This is by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff is fast-paced, professional, and truly takes your pain into consideration. They address the problem and get it fixed quickly. Craig Ranch Dental has been my primary dental care provider for 3 years now and they have always treated me with the utmost respect and care.

The team, whether front office or care staff, have always been thorough at explaining everything from cost to treatment plans in detail.

My wife and I can’t stop smiling at each other! My wife and I both got our two front crowns done. The space has cutting-edge tech. It’s ultra clean and so pleasant. Soft music and comfortable rooms.

The entire staff is warm, kind, and articulate. They all coordinate in their roles and work efficiently together, moving me swiftly through the process. They clearly explain what they’re doing each step of the way. They do everything they can to make us feel comfortable.

Dr. Jett was so caring throughout the process. He explained everything and created a calm space, even through the intense drilling. He guided me through all my options so I could make the best decision. He coordinated with the lab making the crowns to ensure I got the best look and fit.

They walked me through the financing and got me on an affordable path.

The emotional impact of seeing my new smile in the mirror makes me smile nonstop. My wife’s teeth look amazing too! When she smiles at me, it makes me smile bigger. Then she sees my teeth, and it’s an endless feedback loop of us just smiling at each other!

Two crowns have taken several months to complete, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. (I won’t even go into detail about a prior tooth extraction that left part of my face partially paralyzed for several weeks.)

While I acknowledge that some delays were due to my limited availability—since I am a caregiver for a special needs family member—Craig Ranch Dental’s lack of professionalism and organization made the situation far worse.

The financing process felt more like buying a car than receiving medical care. Phrases such as “We can give you this one-time offer” and “We’d need that decision today” were used repeatedly, followed by the manager leaving and returning with new “offers.” This happened several times, creating unnecessary pressure and confusion.

When I returned for what was supposed to be the second crown, the dental assistant asked, “We’re doing two crowns today?”—which was incorrect, as one had already been placed. It was then I discovered that my records, scans, and procedures had not been properly updated and that my second crown had never been sent out for fabrication.

The office manager promised to call me, but I never received any follow-up. After a week, I called myself and was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. I was even placed on hold for 10 minutes, only to be disconnected. Despite emailing the dentist directly, I received no response.

To make matters worse, I was later told conflicting information about why my crown wasn’t made. I was originally told it was due to spacing issues, but later found out it was actually because they didn’t have the proper materials available at the time.

During another call, the office manager grew short and honestly, very rude with me when I explained I couldn’t extend my appointment time—despite having already been there for 45 minutes and having arranged allotted time for a caregiver.
Told me I couldn’t speak to the owner that he does all his phone calls for him. Asked to leave a message with a dentist dentist at a later date told me that she was never given a message.

Overall, my experience with Craig Ranch Dental has been disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable, transparent, or compassionate dental care.
