09/15/2026: today I saw Jennifer DeAndria, the licensed nurse practitioner (APRN-BC) for the practice. I will tell anyone to go see her first, and discuss your issues with her first, before you need to go see any of the surgeons. With me, the recommendation was to get hyaluronic acid injections into my knee and I can tell you that worked out great. She is very conservative towards the treatment, and is very easy to talk with about orthopedic issue! She is a great asset to this practice!

I saw Jennifer for the first time and she called me back early, sympathetic when she explained u needed yet another lab visit. Not due to any negligence on their part but she took the initiative and scheduled me a same day appointment to get the test. Her demeanor was uplifting she had great bedside manor. I had the wrong information astonished what was going to be removed or added, Kim went and found a model clearly set my fears at ease and then constructed post exercises and when I thought it couldn't get better Robbie came with the contraption! He was funny but he got me together. Let me say this about my entire experience here. I've had 2 shoulder surgeries and not one time did I receive explanations, advice for success- especially the nutritional side. My biggest praise and joy is with Dr. Blaney, Robbie, and Emily! These 3 are SO fun!, kind, and just amazing humans - and I will only trust them going further. ✨

Here’s how it started…
I broke my wrist out of state on a Wednesday - went to an urgent care, did an X-Ray, and yes… it was clearly broken. I came back to Vegas 2 days later with a temporary urgent care splint.
I started Googling Ortho’s in town so I could get in and get real treatment, casted. I probably talked to 5-6 places, they all said the *exact* same thing “We can get you in in 2-3 weeks, but we will need your X-Rays to determine if we will even see you.” … what? … I digress.
Anyway, magic happened… Crovetti answers. We are now 5/6 days post injury, it’s maybe Mon or Tues now - and like the others, I explained what happened and that it was 100% broken and I needed to get in sooner rather than 87 years later. The splint was un-mummifying at this point.
I got zero push back, zero “the king will determine if you’re worthy” - yet, a calm and sweet “could you please hold and let me see what we can do” .. sure .. “we can get you in this Thursday.” X-Rays preferred if I could get them, but not necessary. … it’s that easy?
Well… yes, with Crovetti it was.

Two stars for Dr Michelin and 0 stars for the surgery, recovery suites and administration staffs.

My initial impression of Dr Michelin was good. He has a direct approach and it seems he may have done a good job on my surgery. He completely dropped the ball post-surgery. His PAs, Briannon and Tiffany, were quite good. There was the overnight nurse in the Queensridge recovery center that was amazing, but I don’t recall her name.

Crovetti Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Queensridge Surgery Center and Queensridge Surgical Recovery Suites are entities founded by Dr Crovetti, all are in the same building on Alta Dr. I realized an interesting corporate structure when I had to delve into the many issues I had with the three entities. Long, arduous story short, I identified multiple serious errors in my surgery records, i.e., noted me as drinking alcohol daily (I don’t), having cystic fibrosis (I don’t), changing my race (I don’t even know what to say about that error) and dating my surgery records three days BEFORE my surgery. Requesting corrections to my records was a debacle with someone from one Crovetti entity pointing the finger at someone at another Crovetti entity. After three months of trying to get these entities to comply with the HIPAA 60-day requirement to correct my records (they missed the deadline), I finally received corrected records. I won't get into the danger that I may have been up against had this erroneous information been important in surgery.

Dealing with Crovetti entities was a challenge with the personnel I engaged with, being ignored by the personnel, the number of notifications and emails I had to initiate or follow-up on, and my repeated requests for corrections to COO, Michael Rose and others. And after all the hoopla, neither Mr Rose nor Dr Michelin apologized for all the errors, or the effort I had to extend to get Crovetti entities to comply with my HIPAA rights. In fact, Rose’s multiple emails to me providing my records became sparse and unprofessional, and dare I say, rude. He does not present COO qualifications in my dealings with him.

Overall, I find Crovetti entities lacking in professional skills and performance. Should I require ortho surgery in the future, it won’t be with Dr Michelin or at Crovetti, for so many reasons. In the end, I terminated my relationship with Dr Michelin and all things Crovetti.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Michelin at Crovetti Orthopedics. After over 2 years of being ignored by orthopedic doctors in the valley, Dr Michelin finally treated me with the respect and attention that I deserved. In the middle of our appointment, he took the time to call his doctor friend, Dr. Aaron Gray to discuss his concerns with his findings and concern for TFCC tear and DRUJ instability. Dr. Aaron Gray has now been seeing me for the past several months and again I finally feel respected and as though I have a voice again and I was never making this up in my head. I cannot thank Dr. Michelin enough for speaking to me in medical terminology and respecting my own medical knowledge, for treating me with kindness and compassion; for contacting Dr. Gray....There are not enough words to express the amount of gratitude that I have.

This practice rocks! Everyone is super nice, and my name was called less than five minutes after arrival.
Within about 30 seconds of sitting down in an examination room, I was off for x-rays, and they only took about three minutes.
Soon, Doctor Blaney came back into the examination room to see me, and he was very nice, efficient, and professional. He showed me on my X-rays, exactly what he would be treating, in a way that was easy to understand, but not patronizing. An appointment was made for treatment, and I was in and out of there, not feeling rushed at all, in about 20 minutes.
Some health professionals treat you like a doddering old fogey as soon as they see you’re over 65, but not here. I was treated with kindness, warmth, respect, efficiency and good nature. They gave me complete confidence in their care.

I've been a patient of Dr Crovetti for over 12 years. The front desk staff, assistants and doctors have always been top notch at the Henderson office. Today was first time I had to see the doctor at the summerlin office and I must say, I was very disappointed in the front desk staff. They were rude and disrespectful. I received a text this morning that my 1030am appointment was confirmed. I arrived at 1015am, and she very rudely said to me...you're late! I responded and said my appointment was confirmed for 1030am but she kept insisting that the appointment was for 10am. The waiting room was literally empty but she was humiliating me in saying that she didn't know if the doctor could still see me. I was in such pain due to a fall I had two days ago and she had no compassion for my pain. In any event I did get in, the assistant and x-ray tech were very pleasant and so was Dr. Britchell. But the 2 at the front desk, seriously, the office of first impressions was not very impressive.

Sad to see Dr. Jackson isn’t with the company anymore. Saw a PA Bri worst visit ever. I explained the symptoms and issues I was having and it’s like she didn’t even listen. She already had a treatment plan in place based off notes from previous visits instead of listening to my concerns and addressing the new issues. This office is well organized and efficient. The reception desk is friendly and helpful. Waiting time is minimal as they are very timely. Jennifer came at me with a big long needle to inject in my knee and did so with confidence and assuring smile.
