Ask for Awesome Emily if you need expert assistance with your frames fitting properly and comfortably! I had almost given up on wearing a pair of rimless glasses that kept hurting my nose despite multiple adjustments from several different optical places. After being referred to Custom Eyes, I stopped by and Emily (the manager) quickly figured out that the ear piece needed to be adjusted a certain way along with replacing the nose pads in order to prevent the pain and pressure happening to my nose bridge area. Best of all, there was no charge for the fix!

Hours later and finding that wearing my glasses still doesn't hurt as bad as before, I feel like I should've paid them something for their time and fixing what nobody else had been able to until now. The other staff are also very welcoming, and there is no sales pushiness. I highly recommend Custom Eyes for their exceptional customer service and technical know-how. My only minor issue would be their smallish parking lot because of all the other businesses in the same busy shopping center. A **HUGE THANK YOU** again to Emily for saving my expensive glasses from being shoved away into a dresser drawer collecting lint and dust!

I broke my glasses last night and walked in today asking if they could repair them. I was told it would take about an hour, and honestly, at that point, I didn’t care how long it took. I was just grateful someone was willing to help.

What stood out to me wasn’t just the quality of the repair—it was the genuine kindness, service with a smile, and the way they immediately made me feel like family. They could see how concerned I was because, without my glasses, I couldn’t see properly. They understood that I felt vulnerable and went above and beyond to help me.

Another great experience with the team at Custom Eyes. Just received my order of FOUR new pairs of glasses after having neglected my vision for far too long.

I’m always greeted in a friendly and professional way by the staff, and I use their in-house Optometrist, Dr. Stubbs, to get my prescription dialed in. Then I take my prescription to the Custom Eyes team up front. I’ve had them help me select frames in the past, but I opted to bring in my own frames this year. In particular, Emalin went above and beyond to help me select the proper lenses, and ahe spent the better part of today modifying my frames by hand so that all four pairs could be worn comfortably, yet securely. I can’t thank her enough for her effort and expertise to ensure the fit and finish of each pair. Absolutely amazing customer service.

I’m going start by saying that the people there are very nice and they have a nice selection of glasses that are reasonably priced. Twi years ago April, I ordered two set of glasses. They are drill mount. I got them and I told them several times something wrong with the one pair. They had me come back. He said it must be your eyes have changed and I said not in two weeks since the exam. They just argued with me to no resolve. One pair is great for driving at night but absolutely worthless with everything else. The other pair I could see great doing everything else, but couldn’t drive at night because it was way too blurry and had halos. I just went to a different optometrist and he and the girl that fitted me for the new lenses confirmed they were totally different prescriptions. I dealt with this for two years switching glasses back-and-forth when it was confirmed what I knew all along. I won’t go back.

All I needed was a box of contacts to last me one month.
Originally I had an appointment scheduled for May 30. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to work. I have crazy hours until school starts back up again. I went in this Monday and asked if there was a cancellation that I could squeeze into someday this week, turns out I can!! Boom. We schedule my appointment for Thursday @ 2 pm.. And I bought some trial contacts to last me until Thursday. So Wednesday I call and i see if there is something sooner than 2 pm on Thursday because I'm afraid I wouldn't make it to work in time if they're running late. David hands the phone to the girl and she says, "I was going to call you in a moment, but looks like your insurance doesn't renew until saturday of this week so you will have to pay out of pocket or schedule something different." I'm on an extremely crazy schedule until school starts so I won't be able to make an appointment until sometime next month. This lady has the phone to the eye doctor himself, and he's trying to argue with me about why I'm so busy and he'll come in on a day they're not open just to make me happy because I'm soooo busy . I felt like I was being gas lighted at this point. Me (a returning customer) I say, "you know. How about I buy a box of contacts to last me until next month so I have a bit of wiggle room. And will book my appointment next month when I have sometime to breathe" (my prescription is not yet expired. It will expire on Saturday) they denied me. They told me they cannot sell me contacts because my prescription expires in 3 days. So I guess my glasses won't work after my prescription expires too, right? So I went to location, had them print out my prescription that is not expired. And took it elsewhere to buy contacts. Not helpful at all. I will not be returning!

I honestly really liked the doctor, but the girl at the glasses counter is the reason I will never go back. I picked up my glasses and when I brought them home I realized something was wrong so I took them back. She said I damaged them, which I didn't, but they ordered me knew ones with the exact same prescription, so when I picked them up and they were still not right she told me I "just need to get used to them". I expressed how I feel like I'm in a fun house and don't feel safe even driving in them, she just kept saying I need to get used to them. That's crazy. I'd rather be blind that deal with that girl ever again.

Nice folks, terrible service. I had glasses made by them that had obvious defects in the lenses. The first lenses had cracks around the edges (poorly fitted lens), the second had a scratch and flecks in the lens. At this point I just wanted a refund and the charged me a 35% restocking fee for their mistake. I will never do business with them again and advise others to avoid.

This is the only place I go for glasses! I have been coming here for a few years already and I love it. This place really has amazing customer service. They do get quite busy so sometimes you just have to be patient but it is so worth it. They treat every person like they are family. All of the workers are great but Trina and Dave are incredible! I had an amazing experience at Custom Eyes today. Dr. Stubbs is great. He's nice, kind, and considerate. He's busy and needs more help, but he's the best for eye exams. After Dr. Stubbs performed a great exam and provided a new prescription, Trina helped me with some updated replacement lenses for my sunglasses. Trina is nothing short of an ANGEL and she made me feel welcomed and valued as a person, which is a rare occurrence in the Henderson/Vegas scheme of things. Thank you, Trina. It was also good to see Dave again, as he has always been a nice guy. It's good to be back.

Custom Eyes is the only place to go for all your eye needs. The most affordable I’ve seen in Vegas without compromising quality. Since this is a family company, you don’t pay for all the overhead you would at a big chain. Even if you did not purchase the lenses here, they can make your lenses custom to your needs. My husband also gets his safety glasses/ face shield here for work. Highly recommended!

I have been going here for 5 years and never had a problem until they changed the staff at the reception desk. I get the same frame every year for safety due to work providing them. I have had them custom fitted every year by handing them the previous year's pair to match the custom fit. Well, this year, I did the same thing, but the girl did not take the old pair or even look at them to get an idea of what to do. Once she was done she brings the new pair and of course is way off and turned in which I knew was going to fit too tight, which I pointed out and she replied back with how about you try them before criticizing them! And of course, the fit was too tight as I suspected, so again, I said, "Can you please take the old ones back and just match the fit," she said, sure. Well, she brings them back and did not match them or even came close on 1 side, which both sides were opposite of each other, so with them still being warm, I just bent them myself. She clearly does not like to be told what to do and thinks her way is better than whatever the customer wants. I will just go to another provider next year where they can do what is being requested of the customer.

My sunglasses was missing a screw to hold the lenses in place. I went to Costco to see if they could fix it. They gave me a card for this place Custom Eyes so I called to get a quote and they said it would be $18. So I went and they found the exact same screw and bolt to match. Justice was such a nice person and I guess she felt bad that I had to wait long which I did not mind. She did not charge me for the fix. I was more happy that she got the right part and fixed it perfectly! I would definitely recommend this business not for getting free fix but how great job they did. And Justice is a superb employee!

Wow. This place is awesome! I sat on my glasses last night and broke off the lens and it's support wire. I walked in to Custom Eyes the next day thinking they were beyond repair. Emalin took them in the back and 5 mins later she came out and handed them back to me, fully repaired and at no charge to boot! This business just won a new customer. I can't say enough good things about Custom Eyes. A friend of mine told me about them about 5 years ago and I have been going to them ever since for my eyeglasses and eye exams. The staff here is wonderful and extraordinarily helpful. My every experience with them has been fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had used other optometrists over the years and had some issues with them, particularly with their ability to cut lenses for the frames I had chosen due to my prescription. Custom Eyes was able to help me when no others could and I have been more than happy with every pair of glasses I've bought from them!

Top notch customer service!!! They repaired my son's eyeglasses in less than 5 minutes, free of charge. Prior to going to Custom Eyes, I went to another eyeglass shop that insisted they needed to be soldered in order to repair them. Custom Eyes was able to do the repair without soldering. They even provide an eyeglass solution refill station that I was able to use to refill my empty bottles.

I am so absolutely happy I went with Custom Eyes. Everything from the in house doctor/eye exam (who is one of the nicest humans I have ever encountered), to the actual CE optometrist/glasses guy, to the techs who helped me pick some sweet goggle/glasses for riding my jet ski. My glasses got bent and after 3 months I was disappointed that the backorder would cause problems understandably. No way , he not only knew of similar glasses of the top (like a true professional) but gave them to me as warranty. Out of this world. Even, adjusted them the next day with a smile. We were visiting from out of town and on my partners glasses, the screw came loose and needed to get it fixed. Looked online and found this place, called them and they just said to bring in the glasses to see what’s going on. So we did and they were very generous! Replaced the screw with a bigger one and changed the nose pieces for free, and took less than 10 mins. Would highly recommend 👍🏽
