If I could give Dr. Vo and her team on S. Rainbow a million stars I would. I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Vo and her team many times but there is one that I absolutely must share. I had surgery at a local hospital, a hysterectomy back in June. I left the hospital with what I believed could possibly be a scratched cornea. I tried to have it addressed before they sent me home that day but they just weren't taking me seriously. I needed to see Dr. Vo. We drove to her S. Rainbow location right after I was discharged from the hospital. I walked in looking like I had been through war, crying, sensitive, in excruciating pain with a makeshift patch on that eye. I did not have an appointment. Dr. Vo dropped everything to administer care to me as did her whole team. Dr. examined me, talked to me, and above all comforted me and let me fall apart with dignity. I did indeed have a scratched cornea. Dr. Vo provided directions and insisted on a follow up visit. I followed all directives and returned to her loving care a couple of days later for follow up. I was on the mend and looking good. The compassion, warmth, and generosity that I was shown by Dr. Vo and her team is something I will never forget. Dr. Vo is truly one of a kind. As long as she is in practice I will never go to anyone else. I have so much love and respect for her and her team and will never forget what they did for me.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dr. Vo’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Dr. Vo took the time to explain every step of the exam, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

I had a great experience at Visionworks. The doctor was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. The eye technician was also very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and comfortable.

The lady who helped me choose my glasses was amazing as well. She was patient, friendly, and helped me find the perfect pair.

Overall, the service here was excellent. I would definitely recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service!

Horrible customer service. Alexandra is the worst employee I’ve ever had to deal with, condescending attitude and zero work ethic. I was expecting the doctor to be better but was promised a call back and never got one. They are also refusing service because THEY messed up with my benefits and I complained about it. Plus the hold time is extensive, almost 10
minutes and I had to call back twice so they would actually answer the phone.

Dana Vo optometrist office is closed on Wednesdays. And Sundays. Update your Google hours. Also update your phone line, I was on hold today (Wednesday) for 19 minutes LOL, hung up, called back and pressed 2 for sales associate. They told me optometrist closed today. Ordered contact lenses 20 days ago still waiting. Dr. Vo is a good optometrist though.

Booked an appointment a month ago. Received several confirmation emails and texts. When I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment and they didn't know what happened, despite the confirmation texts I received and that they were wrapping up for the day. I get that people want to go home early on New Year's Eve, but come on. Either they were being dishonest or they don't know when their own appointments are scheduled. I took off work unpaid to make this appointment.
