I was really disappointed with our experience at Dee for Dentist. My kids had already had X-rays this year, and I supplied those records. I understand they weren’t the type needed to see between the teeth, but I was hoping for a more individualized approach rather than being told they couldn’t clean my kids’ teeth without taking additional X-rays.

My son also has an upcoming surgery that will require another X-ray, so I’m trying to be conservative about how many he has in a year. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that getting an X-ray is “just as much exposure to radiation as eating a banana,” which felt dismissive and honestly made me feel mocked. As a parent, I want to be heard and respected when making decisions for my children.

I also frequently felt pressured to purchase expensive appliances and other interventions. It seemed like there was always something being recommended or sold to us, which made it difficult to feel confident in the care.

We’ve since found a phenomenal new dentist, Dr. Hyer at Vegas Kids Dental, who listened to our concerns, assessed my kids’ teeth, noted the spacing between them, and praised their good dental hygiene. He also said they have great jaw growth, which was reassuring after feeling like we were constantly being told they needed intervention.

I understand X-rays and dental appliances can be important when necessary, but I believe care should be individualized and parents should be trusted to make informed decisions. We’re so relieved to have found a dentist who makes us feel heard rather than pressured.

I love Dee for Dentist and their team! I’ve been going there for 5+ years now and Dr. Dee, Dr. Montero, and Dr.Ana are always so helpful at explaining the problem, the option plans, and about the procedure. Izzy and Jena in the front are amazing at explaining health plan options, as well as any care credit questions I may have. Everyone I’ve ever met on the team is so nice and Cierra and Anette are so gentle with the cleanings and treatments. I enjoy this place’s knowledge and welcoming atmosphere/staff so much I’ve continue to go with them when they weren’t in-network, that’s how much I truly value them. I couldn’t be happier about the care I’ve received from everyone at this office. The hygiene is top notch. The personal attention I’m receiving is incredible. Dr. Ana, Sierra, Annette, and Jenna have earned my trust which calms my nerves. There were a couple staff members who walked by and checked on me. One saw me taking a pic of my digital pics and she went out of her way to ask me if I wanted a close up and even explained what I was looking at. It’s like a family! Let's talk. I went to D for Dentist today. As someone who suffers from anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Well, let me tell you. This place is awesome. I felt like a celebrity. The staff were so amazing and very attentive. From the front desk, sorry didn't remember your name but blonde hair, nice eyelashes and gold head band. She gave me a tour , which i thought was awesome. Celebrity status for sure. All the updated equipment., then Dee, the dental assistant was so gentle and caring. She made me feel calm, showed me every step of the process. From the x-rays, 3-D images and pictures✨️. Now Doctor D, thank you for loving your job, it definitely makes a difference the way you care for your patients. You went above and beyond what I ever expected a dentist appointment would be. I'm actually excited about going back. Okay enough of me, go check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

There are so many good things to say about the Dee for Dentist practice that I really don't know where to start. The staff is fabulous. They care about all concerns you might have with regards to procedures, they are sympathetic to your needs and they go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the outcome of their service. 5++ stars! I had been going to the Medical District location for years, and was a bit apprehensive when notified of the change to the Silverado Ranch location. As a resident of the West side that meant driving on 215 East. Glad I made the trip, and I was pleasantly surprised! The drive wasn't bad. Very nice, modern building. And I was greeted by the same welcoming, friendly team! Dr. Ana, Annette, Lina and the entire team are professional, friendly, provide the best service and genuinely seem to care about their patients. Keep up the exceptional service!

I came here after a few friends recommended this place.
I had previously went to another dentist that were just money hungry.
I can reassure you this dentist only wants what's best for you and not after your money.
I am almost 40 years old and had never been to a dentist .
After that first dentist I went to..I went because of great reviews. However total nightmare.
This dentist Im about almost done with the plan treatment and waited till now to write an honest review!.
I have MCAS and chronic hives anxiety as I didn't know if I would have reactions etc.
They have worked with me in every way that they can ... To even Carmina holding my hand as they exctracted a molar. She didn't have to do that but she was an angel to do so.
Other than that of you been looking for a dentist don't hesitate to book!
They have advanced technology the office is super clean and they have been amazing! Crown Done the same day.

I have been going to Dee for Dentist's Silverado Ranch location for over a year, and the whole team is amazing. I am so impressed by their tech, equipment, and the comprehensive initial exam as it all helps inform me what's going with my teeth and can be tracked over time, plus they can show me visually what they're seeing and what they recommend for next steps. I recently needed different services done on a few teeth for which Dr. Montero was amazing all around by providing the best care to correct past work and maintain the integrity of my own teeth. She got the services taken care of in one visit, and my permanent crowns were made in-office! I also commend the receptionists, assistants, and hygienists for making a dentist visit as comfortable as possible, updating me on what they're doing throughout each visit, and answering all my curious questions. I recently went here for a root canal. These ladies were nothing short of amazing. I suffer from anxiety on top of previous awful dental experiences which makes this type of visit a nightmare. However, they were so gentle and caring. They worked with me at my pace and comfort level. I don't think I've ever been so well taken care of. They offered earbuds, gave me a fidget toy and talked me through the whole procedure. They were so gentle. I really can't thank these ladies enough. I've been rocking a snaggle tooth of ick for years due to my fear, but I was able to leave with a temporary crown that looks like a real tooth and I have nobody to thank but this team. To top it all off, it's healing so fast in comparison to previous root canals. The comfort, the care, the compassion, knowledge, transparency and the fact that they were able to great a new face by name the first time I walked through the door made for an incredible experience. My only regret... I can only leave a 5 star review for a 10 star team.

The dentist was good but his oral surgeon was a butcher. Dee provided the same service of a oral extraction and I had the complete opposite experience. I have been to ALOT of Dentist in Las Vegas!! There’s a Dentist Office in every shopping center it seems like!!! I was watching TV and this commercial came on about Renew Dentures. I called the number and made an appointment. My appointment was made at the Silverado location which I choose. My experience from start to now has been amazing!! The staff from the reception to the staff was absolutely amazing. Dr. Montero and JD helped me with 2 of my cavities and I never had an experience like I did like my procedure. Very happy with my results. Kiet he’s a very down to earth person!! He’s always helpful and always smiling!! Once you walk into the office you will be greeted by May!! I went in for a routine cleaning, and was treated to the same high quality service and warm energy I receive every time step into the dental office :) On this particular visit, I was welcomed in by Kit who never fails to put a smile on any patients face, including my own. Once in the chair, I met Annette, a dental hygienist who I hadn’t yet had the pleasure of meeting. Throughout the cleaning she made sure I was comfortable and communicated helpful feedback. I love this office and their friendly staff. I came in today for my new patient appointment and Angel and Kiet were both amazing! Angel was my dental assistant and she made sure to explain everything she was doing and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process. After my appointment, I spoke with Kiet regarding my insurance and he took the time to make sure I understood my coverage and answered all of my questions. I went in for both a cleaning &. filling and I’d love to mention how sweet Angel was! She was amazing :) Dr. Lam was also very kind and talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I love this dental office!! This is a clean office with new modern equipment. The staff here are all so courteous, knowledgeable and organized. Steve has to be my absolute favorite. He explains things in non-medical language so that I fully understand the procedures. Dr Manterra is a great dentist. She is very gentle and always makes sure that I am comfortable. Everyone here is so nice and helpful!

Wonderful staff. I have always dreaded going to the dentist; however, Dee has totally reduced my level of stress. I now look forward to completing my treatments whether than dreading them. I still hate needles, but they are so gentle and always concerned about their patients comfort. They answer all questions and walk you thru everything. This has been my go-to dentist for a few years now and every experience has just been the best. My hygienist Annette has been awesome, full of stories and anecdotes so you'll feel comfortable during your procedure. She was also smart and informed me of things that could improve my dental care and hygiene. The admin Lina later explained other procedures I could make use of to improve my dental health and it was explained with patience, giving me time and opportunity to ask questions. Finally, Dr. Montero has been great and caring in explaining things and checking on you, also listening to the rest of the staff for their knowledgeable input. Definitely still recommending this to other people - I've always felt welcome from the moment I'm informed via text or call, to the moment I walk in through the doors, through my procedures, all the way to when it's over and I leave. I'd give more than two thumbs up but I don't have any extras (budget cuts).

I went to have a tooth extracted and that went ok. I went back for exam and it was an awful experience! It unnecessarily took several hours! They took lots of pictures and then "lost" them and did it over, again and again. As they were moving the tools around in my mouth, the tech was careless and hurt my lips with the tool as she tried to find the right position. The exam was so much more painful than the prior extraction! Even when they took the standing x rays, with the machine that rotates around the head, I was not positioned properly and the thing hit the back of my head. Carelessness!!
I wanted my teeth cleaned but they would not do it without all sorts of pre cleaning treatments that were not covered by my insurance and would have cost me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I told them I only wanted treatment that was covered completely by my insurance and they scheduled me for two crowns and said the work was completely covered. A few days before the scheduled appointment they called and said only one crown was covered and that I would have to pay for the second. I canceled the appointment and now I'm writing this review. I am VERY disappointed with this AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Dr. Dee is a smile saver - and a lifesaver! She and her team did a miraculous job matching, sizing, creating and replacing an implant crown when my older one failed. And it was so fast - so many variables to match, and yet Dr. Dee got everything right the first time. What I didn’t notice until a few days later when I could smile fully again was that my face had been changing its shape to cover the tooth gap. I want to start by say that Dr. Dee does excellent work, however their greed will be their downfall. I for one do not care about paying for exceptional work. However I was blindsided by a bill that I received dated 9-5-23 for some service I received 18 months prior. Even if it’s accurate just the fact that you would bill a client that has spent over 20k for $200 is ridiculous. Especially knowing it’s for pulp cap that wasn’t covered which is of practically zero expense to them.

First: This is a well trained and professional staff. I can walk into a place & tell instantly if it is well-run & this office certainly is.

Second: They practice strategic dentistry. They look at the whole landscape of soft tissue and bone structure. I could see & appreciate their skill for today's issues & tomorrow's needs.

Third: After decades of traveling & working with dentists all over the world, I have found my dentistry home. Ordinarily, I don't want to sit in the dentist chair, but with this staff, I feel I am in safe hands. Dr Dee & staff was amazing she did my filling today with their latest technologies that they have equipped my filling was done within 20 minutes and no anesthetic which cut half the normal time which would have been 30 min the old way. They have state of the art equipments that gets you done in 1 day no second appointments if not needed and go home all taken care of. Dr Dee and her staff is always amazing very kind and makes you feel comfortable and at ease she talks you thru your procedure every step of the way. I love this Dentist and will keep in my books as long as I shall need it. Was unfortunate enough to have toothache whilst on holiday in Las Vegas. Found Dee for Dentist online and whilst the first branch I called had no availability they suggested I call their Silverado clinic. Salena was very helpful on the phone and I got an appointment for less than three hours later. Everyone at the clinic was so helpful and attentive. They used some amazing technology to investigate the problem and I left in under an hour with a diagnosis and prescription for antibiotics. Pleased to say, three days later the pain has gone and the swelling is receding. Outstanding experience and much less expensive than feared! Thank you!

I’ve probably been going to Dr. Dee for over a decade now and she’s had many great hygienist over the years. Lauren really made going today “not suck as much”! Our ever first dentist since we moved here in Las Vegas 10 years ago and never changed. Dr. Dee is very nice and she makes you feel comfortable all the time. Dr. Dee is patient first. Her practice is always been on top regarding dental technology. She has the digital impression of your teeth, xray, and mostly what I love about is they have the technology of making crown on the spot. They don’t use outside technician for fitting. I just love it. The staff are great too.

From my very first visit to assess the work I'd need done, Ash was very attentive to my insecurities regarding my smile. To my surprise, she let me know that they could clean up the areas I kept fixating on THAT SAME DAY. From the very first visit they set me up with: a smile I could wear out the door, a plan to tackle the rest of my dental work, and some peace of mind knowing I finally confronted a long-neglected aspect of my health.

Every visit after has been pleasant, professional, and thorough work. Not once had I ever felt ashamed or judged by the way I've treated my teeth. Not once did I feel pressured to commit to any particular type of treatment. Just understanding and enthusiasm all the way from this practice.

I don't normally write reviews, but I can't sing praise for these guys and gals enough. My experience was above and beyond what I was expecting from a dentistry, especially as a walk-in guest. We all know finding a top notch doctor in the valley can be ...taxing. I was at my wits end when I located Dee for Dentist in 2017. I had just arrived in Vegas 3 months prior and the grill needed some major scrubbing. From the warm and GENUINE customer service to the office atmosphere. To the individual attention I got as they did their business in my mouth, (their slogan) I have been impressed at every turn. Here it is 2023. I just finished my Invisalign program. Due to personal struggles it took me forever, but they were patient with me and kept rooting me on. When I arrived for my retainers today they had a bottle of bubbly waiting for me as a gift. *tear* This office is like family to me and I recommend them to everyone I meet. This is my 2nd post. I really love the new technology used at my last hygiene visit. I've always requested to be "hand scaled" because I feel like my teeth really get cleaned. This machine cleaned much more through. It even had a solution to help with the gums. I was in the Dental field for 28 years. I know what a High Quality Dental Office looks like. I cannot stress this enough- I had the BEST experience at this facility. My teeth are my number 1 favorite thing about myself and I knew I wanted to go to a clean and caring facility. A coworker recommend Dee for Dentist and I’m so glad I went there! The staff was more than amazing. I️ came in because I️ had searing pain in an old filling. They promised they would replace the filling and also replaced a few other fillings that were not causing me current problems at all. After the procedure I continued to have the pain and also developed temperature sensitivity in the new work, which I️ never had before. I now have to chew on one side of my mouth only and have to drink with straws. When I️ came in to discuss the issue it turns out they did NOT do anything to the tooth that was causing me the pain. They did NOT replace the filling but charged me and my insurance for the other work, which I️ didn’t really need. Their own notes, which they showed me, show they were going to do a filling which they did not do. I️ have been in worse pain the two months since the procedure where they failed to do the work. The one thing I needed done was not done and I now have pain problems I never had before from the new work. I am upgrading to giving 3 stars instead of 1 because they at least had the decency to refund me for the billing. No communication at all about the failure to do the work. This is not how professionals should operate.

Later edit: Downgrading to one star because it turns out they totally missed the issue. A new dentist on mere visual inspection saw the problem instantly. I️ was being sold a solution that wouldn’t even have solved the pain had they actually done the procedure promised on the relevant tooth.

If you’re reading this, you are probably skeptical of dentist like me. The thought having pain inflicted upon one in order to relieve pain and discomfort is sometimes a really hard sell. But the pain I had envisioned was all in my head and the fear was keeping me from smiling and enjoying some of the simply pleasures in life.

Dee for Dentist is different. It’s not your typical drill & fill or pull it run of the mill dental office. The office is immaculately clean, with incredible state of the art equipment. The staff is amazing. Dr Cho, Tyler, Steve, Leo and Melina all go to great lengths to make me feel comfortable, work around my schedule, remind me of my appointments, and explain in detail my treatment plan and procedures before starting. I still hate going to the dentist, but at least now I’m relaxed and could not be in better hands around people who genuinely care about my health and well being. This is not just a dental office, it’s total care with an emphases on patient experience.

Exceptional experience! I had an oral fibroma (annoying fleshy bump on the inside of my cheek) that I wanted to have removed. I called them on Thursday to ask if they could do it, got an appointment the very next day, and Dr Chu and Ashley took a look, numbed me up and lasered it off in less than an hour!

Given my past experience with the U.S. healthcare system, I was mindblown that anything medical could be accomplished so quickly and with such minimal hassle. Downside is I don't have dental insurance, so it cost me a little over $400...but well worth it.

Office experience was very pleasant, too. Clean, modern facility, online new patient paperwork easy to fill out on your phone, and receptionist Natasha was great. I would definitely come here again!

Ive always had bad experiences with dentists in the past. So much so that ive got really anxiety attacks at the idea of going. Dee for Dentist is isnt just a dentist office.
