I’ve been coming to Modern Dentistry for the past four years, and Chris is literally the best hygienist I’ve ever had! I had early-stage periodontal disease when I started, and she has been amazing at helping me stay on top of my dental health with cleanings every four months. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and always makes me feel comfortable. Plus, she plays the best music, has the best personality, and is honestly just such a vibe 😂 I actually look forward to my cleanings because of her. Highly recommend Chris!

I’ve been a patient here since we first moved to Vegas six years ago. I have been more than pleased with the care both my husband and I receive. Dr. Lee and his entire staff are top notch. Winston the office manager is always patient with all of my needs and questions. Rose is very caring and compassionate. Chris is outstanding with my dental cleanings. Dr Lee took over here about 2.5 yrs ago. I will not be returning after he broke my tooth with heavy repeated pressure trying and prove a point following my root canal I asked for. He wanted to extract and I wanted to save my tooth. He boasts about himself and is extremely arrogant. Every time I say it’s my last visit but this was the final visit here. I ended up stopping him and walking out to pay and leave. I do NOT recommend him and I feel sorry for the staff there that has to endure him. The staff is absolutely amazing, he is the only solid problem. Don’t believe me then go see this young doctor full of himself. Witness it yourself. Piece of my tooth attached that Dr Lee broke following my root canal bc he said he doesn’t think we can do a root canal on it; x-ray and endodontist disagreed and did it. Returned to him same day as root canal, Dr Lee kept applying heavy repeated pressure on my jaw and found a way to break piece off. Then after boasting about how he was right he then had to build it up with cement & crown bragging how 9/10 dentist can’t do what he can do. He is blinded by his own young pride.

unprofessional and rude experience by Dr.Lee .as a veteran status had hygienist( cleaning ) every few months. the dentist made rude comments about the deep cleaning was needed.overlooking the service was provided by his hygienist for years. I just had one of the best dental experiences ever at Deer Springs Modern Dentistry. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Adrian Lee was absolutely amazing. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything so I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

The office staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in — they made the whole process easy. The hygienist was fantastic, too. I’ll be honest, I usually dread getting my teeth cleaned, but she was so gentle and kind that it was actually painless.

I went in for a same-day crown and was there for about four hours, but the time flew by thanks to how professional and caring everyone was. I walked out not just with a great-looking crown but genuinely happy with the experience.

I have terrible dental anxiety, and it literally took me three years to work up the courage to make an appointment. After reading several reviews mentioning how great this office is with anxious patients—and seeing that they offer sedation for dental anxiety on their website—I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did!
There wasn't a single moment that I felt uncomfortable. From the front desk staff to the dentist, hygienist, and everyone in between, every person I interacted with was friendly, kind, informative, and genuinely understanding of how difficult going to the dentist can be for some people.
They made me feel comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout my entire visit. I can't recommend this office enough, especially if you've been putting off dental care because of anxiety. 10/10—HIGHLY recommend!

I went here the begining of April to see Dr Wang who is only at this location the first Tuesday of the month. I paid my $70 co pay and they did X-rays and I got a full mouth examination by Dr Wang. He told me I had quite a bit of work to be done and he was going to get back with me about what details were included. As of today June 23rd I have not heard back from Dr Wang or anybody else. I emailed the office and a Maria emailed me back that Dr Wang would get back with me. I've sent 3 more emails asking what was going on and if Dr Wang still wanted me as a patient but I've gotten no responses. To me it was a complete waste of $70 that may not be a lot to some but it was a pretty good chunk for me being on SS Disability. I felt I was taken for a ride for sure.To make matters worse I had to use a roundtrip complimentary van service with Medicare that I could have saved for another Dr visit. I only get 14 one way rides per year. The staff I spoke with are nice but that's about it.

i had an amazing experience here! I've struggled since childhood with a peg lateral tooth and never really had a primary dentist I felt comfortable going to. From the moment I came in, Dr. Lee and his assistant, Rose, made me feel completely at ease. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the entire process.

This was my first visit. The staff was friendly and was able to get my x-rays done efficiently. However, had to leave, after waiting for an hour and a half, without getting my teeth cleaned because they were "short-staffed." I had to get to work and could not wait any longer. I did get to reschedule my cleaning for the end of the month, so we will see how they do.

Never in my 50 years of life have I had a dentist react at me for the automatic response of my body wretching, gagging, or swallowing when they drop debris and chemicals right down my throat.

Use a dental dam, maybe? Or learn now to deal with automatic responses in the mouth. No other dentist has ever behaved this way. Left in shock, but I got my crown the same day!

I forgot how bad the dentist's bedside manner is. Only in the sixth hour of my appointment did he stop barking at me for having reactions at being poked, or soaked, or having a knuckle jammed into my lip or tongue. Absolutely FLOORED.

The rest of the staff were great, but I now I remember why I struggled last time going here. Will be going back to Sahara Family Dentistry, and Dr. Ron.

If you have any kind of trauma, neurodivergence, autism, or dental sensitivities, go elswhere. They will also not allow nitrous during your prodecure, only during the shots. Super helpful.

I waited well over an hour in the actual dentist chair for the dentist. Once he arrived he spoke so fast i couldn’t understand most of what he said. He then proceeded to cora my teeth with an aggressiveness I have never ever experienced.I actually almost came up out of the chair. I would be very careful with Dr Lee. He seems a little hyperactive and rushed in his job.

I've been Dr. Adrian Lee's patient for 3 1/2 years and I'm very happy with the excellent care that I've always received from him! My amazing dental hygienist is Eucharisti Despeigne. She loves to meticulously clean my teeth, so I'm always guaranteed to leave for home with a much brighter smile. All of Dr. Lee's dental assistants are kind, gentle, and highly trained in assisting,
Dr. Lee. This is why I always feel confident that whatever procedure that I have to have, I will have the greatest outcome!

Winston Figueroa Rodas is the awesome office manager. He will give you a printout of the dental work that you need to have done and will help you with any questions you may have in financing those procedures. Winston has helped me a lot and I will always be grateful to him!

And last but not least, I'm always blessed by the front desk staff who genuinely care for all of Dr. Lee's patients. They warmly greet you as you come in the door and they're very helpful in person and on the phone in helping you to get an appointment.

I had a late appt for a cleaning, but they were able to move it up for me. It was not only a cleaning appt but the BEST cleaning I have ever had in my 6 decades. She got down between the gums like no one had before. Gums were a little sore but shortly after they were fine. Tonight I followed her instructions and did a light waterpik cleaning and my teeth look and feel great! Kudos to the team

Dr. Adrian Lee performed a teeth whitening procedure on me and he completely messed my teeth up. There are white spots in the middle of several of my teeth and it’s just a complete disaster. I brought it to his attention immediately and he said in order to fix it, he would need to cut out a section of my teeth and replace it with something else 😳. How does a person go into the dentist for teeth whitening and get told that the error of the dentist can only be fixed by cutting out part of your tooth, and you’ll be responsive for paying for the additional work smh. Run away from this place as fast as you can. He said he cannot fix the error he made without cutting out part of the tooth. Absurd. I’ll be seeking legal action and filing a complaint with the medial board.

Dr. Tran and the Dear Springs staff were all very respectful and knowledgable. Dr. Tran took the time to asses my situation, listen to my concerns and come up a plan that worked for me. They respected my choice not to use numbing medicine and constantly checked in with me throughout the process.

The front desk was also very patient with me when it came to figuring out my HSA account for the first time and assisted me with the documents that I needed to get my HSA reimbursement.

Arguably some of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. Anyone who knows me knows I’m absolutely petrified of going to the dentist. Everyone at Deer Springs made me feel extremely safe and welcomed. Firstly the gentleman at the front desk didn’t know me from a hole in the wall as I’m from NY and new to Vegas all together but he quickly got me seen for my cracked tooth and then got me 2 consecutive visits thereafter due to him understanding i live between cities. Extremely accommodating and understanding!!!!!!
Secondly Dr. Lee and Jacob know how to make people feel right at home. Easy to understand. Patient and straight to the point, they pull no punches but i also appreciate honesty. They were an extreme pleasure to be around. I’d recommend this practice over and over again. 10/10 highly recommend.

Edit to add: I came to another dentist close to home called Medows Family Dentistry and indeed the first thing the dentist said was that my stitches were trapping bacteria, there was pus in the whole and this was delaying my healing. He took the stitches out, cleaned everything and answered all my questions. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS! This could have led to a serious infection had i not decided to get a second opinion. How disappointed I am, shame on the women dentist who treated me.

I had emergency surgery three weeks ago while out of the country for a very painful and infected wisdom tooth. When I returned, I scheduled a check-up with this dentist to ensure everything had healed properly, that there were no signs of infection, and to have the stitches removed since they were causing discomfort while eating.

Unfortunately, this visit felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation. The dentist showed little concern for why I was there or the pain I had been through. Instead of focusing on my post-surgery care, she insisted on running unnecessary checks I did not request and spent most of the time trying to pressure me into additional dental work that same day.

After going through a brutal recovery, the last thing I needed was to have my already tender gums poked at for profit. I would have gladly returned later to address other dental concerns, but their clear priority was selling, not patient care. To make matters worse, I was left waiting for an extended period while the dentist chatted with staff in the back.

I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and disappointed. I will not be returning and will be looking for a dentist who genuinely values their patients’ health and well-being over sales tactics.
