Since my first day of therapy after breaking my left wrist. I never had as much fun working out doing my physical therapy. The methods they use make me feel like I’m playing rather than working out. Before I’m even done it really has exercised and worked out my wrist when I’m done doing them.

Kiana was my therapist along with some of the students who were ready to graduate. Thank you Kiana for being so patient with me. I was in a lot of pain due to my Radial fracture in my wrist. All of the Physical Therapists are amazing. Everyone is empathetic and makes you feel welcomed. I have had the pleasure of working with Irene, Kimari, Manny, and other great PTs. The exercises will vary and will push you as you progress, so you have the best opportunity to improve your endurance and have a successful recovery. I highly recommend this gem.

Seems clean. People seem friendly, I'm sure the PT is fine.

Their automated system sent me a link to intake paperwork that looked like a scammer URL, which made me uncomfortable. Knowing that I had an upcoming appointment, I assumed the text message was legitimate, and clicked the link. Unfortunately, it directed me to an unsecure website. When requesting sensitive private information, this is unacceptable.

When I arrived for my appointment without the completed paperwork, the person at the front desk was friendly, but said we may not be able to proceed and she'd have to check with the therapist I was scheduled with.

After looking around the facility, I decided that I'd rather not undergo my PT at this location due to concerns about the environment.

I've gone through PT several times, and most locations are quiet, spacious, and not overcrowded. None of that is true of this location.

During PT, I want to feel comfortable, in a reasonably quiet atmosphere, and not crowded into a space too small for the number of patients that were present.

I also expect to be able to have a conversation with my PT during a session without numerous patients within earshot.

Call me a Karen, or whatever, but this place was just too small and crowded for my taste.

I would love to give the doctors some sort of star, but unfortunately, I didn't make it passed the front desk. I believe one of the front desk workers was trying to help me, but needed some support from the other front desk person who seemed to be the head at the desk. This woman was very unprofessional and slightly snarky. My experience was disorganized and pretty unpleasant, so I collected my paperwork and left. I recommend that the front desk staff has a review.

The people there are really knowledgeable. They're very kind and they help you with everything you need to get better. I really thought it wasn't that great at first but my second time I realized the extent that they're going to help me be able to walk upstairs again and get my knee functioning the right way. I appreciate all of them they've done a great job. I can't wait to see them next week.

I have been going to Dignity Health Physical Therapy in Centennial Hills for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have been in Healthcare for more than four decades and specifically working with rehab patients and reviewing records prepared by therapists for more than 20 years. I must say that Dr. Hosia Towery is the best Occupational Therapist that I have worked with in my career. It isn't fun being on the other side of needing treatment, but I feel so blessed to have found this facility and Hosia. He is an expert in his field, extremely meticulous with each treatment plan, has an excellent bedside manner and displays a very caring attitude with every patient that I've seen him have contact with every time I receive treatment. This type of care is extremely rare. He definitely goes above and beyond! I can't recommend therapy at this location enough!

Stephanie and Vanessa are amazing! I have struggled with plantar fasciitis and shoulder pain for a while now and they have helped me dramatically. They have great bedside manner and make you feel very comfortable. They make the therapy very fun and light hearted.

My time at Dignity Physical Therapy was an overall excellent experience. My primary PT was Katherine and PTA Vernon. I was fortunate enough to get to know the rest of the staff and work with Vanessa as well.

While injuries are physical, I feel often people forget or don’t know that a big part of healing is mental. My injury took a toll on me mentally but I always enjoyed going to PT. Katie, Vernon, Vanessa and the rest of the staff did an excellent job creating a motivating and challenging environment. I often would get frustrated but looking back at all the progress I can’t thank them enough.

I had my left shoulder rebuilt and I have had ALS for 16 years. Everyone was patient and understanding of my disease and situation. They spent extra time stretching me out and really hit the nail on the head for the rehab I needed. They focused on getting my range of motion back while slightly strengthening the integrity of the shoulder giving me maximum stability. Exactly what I wanted because I'm crippled and it's not my dominate arm so getting a lot of strength wasn't necessary for me. Plus I'm 50. They were all great! Especially Garrett. Thank you again!
