Dr. Gardner, who practices at the Family Forte Practice, handled my annual wellness visit. He not seem sharp. He showed little concern for my health verbally but he did give me two samples of migraine medicine. I did most of the talking without prompting from him. Gardner was essentially passive aggressive by forcing me to schedule a Telemed visit to get referrals to two specialists. The Telemed was at 5pm. I waited till 630pm but he did not call. Consequently, I presumed he forgot or got called to an emergency. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I had to step out for about 10 minutes. When I came back to my desk I received a message that the Telemed session had started and ended. The office did not notify me of the delay. He did not respond to my message, made through the portal, regarding the setup for the visit so I assumed we were good to go. He charged me for the Telemed visit even though WE DID NOT SPEAK.
