My experience with the Dentist herself was amazing. But the font office staff member ran my credit to get dental work. Without my permission. She tells me after my consultation with the dentist. I never gave her permission or any authorization to run my credit to have any work done.

Can't begin to tell everyone this is THE dentist that works miracles. Had implants, upper and lower. Not a fan, on any level, when I'm faced with going to a dentist. The explanation of every step, multiple times, was delivered with patience and genuine care. I went here about a year ago, they told me there was ‘no point’ in doing a cleaning because my teeth were so dirty.. Wanted a $600 down payment for a full one day deep cleaning.. All they want is money, unless you are very wealthy i would not recommend this place to anybody!!!!

Yesterday I had a tooth removed and a dental implant was put in its place. Doctor Mary Abdou and her team did a fantastic job, she explained everything she was going to do and I was in and out in one hour. Great dentist. Great for implants too. So I started my implant denture journey yesterday. Got my remaining teeth pulled and implants put in. She used a brand new piece of equipment to give the shots and I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have any pain from the shots. The rest went well and I felt nothing during the whole time. Not much swelling today. So far so good.
UPDATE: So, it's been a year since I've had my implant dentures. I went in for the yearly cleaning today. I have been very happy with the results I've gotten. I had a very bad bite all my life that could only be corrected if I let my jaw be broken, which I wasn't willing to do. So my implant dentures were a challenge to get my bite where it should be. They worked until they got it right and I've been happy with my new smile and bite.

I would never go back. I went a little over a year ago, as did my husband, and we both are still dealing with issues that only started with the fillings that this practice gave us. I had to get two redone because they fell out (one within the same week and the second a month later). I went elsewhere for the redos because they happened during off hours and on a holiday, so I had to pay high prices at an emergency dentist to redo their poor work. My husband and I have both been dealing with nerve pain in our teeth that only started after the fillings we got at this practice. I honestly have my doubts that we even needed the dental work. I am kicking myself for not getting a second opinion at the time because I don't trust their work after what happened.

I’m just a guy from Utah who had a bad tooth problem. When you have a problem and you are away from your home dentist you get nervous. The staff are great people, my doctor was absolutely amazing, she was thorough, and very confident. When your under a true professional person the work points itself out. i soon knew I was under a professional. I had a lot done and I have felt no pain and very little bleeding as I had stitches It wasn’t about the painless work though, it was about my dentist.

The receptionist has so much compassion and even though I could not afford it doesn’t mean you all can’t. They were very gentle taking X-rays. I’m trying to save money . Well I had to change this because I did wind up coming here.I love it here.I got basic dentures. Mary Abdou, DMD is very knowledgeable, professional, skillful, and gentle. Dr. Abdou has an experienced and welcoming staff and a beautiful, spotless office with ample parking. She has all the latest computer technology and equipment such as CT imaging, low dose x-ray machine, and HD dental camera.

My general dentist recommended removing a tooth beyond saving and doing dental implants.

At my appointment, there was no waiting. Her staff scanned my previous dental records, entered my patient information and did imaging. Dr. Abdou saw me immediately thereafter. Dr. Abdou reviewed my previous dental records, did a thorough examination including a dental exam and review of imaging. Dr. Abdou then went over her detailed recommendations and provided a proposed treatment plan. Her staff coordinated with my insurance plan to provide what my out-of-pocket expense would be. At my following visit, she removed the bad tooth and placed an implant post. I had no pain during or after the procedures.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had in over 80 years.

Not only was I greeted like an actual human being, I was also cared for like one. The staff and Doctor were all very warm, welcoming, and most of all reassuring. Most medical establishments these days hire drones that don't really care about proper and caring treatment, it's not the case at Dynasty Dental. I will continue to go here as long as I am able.

New office decor looks great, although the big decorative couches are uncomfortable due to the projecting carved backs, may need larger pillows. What is concerning to me is that a random person who is calling from “your dental office” (no name stated) has my information.
