Completed my semiannual appointment with Chevy with the same always outstanding result. After so many decades of dental care, never thought I would find the experience enjoyable, but that's the case with each visit to Dental Implant Institute.

Visits to DII always have positive results for me. For my latest semiannual appointment, the x-ray tech performed flawlessly, Dr. Cha reviewed the x-rays and completed her exam in her always friendly and professional manner, the dental hygienist (Vickie) offered friendly, expert advice for continuing my personal dental care while engaging in pleasant, meaningful conversation, and Nathan (receptionist) provided his always friendly and helpful assistance for scheduling my next appointment. DII's team is always first-rate! I highly recommend its dental service for professional dental care.

Let me be redundant. DII remains my one and only choice for first rate dental care. My latest visit with Vickie, my hygienist, was as joyful as a dental visit can be - professional with engaging, spirited conversation. Again, I highly recommend DII.

I love this place! It’s in a great location at DI and Jones. They took a beautiful house situated on a couple of acres of land And made it into a Dental institute. You feel comfortable the moment you walk inside. There are numerous seating options in the waiting area from red leather chairs to cozy 2- seater couches. While waiting for your appointment you can gaze at fine art paintings and purple geode rock sculptures. The entire staff is so friendly and Doctor Cha has a wonderful beside manner. Nathan always listens to concerns about scheduling and billing . I don’t agree with the added 10% if I use care credit just because I get discounts. Through my insurance. The dentist is one place most fear to begin with, added cost leads to more anxiety. Don’t shoot the messenger. Cost have skyrocketed. Dental Implant has been our family Dentist for years. It’d be great if I could leave with a smile after the shock of increases. There is much I do smile about.

Jill is my dental hygienist. She is very professional, makes you feel at ease. Never reprimands for having difficulty reaching all your teeth. She gives positive encouragement.

Dr Chou eases your mind by her soft touch, leaving you wondering if a dentist was even in your mouth.

The dentist is not on the top of my to do list on any day, however this Dentist is one that offers coffee, mints, TV a lovely atmosphere, along with keeping relatively close to your scheduled appointment time. My daughter had a bridge. If something doesn’t fit. They make sure to make adjustments assuring it will fit.

I highly recommend Dental Implant. My husband was very pleased with the implants he had put in there.

They are so thoughtful and caring! they sent flowers for my husband’s memorial during the height of COVID 2020. They make you feel like a part of an extended family so SMILE flash your pearly whites.

Appointments are on time. All of the staff speak and understand English. My wants and needs were provided by Staff taking time and effort to do fantastic quality work the first time.
The Cleaning of my teeth was amazing.
My implant went in perfectly with virtually no sensations of discomfort throughout the whole process.
The people in the office that I came in contact with should not be labeled hygienist or dentist or staff assistant. The people I came in contact with are artists in their trade. They know what they’re doing the first time without guessing. The confidence and knowledge they had working with me was fantastic.
My comfort was always number one, which included the company policy of putting safety glasses on me. When a bright light is used, the glasses are tinted so I could open my eyes without being blinded.
I am very satisfied with the completed work and have no reservations paying the Dental Implant Institue a slightly higher amount of money to have work complete completed in my mouth.
In the Las Vegas Valley, there are many dental offices that can do paint by Number. The Dental Implant Institue is more of a Rembrandt or Picasso.

Dr. Cha is about as professional as an implant specialist can get. They treat my 92 year old mother as if she were her mother. They truly go the extra mile to make sure she is getting exactly what she needs. You can’t ask for more than that. Dr. Cha has been a blessing to my family. After relocating to vegas from Chicago i had a hard time finding a dental office i was happy with. Either the dentists appeared to be fresh out of school and inexperienced or the wait time was too long ( big turn off!) Then i found The Dental Implant Institute! The dentists are very experienced and knowledgeable. I have never experienced a long wait. If my appointment is at 2pm at 1.59 they are calling my name! Unlike someplaces where if you have a 2pm appointment you're still sitting in the waiting room at 4:00!! I love the dental implant institute. I highly recommend it. I had forgotten, yet still carried on, thinking,...where has all the consideration for each other gone?

I robotically go through my daily routine, doing my best not to dwell too much on something that will not change,...until it did.
I walked into Dr. Cha's office and immediately felt a calm and relief wash over me.
The special people I met, changed the course of my day.
Nathan, not only the Office Manager, but a happy, understanding, and wonderful person.
Dr. Cha, a reassuring, consummate professional that will exceed all expectations. Yes, thee Dr. Cha!
Vicki, an extraordinary hygienist whose knowledge and bedside manner far surpassed any I have met prior. I received a most thorough exam and cleaning.
But truthfully, I was so taken aback by the disposition of the awesome people I met, I had forgotten where I was.
I was getting my teeth cleaned.
I couldn't have been more thankful to have been referred to this disciplined practice.
They take your smile as seriously as you do, and they do so with the utmost care.

I was pleasantly surprised... I moved here from the San Francisco Bay area and it was recommended to me by the owner (Pinot) of Limoncello restaurant.
Dr. Jennifer Cha is a VERY experienced dental surgeon and she has a Great personality too.
She runs a State of the Art operation yet makes the Vibe Warm & Comfortable.

Always a good experience with the Dental Implant Institute. While going to the dentist is never fun if you have to go then go somewhere good. They have been taking care of me and my wife for over 20 years. Dr. Cha is very kind and cares for her patients.

Nathan greeted me as soon as I entered the office. He is always friendly and attentive. He is patient in booking appointments, forwarding prescriptions to pharmacy and taking care of billing. The office is comfortable and relaxing as ever. Complimentary coffee is available. My oral hygienist Vicky was cheerful and welcoming. The visit went very well. She made it comfortable and stress free. She instructed me on one area that need attention which I appreciate. I look forward to my appointments and seeing how I'm doing.

Appt for periodic dental service. Ample parking with handicap access. Beautiful relaxing waiting area. Coffee is available. Check in by Nathan was very easy. He is always friendly, personable and accommodating. My hygenist was Vickie. She was excellent, caring and thorough. She made recommendations and resources for improvement. I have booked my next tri-annual appt with her. Restrooms are neat and clean. Handicap parking and access are available.

Appt for periodic dental service. Maintaining their spacious beautiful calming interior. They have added to their art work collection. Staff was great as ever. My hygenist Jill was wonderful. She gave me some valuable tips and techniques to maintain good oral health.

9/2022 My appt was for 6thonth cleaning. No masks required. The interior is nice and calming. They have new art pieces and new procedures posted. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and caring. There was minimal wait for my appt. Jill the hygienist was great. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole procedure. She also provided valuable tips for oral cleaning in between my 6 month cleaning. It was a great experience over all.

Easy access off Hwy 95 and Jones. Ample parking with handicap access. Warm welcoming interior with incense, orchid greenery, comfortable seats all put you at ease. Friendly courteous customer service was excellent. You can register online to skip the paperwork at the office. My appointment was for a third opinion on tooth extraction replaced with implant. Dr. Jennifer Cha was great. She explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Of the three doctors she was the best. I felt confident and at ease with Dr Cha and her assistants.

I don’t think there is a kinder staff or a more gentle and honest dentist as Dr. Cha. I have been treated with such care … from Nathan at the front to Edwin and Dr.Cha. I am so grateful . The entire process has been made so efficient and effortless with their guidance. Growing up with such terrible experiences, I really didn’t know it was possible to not be so terrified of the dentist office.

If I could give Dr Cha 10 stars I would. Im a retired doctor and just want to say what a great experience. Not only the Dr, but the front office staff and assistances were all great.
The work I had done was thoroughly explained beforehand. I was gently treated throughout, and the best part….painless. I chose Dr Cha after doing considerable homework on Las Vegas Dentists…. their training and experience. Nice to have a dentist I can totally trust with my dental needs.

I used Implant Institute for my implants. I had 7 implants. I am so happy with the job. Professional done and excellent service....during the process and thereafter.
