When disaster struck during my Las Vegas vacation, I didn’t know where to turn. The toothache was intense and I needed to find a dentist fast. I was relieved when I was able to obtain a same-day appointment at Desert Springs Dental Care. While the exam wasn’t good news, Dr. Aaron Bulleigh and his dental assistants Janet and Pat were professional, kind, and friendly. I’ve never had such a pleasant visit to the dentist before. In fact, I was so impressed by their bedside manner that I immediately decided to schedule the recommended root canal and crown with them.

Since I was from out of town, I came in for the root canal soon afterwards. While it’s been a long time since my last root canal, Dr. Bulleigh made the experience as painless as possible. I really appreciate how he always explains each step that he’s doing while he’s doing it. When I saw the X-ray after the root canal was completed, it was clear that he had done top-notch work.

A zirconia crown was ordered and delivered quickly, so I was able to get my crown placed a few days later. The crown was well-made and I have experienced no side effects from either the root canal or the crown. It is the best dental work I’ve seen in a long time.

I would also like to give a shoutout to the office staff at Desert Springs Dental Care. Paulette and Amy were both so warm and friendly that they made my inopportune dental visit more like a spa day. Dr. Bulleigh himself is both talented and ebullient, but I respect him even more for hiring such amazing people to support him.

Whether you’re a local or dealing with a dental emergency like I did, you will absolutely love the people at Desert Springs Dental Care. You will not regret entrusting your dental needs to such excellent people.

Fantastic dental office. Office manager Miss Gloria is fast, efficient, and always on top of things. Bridgette is the best hygienist I've ever had in the 15+ years I've had of perio maintenance. She has an incredibly delicate touch and literally makes the cleanings pain free. Luckily I haven't had to deal with Dr. Bulleigh at all - no offense.

The office is always clean and organized. They use text message confirmations for appointments, reminders, and medical forms. I'm always in and out with my appointments and never have to wait around. I've been going to this office for a couple years after leaving a corporate dental chain and should've made the switch sooner. This is a trouble-free, streamlined, and professional practice you'll be proud to support.

2026 update, still top notch and absolutely professional. Front staff greet you immediately with eye contact. Everything is clean and tidy. Hadley is a fantastic hygienist, super friendly and pain free cleanings. Had a recent 0900 appointment, got there 0850, done with cleaning, x-rays, check-up by Dr. Bulleigh and out by 0915. Thankfully all I've ever needed are cleanings, but have full faith and confidence in them if I ever need more than that. Wonderful dental office, can't recommend highly enough.

My old teeth did not bring me joy! I considered getting the dental work done in Mexico, which would be less expensive, but a bit scary. Instead, I chose my dentist, Dr. Bulleigh, to restore my teeth. I paid cash and felt like his price was good. Dr. Bulleigh’s detailed planning and his wonderful staff (Janet rocks!) made the whole process much easier than expected.
TL:DR
My 24-tooth Zirconia restoration was a meticulously engineered, three-phase marathon. A total of 24 teeth were prepped (which involved removing old crowns and drilling down natural tooth structure) and replaced with brand new Zirconia crowns. In addition to four retained crowns, the total number of functional teeth in my restored smile is 28 (4 retained plus 24 replaced), with one wisdom tooth surgically extracted.
On February 10, Dr. Bulleigh extracted my remaining wisdom tooth and prepped eight back teeth. On March 5, those permanent molars were seated, and four premolars were prepped. On March 24, the dentist seated the premolars and prepped my twelve front teeth. April 8, culminated in the critical "try-In" to calibrate my bite, diction, and smile!

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and Doctor Aaron Bulleigh is straightforward and not hyper about everything being perfect like some dentists are by recommending procedures that don’t necessarily require being done.
For example, a piece of a crown cracked off on the side a few years ago. It’s still sound and secure and doesn’t bother me. Doc said no reason to replace until it bothers me or integrity is compromised.

I have really tried to like this dentist office, but after 3 years of visits, I need to leave a review, especially after my last visit.

Dr Bulleigh is a decent enough dentist, kind of rough, but he does an OK job. During one of my visits, I was getting a filling and he and his assistant were talking about the Mormon church the whole time, which made me uncomfortable. They didn't even notice.

My last visit, I needed an emergent root canal. Prior to the dentist arriving in the room, his dental assistant, Janet, said to me, " are you ready for torture?" She has always been self deprecating, saying very dark and negative things, but asking a nervous patient if they are ready for torture right before a root canal was the last straw for me. She also argued with a coworker about a order for supplies the coworker was making, and when she walked away, Janet said, "what an idiot" under her breath. I was appalled someone would say this type of thing in front of a patient.

Additionally, after a previous visit, they billed my insurance a higher amount than I was quoted, then despite me paying the quoted co-pay, they tried to bill me based on their higher amount. Seemed unethical to me. This is after Dr Bulleigh took multiple pictures of my tooth and said multiple times, "just in case the insurance tries to deny you needed this work"

Overall, continual uncomfortable experiences. I won't return, and neither will any of my family members.

I left my appointment feeling very disappointed and stereotyped. When I checked in, I was asked to pay the full $1500 upfront, as if there might be an issue with my payment after the services were completed. This was surprising because when I received the exact same services in February 2026, I was not asked to pay upfront. If the concern was the dollar amount, that should have been explained to me. What made it even more uncomfortable was that, at the same time I was being required to pay upfront, another patient finished his appointment and simply handed his credit card to the staff member by the door. I think it would be helpful if the front desk staff followed the same protocol for all patients.

This dental office is top notch. From the minute you walk in you see Paulette and Amy who are wonderful then you see one of the hygienists (mine was Bridget) and she was able to answer / communicate to the Dr. about my issues I have, along with performing an excellent job. (Be sure to ask her to raid the goody drawer). Dr. B is thorough, friendly, compassionate, gentle and most importantly he doesn't BS you about your dental work. He tells & shows you what needs to be done and he's not going to sell you something you don't need. There's a well seasoned, dental professional lady that works wayyyy in the back under a 25 watt bulb because they can't let her see the light of day, it's not pretty. She only gets out when it dark. If you do catch her out of her dungeon it's a crap shoot. She may say Hi or hug you, or just snarrel (that happens before lunch) but she definitely will take care of you with the compassion like the rest of the office.

While there, I inquired about a crown done by another dentist who claimed I needed a root canal, but I denied, sensing something was fishy.

The dentist here did X-rays, showed me the exact tooth and the reason I don't need a root canal, confirming the tooth is healthy, and they aren't sure why the other dentist would recommend that.

It's more and more often I hear of dentists acting like car salesman, trying to upsell and promote business over health- this place is NOT that. It's family owned and operated by skillful, good people.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a Dentist the Root Canal he did on me was absolutely painful. He really knows what's he is doing there was know pain at all i mean know pain. Dr. Aaron Bulleigh was the Doctor who did my dental work and to tell truth I am reminding this Doctor to everyone I know . Dentist Arron is genuinely a very nice man and it shows in everything he does! His assistants are right on top of everything to help him run things smoothly. I had a zero pain root canal and 2 cleanings! My new cap fit right into place perfectly with no having to grind and reshape it at all to make it fit! I am 73 and he is the best dentist I have been to!!

I’ve lived in Las Vegas for 18 years. I’ve been to four different dentist’s over the years with nothing but issues from each one of them. I was referred to Desert Springs Dental Care by a client and I’m so thankful I found them. I have had lots of trauma with my teen when I was younger and I have a major fear of the dentist. Dr. Aaron Bulleigh and his staff made me feel so comfortable. Bonus it’s a family owned business his wife and Children all work together. They are honest, kind and warm hearted. My only regret is that it took me so long to find Desert Springs Dental Care, but now that I have I’m not as nervous because I know I’m in the good hands. The three different crowns Dr. Bulleigh has worked on are the best teeth in my whole mouth😁

I went in as a new patient after comparing reviews online and let me just say I’m not disappointed. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist since I was a little kid, but Hadley did a great job explaining my teeth situation and she did not try to upsell me on numerous procedures. She was professional, kind, and it was one of the experiences I’ve had at a dental office.

Dr. Bulleigh also came in to examine my teeth for possible orthodontics treatment and he ended up referring to a specialist because he felt they would be able to accommodate my needs better. He felt like that one basketball coach that was always straight up and made you feel good 🤣🤣.

Front office ladies super awesome too, I highly recommend coming to this family owned business (which is rare these days with all the private equities buying out boomer rental practitioners and focus on profit first).

Very clean. Staff, Office Manager and Billing, and doctor were fantastic! I changed my insurance (Private to Medicare Advantage) and I had to find a new dentist in a different state (NV vs. NM). I’ve been going to this dental office even when it was owned by the previous owner. The previous owner had a really great staff and I was worried that the transition would ruin the whole group as most transitions normally do. My fear was not well founded at all, Dr Buleigh and her daughter have taken care of my family and they’re very kind, compassionate and well-versed in their craft. They have never pushed any unnecessary work on me or my family. This establishment is as solid, if not even better than the previous one. And my favorite part of this place is that these guys are as “salt of the earth” type of people as can be. We appreciate everyone in this place for taking care of our dental health.
