Terrible… just terrible. I called the EMERGENCY LINE with an ocular emergency, that is actively causing me pain and blurring my vision, and was told “youll be fine until business hours since your not an existing patient.” I have and emergency… lets care about people and not our pockets for once yea? And yes i have been to Urgent care and the ER and both times was told “nothing seems to be wrong” i have hairs growin out of my eye… scratching my eyes but nothings wrong.. healthcare in Nevada needs to improve. this a shame

I had an eye emergency and they made room to see me immediately where other optometrist would not make room to see me at all. Everyone at the New Vision office were kind, helpful, and extremely supportive! I would certainly recommend New Vision for anyone that is searching for an optometrist. Thank you so much for getting me in right away and adding comfort for my eyes.
