I experienced a dental emergency while I was on vacation and Diamond Dental fit me in when no other office would. Every bit of the process was simple, caring and professional. From the very first contact they were compassionate and responsive. The office itself and the staff are welcoming, professional and highly organized. Everything about the office and the staff reassures you that you are in the right place and that you will be taken care of. The dentist helping me was Doctor Nguyen and he was professional, patient and thorough in the exam, the explanation and the services. He, along with the entire staff helped to make a tough situation as painless and simple as possible so I could go on to enjoy the rest of my vacation. They have been great in the past, but something changed. If you don't want to do their recommended treatment watch out.
Thay wanted to do a root canal and a crown on a tooth that wasn't really bothering me.
Fast forward about 5 months. Started getting pain and discomfort and called to see about just getting the tooth pulled. This would allow a implant later. Called and said she would have to look at my charts to see. No call back. Called again, she still hadn't had time to look at my charts. It has now been 5 days since the first call, still nothing. So much for being in pain and they can't even help you. Just want to do their recommendation as other posters have said. So bad luck for me. In pain for a week on Monday.
I can't in good conscience recommend them when they can't deal with an extreme pain emergency.
I will be canceling any further appointments with them on Monday.

I honestly had such a great experience at Diamond Dental Group! Going to the dentist can sometimes be a little nerve-racking, but from the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for.

I especially want to give a shoutout to Erica, the dental assistant. She was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, gentle, attentive, and reassuring. She made sure I was comfortable and listened to any concerns I had, which meant a lot to me.

And Dr. Nguyen was amazing as well! He was very patient, gentle, and took the time to actually listen to me and explain everything. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient coming through the door.

The entire experience was better than I expected, and I left feeling really good about the care I received. It’s honestly refreshing to find a dental office where the staff is not only professional but genuinely kind and caring.

⭐ Terrible crown matching and poor patient careI had a very frustrating experience at Diamond Dental on Blue Diamond. First, the scheduling process was incredibly slow and difficult to navigate. To make matters worse, after putting in a permanent crown, they failed to match the color to my natural teeth. It looks completely off. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to correct the mistake. I am extremely disappointed with both the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of work. I do not recommend this office. Then they were suppose to schedule a cleaning through my insurance and call me back. This never happened, so I elected not to go back to them.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this office. I've always been someone who gets nervous going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in they made me feel completely comfortable. It honestly felt more like hanging out with friends than sitting in a dental chair.

Let me start by saying I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. The dentist, John, made me feel so much less afraid and anxious by seeing my anxieties, acknowledging them, and explaining why he would be different from my past experiences. He really calmed me down during my initial visit. The hygienist, Olivia, made me feel so much more at ease during my cleaning. I needed nitrous gas to keep me calm (as calm as possible given my fear), but she was very in tune with me and always checking in to make sure I was ok.

The dentist (John Nguyen) and the hygienist (Olivia Jensen) are absolutely wonderful and took amazing care of me, even through my tears. They deserve one billion stars.

The only gripe I have is there has been multiple issues with billing. The first issue was with Don (front desk). He was able to explain his mistake to me, take accountability, fix his mistake and offer a more than adequate solution. However, he continued the billing issues with my husband (overcharged over $800 total between the two of us and two visits). We will no longer be working with Don as he has proven he is incapable.

Moving forward, we will be working with Gigi (front desk). She has great experience, wonderful customer service, and pointed me to Ryan (office management). Ryan worked with us to find a solution and ultimately tendered a refund. I feel much better with our situation moving forward and will be giving them a third chance by working with Gigi.

Had my Check up the other day Dr. nguyen and Alicia were totally awesome and helped me with my cracked retainer and got my teeth cleaned. ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15 and arrived on time, completing all of my patient paperwork online beforehand. Despite being punctual and prepared, I ended up sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half without receiving any actual treatment.

The appointment was originally scheduled for a routine cleaning, but instead of providing that service, I was told I needed an $800 deep cleaning. They refused to perform the standard 6-month cleaning unless I signed off on this much more expensive procedure. What was especially frustrating was the lack of clear explanation—when I asked multiple times why a specific area of my mouth required a deep cleaning, the only answer I received was that it “just needed it,” with no real details or justification.

Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and a very uncomfortable experience. I came in expecting a routine visit and left feeling pressured into an expensive treatment without proper explanation.

Knocked my front teeth out at work. Diamond has been wonderful both in accommodating my schedule, and in the quality of work done in the process of receiving implants, and repair of another tooth. Will update when the implants are in, but everybody there has been nothing short of excellent!
Edit - got my new teeth installed today! Went next door to the rib joint and ate the bones and everything. (wink to Dr. Nguyen) They've been patient with this patient, and everyone there is kind and professional. I absolutely recommend this facility, and everyone who works there. Seven of five stars. Ryan, the operations manager, personally met with me regarding the confusion around my treatment and took the time to explain everything clearly. He apologized for the misinformation I was given and confirmed that my services are fully covered by my insurance, with no copays. He assured me that all of my necessary treatment would be completed at this office.

I truly appreciated Ryan’s professionalism, accountability, and willingness to step in and make things right. He acknowledged the mistake, addressed my concerns directly, and helped turn what had been a very stressful experience into a much better one.

While the initial situation was frustrating, I think it’s important to recognize when management takes responsibility and follows through. I’m grateful for the way Ryan handled this and for the effort made to resolve the issue.

Dr. John Nguyen and his assistant Jennifer provide outstanding dental care. From the first visit, I felt confident that I was in the best hands. Dr. Nguyen is extremely skilled, thorough, and honest, and Jennifer is always kind, attentive, and professional.

Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond to save my teeth by retreating previous root canals, correcting the structure, and placing new, well-fitted crowns. When any problem came up, it was handled immediately and properly—even if that meant removing a crown and redoing the work. I always received same-day treatment along with temporary crowns, which made the process stress-free.

I cannot say enough good things about my dentist, Dr. John Nguyen, and his amazing assistant, Jennifer. They are truly the best. Dr. Nguyen has taken exceptional care of my teeth with the highest level of professionalism and genuine care.

He carefully retreated my root canals, corrected the posture/alignment, and placed completely new crowns when needed. Whenever I had an issue, they addressed it immediately—cutting off crowns if necessary, retreating the tooth properly, and doing everything the right way. I always received temporary crowns the same day, which gave me so much peace of mind.

What truly sets Dr. Nguyen apart is his honesty. Other dental offices suggested implants that were not necessary, but Dr. Nguyen focused on saving my teeth and choosing the best treatment for me. I never felt rushed, pressured, or ignored.

Appointments are always on time—no waiting, with same-day appointments and same-day treatments, which is rare and incredibly appreciated.

I was in Vegas for work and broke a tooth. I made an appointment online for an emergency broken tooth. I could’ve gotten the next day, but I couldn’t due to work obligations. I made the appointment for the day after. I got there and right at my appointment time, they took me back. They did all the X-rays, scans, and inspections. The dentist, John Nguyen came in and told me due to the damage I would need a crowd. He said they would look at my insurance and come up with some options to repair it. They came back with a couple of prices, one for a same day crown and another for the standard type. Since I was out of town, I wanted to get the same day one, but it was almost double the price after insurance. They told me to hang on and talked with Dr Nguyen and they were able to work with me a little with the cost. I told them to go ahead and do the same day crown. The entire process was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. If I was living out there, I would definitely make this my dental facility and have Dr Nguyen as my dentist. Everyone in the office was so friendly, caring, and professional.

I was in Vegas on vacation and my temporary tooth came out. I just walked in to their office, begged for help, and they really stepped up for me. Despite not having an appointment or being an existing patient they were nice enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule and basically saved my trip! For those that have anxiety of dentists, this is the Dental office for you. The front staff welcomes you as soon as you walk in. MA Dani is the best. He is kind, humorous and puts me at ease. This place is a scam. Be aware! They diagnosed me saying I needed a root canal on my front tooth, but when I got a second opinion from another dentist, it turned out to be a false diagnosis.

They also refused to do my regular cleaning and demanded a deep cleaning instead — probably because regular cleaning has no copay, but deep cleaning lets them charge the insurance more.

They even charged my husband a copay for his cleaning even though it was supposed to be zero. We had to call the insurance company to fix it.

I’m taking my husband, my daughter, and my business somewhere else.

My experience here was very good, this dentistry was nice, they had modern equipment. The check in was simple, I was actually seen on my scheduled apt time. From the Dr. to the hygienist my experience was excellent. My hygienist was so gentle, I didn’t even need any numbing. Only thing I had an issue with was the upselling. My potential out of pocket was over $400 dollars per side of my mouth. I opted for just the deep cleaning, which only set me back $58. And I still have to go back to complete my other half next week. They kinda made me feel like I had to get all the add ons, even though I didn’t have any cavities or any major work needed. I don’t mind recommendations, but I don’t like being made to feel like it’s something I have to do. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise my experience was very good and I would recommend this place.

Had a root canal done here by Dr. Saro Oknaian and the pain never went away. I had to get it redone elsewhere, costing me even more. Despite their mistake, they still tried to charge me. Lynn, the front office manager, was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Absolutely would not recommend.

all the staff was amazing. I came in with a tight budget and They were very transparent over the phone. And that’s what I paid for when everything was done! Dr. Adrien, Dr. Sicat were VERYYY helpful they told me what my priority should be they didn’t push anything and answered all of my questions very clearly and were sooo friendly. When it came to rates Andy also explained all the options but not once did I feel pressured or anything he was very thorough and clear. I felt prioritized everytime and had the best dental experience. The assistant Erika was also so friendly and made me feel welcomed the moment I came in. I cannot say enough good about the diamond dental group! After having multiple nightmare experiences at a different dental office, I came here on a friend's recommendation, praying for a better experience. They definitely delivered! They scheduled me and my son quickly and the front office was so efficient and helpful. When it came to our appointments, (we had 5 different ones over the course of a couple weeks) they made it so easy! We never waited longer than a few minutes to be called back. All the procedures from exams, to fillings, to deep cleanings were done quickly and painlessly. We were never back longer than an hour (which helped me as a mom juggling multiple kid's schedules as well as kids at the appointments). I appreciate the honesty and clarity in regards to treatment. Overall they made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend!

I had 2 temporary crowns put on. The very next day 1 fell off. I had to drive 50 miles to get it put back on and they said they used a stronger glue well 2 days later both of them fell off. They had told me it would take one week and it ended up being almost 2 weeks and 3 trips to them. I will not go there again!!

This team was outstanding! I seen Dr. Sicat for some dental work that needed attention. They assessed and explained what was needed, got me on their schedule the same week for corrective action. Miss Danielle was the Dental Assistant and she was the best I’d ever had taking care of me in a dental office! I have been a client since 2017 or 2018. The front desk staff have always been knowledgeable and able to explain to me the reasons behind certain procedures.

Recently, I needed a new retainer and informed them that I still had an impression taken in June 2024. However, the three receptionists scheduled me for an appointment without providing any explanation as to why I would need to see a dentist. When I inquired about the reason, they simply stated that the doctor would explain it to me.

Unsatisfied with this response, I contacted my previous orthodontist, who had worked with the clinic before. His new dental clinic provided me with a clear explanation for the need for a new impression, as my X-ray images were not saved during my appointment at the previous location.

And every time I visit I see them take notes, not sure if it is accurate.

On March 1st my mom came here to get a crown done. It was her worst experience ever with a dentist and she suffers everyday because of it. The dentist didn't even put the crown in after it was made, she wasn't even in the room. The dental hygienist forced the crown in after they had already decided that it wasn't going to fit. And then the dentist comes back and says "looks good". She had gone back for another appointment to express her concerns and the dentist didn't even take a good look at it or any X-rays she just filed it done and told her what she was feeling is normal. Not to mention this office is so expensive. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have a lot of prior dental trauma and this office is healing me, one appointment at a time. Everyone is very friendly, communicative and understanding of the fact that some people have fears and anxieties associated with their office. I’m a 100% service connected disable veteran who was referred to this place by the VA along with a handful of other dental offices. After reading the reviews which included other veterans and doing research on this place I have decided that I will not get my dental work done here. It seems like all the 5star reviews are for the simplest procedures and somewhat of a robotic response. All of the negative reviews seemed down to earth and relatable. This place seemed to be doing shady work and over charging by 3xs the normal price. What’s interesting is even the negative reviews that are more then 10 years old are still identical to the most recent negative reviews. No thanks I will never come here.
