Dr. Carla Cortez is the best! She is super sweet and always ready to listen to any concerns or questions that you might have about your health. I am glad that I have her as my PCP. The past consultations that I have had with her have been very comfortable and welcoming. The office space is really clean.

Dr. K asked appropriate questions during assessment and answered all of my questions clearly and professionally. It's obvious that she is educated based on her communication skills, recommendations, and how she presents herself. Dr. K has a very welcoming approach and made it very comfortable to talk about sensitive topics. Left the office with all my concerns addressed, a clear understanding of results and next steps. Treatment has been successful so far.

Clean, non-chaotic office. It took awhile to get in for a new patient appointment (which is probably a good sign) but the wait in the office wasn’t long. Friendly staff. Dr. Carla Cortez was knowledgeable, warm, and took her time—you don’t feel like just another number but an actual person.

Las Vegas is a difficult place to receive good care. I saw a lot of docs before I finally found this place. The staff and my doctor are all very nice and I appreciate that they always give you a paper document of what occurred in the visit, what was talked about and what the next steps are. That’s never happened anywhere I’ve ever been except for an actual ER with discharge notes. Totally recommend.

Dr cepnik is the worst. I had worsening of symptoms and in my legs started getting involuntary movements joint pain etc went back the same day wouldn’t see me judges me based off of mental health and I’m dropping weight loosing muscle experiencing possible life threatening things and he time to time fails me and acts like a mhm uh huh type doctor. Doesn’t care if you die. I had to go to the er because this staff and office won’t address my concerns I will be going back tomorrow to get a ct scan ordered that should have been ordered. This office prescribed me numerous antibiotics and had no concern that I had to go to the er for allergic reactions. Terrible place.

My appointment today at Dignity Health: in henderson was a great experience! The office assistant Sharon welcome me with great enthusiasm and positive energy! It feels amazing to have positive employees like Sharon to be planted at a doctor office to help me have one of the best customers experience ever! Thank you Sharon for being a blessing!

My recent encounter with Dignity Health on 3/22 left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Upon arriving for my appointment, I overheard the front desk staff discussing their decision to stop seeing Aetna patients. However, instead of informing me directly, they chose to withhold this crucial information.

Fast forward to my scheduled appointment, I received a call informing me that my appointment was canceled due to the clinic not recontracting with my insurance. This blatant disregard for transparency and patient care is unacceptable. It seems evident that my initial visit was solely for the purpose of collecting from my insurance, rather than providing genuine medical care.

As someone who works in healthcare, I find this behavior appalling and unethical. I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory authorities. Dignity Health's lack of integrity and professionalism has left a lasting negative impression, and I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking quality healthcare services.

The ER at St Rose Sienna was the worst! The attitudes i dealt with tells me they ALL need Ethics training. Waiting for a breathing treatment for over an hour and when i asked i was told “you’re not the only patient, we’re busy”. I finally walked out after an hour of waiting. Disgusting, horrible care!

I’ve tried to call twice today and was hung up on both times. The first time I scheduled a callback. I answered the phone and was put on hold and held for over five minutes and then was hung up on. The next time, I was in the middle of giving my insurance information when I was hung up on the second time, so I was not able to make an appointment.

They don't have appointments for over a month for existing patients. What happened to do no harm? Making your existing patients wait over a month to get medical care is doing harm.

I have been seeing Dr. Steven Poertner at Dignity Health for several years now. Both Dr. Poertner and the Dignity Health staff are knowedgible, courteous, and there for their patients.
