I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Mersha. From the moment I met him, he made me feel cared for, heard, and completely comfortable. He went far beyond what I ever expected a dentist to do for me.

Dr. Mersha took the time to check on me when he absolutely didn’t have to, and when I needed help, he made time for me even though my situation wasn’t considered an emergency. That kindness meant more to me than he probably realizes.

What I appreciated most was his honesty and genuine concern for me as a person. He never tried to sell me something I didn’t need or pressure me into unnecessary treatment. After visiting other places where I felt like I was being upsold, the difference was remarkable. Dr. Mersha was straightforward, transparent, patient, and professional every step of the way. I always felt that his priority was doing what was truly best for me.

A very dear friend of mine, Gil, previously had dental practices here in Las Vegas and has since changed careers to specialize in sleep apnea. He was the person who referred me to Dr. Mersha, and I am so thankful he did. I have always trusted Gil’s judgment, and I can honestly say that when Gil refers me to someone, I know I’m in good hands. He was absolutely right about Dr. Mersha.

There are doctors you appreciate for the work they do, and then there are doctors whose kindness, compassion, and humanity stay with you. Dr. Mersha is one of those people.

I am genuinely thankful for the care he gave me, the time he took with me, and the way he treated me with such kindness and respect. In a world where it can sometimes be difficult to find someone who truly listens and cares, I feel very fortunate that I found him.

Dr. Mersha and his team are informative, kind, and genuinely friendly. I came in for a dental implant and was more nervous about the numbing injection than the procedure itself. Dr. Mersha has such gentle, skilled hands that I didn’t feel the pinch in my gums or any discomfort at all—something that had never happened with other dentists when I’ve gone in for fillings. The entire implant process was easy and painless. I experienced no swelling or discomfort afterward. I can’t imagine having an implant done without the robotic assist machine; I don’t even want to think about how a dentist or oral surgeon would perform this procedure by hand and still achieve the same precision without causing the patient significant discomfort.
Dr. Mersha doesn’t only specialize in implants—his practice offers a wide range of services, including general and family dentistry, among many others. Just visit his website to see for yourself. These guys made getting a crown super easy and dare I say… fun!

I am one of those really sensitive people and getting a crown was freaking me out. Dr Morris and Doug not only 100% calmed my nerves but I laughed and legit enjoyed their company!

They are absolute pros at what they do! A bit of perfectionism when getting a new tooth goes a long way!

After a bad experience with another “high end” dentist I was lucky to find discovery dental. People with experience who actually know what they’re doing. It’s a breath refresher you go in there you tell them exactly what you need and they don’t try to oversell you on everything like most of them do. Their dental assistant Angel has been nothing short of amazing. She’s super experienced and knowledgeable. Makes sure I feel comfortable and very kind. Dr. Marse also he’s super experienced. I would definitely request him. Not only Is he personable. He knows what he’s doing and it’s no games and not trying to upsell. And he doesn’t struggle to do his job. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a professional staff. From the front desk to Andrea, Dr B, Lauren (hygienist). They were recommended by a client. My previous hygienist and dentist were so rough. I also felt they were trying to milk me. When I received my plan of action from Discovery it was less than my previous dentist. I did not need a deep cleaning, but a regular one. I don’t need a sinus lift for an implant. Discovery is honest and explains any procedure. I was put at ease prior to each procedure.

What a wonderful experience we had at Discovery Dental! A recent exam at another dental office diagnosed a compromised tooth, with infection, that needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. Was quoted a price just short of 8k. Where I would normally just pay to get it over with (I hate dental issues!) my wife said, “Let’s get a few estimates and then make a decision.” She found an ad for Discovery Dental, and read all the 5 star reviews. Patients raved about the office, the receptionists, the dentists and assistants, and the prices. Figuring we had nothing to lose, we made a phone call. Yesenia, the receptionist, listened carefully to my situation and was able to bring me right in for an evaluation. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like family. I was quickly taken into an examination room where I met both Steve and Dr. Mersha. Both did an outstanding job answering my questions and developing a treatment plan. I was given a price that was way too good to be true. I asked Steve to get my wife to come in, and she too was overwhelmed not only by the fairness of the price, but that the doctor had an opening and offered to do the procedure on the spot. They were able to extract my tooth, and using new robotic technology, grafted bone and placed the implant base in one visit. Everything was done within 45 minutes and was absolutely pain free! We paid an incredibly reasonable price, and we were out the door. That night, Dr. Mersha called me personally after hours to see how I was feeling. You just don’t find that level of care and commitment that often. I couldn’t thank him enough for all he and his staff did to expedite my procedure and healing. This dental office, it’s dedicated staff and incredible doctors are the best you’ll ever find! They handle all of your dentistry needs in house and provide a level of care and professionalism that is exemplary! Look no further for your dental needs…. Call Discovery Dental. He did 6 implants for me. His treatment is relatively painless and it is my most pleasant experience at a dentist in 20 years. His implant robot makes it more accurate, faster, less painful and with faster recovery. He is also very gentle, personable and honest. His staff is awesome especially Stephie who always makes your day better.

This place is fantastic! Went in for a consultation on a dental implant. First thing, is the team of employees were smiling and welcoming. The place was spotless and very inviting. I was very impressed but was still a bit nervous about going to a new dentist. But meeting the staff and the dentist I knew I had found a great place. By 3:15 I had my new implant (yes same day and scheduled after consultation) and was on my way home. For me, I had no pain and was amazed by the procedure, staff and dentist. Previous dentist told me I’d need someone to drive me back and forth but not the way implants are done here. Honestly, you will love this place! Efficient, mellow, joyful atmosphere and respectful. Wonderful place.

After having had bad experiences with a few dentists in my life, I have always had a fear of dentists. When a cracked tooth caused me the need to find one, I found Dr. Mersha many years ago. He listened to my fears, and has ALWAYS had a caring and compassionate attitude. He and his staff have always put me at ease, and his work is impeccable. I have followed him to his 3rd office now, which is further from me, but I will stay with him as long as he is in practice!

Every person that worked there is extremely friendly and personable. I felt like during the whole cleaning the dental assistant was extremely gentle and trying her very best to give me the most comfortable experience possible. checking in making sure everything was okay during the cleaning from time to time. I am so grateful to have found this place. I’ve been looking for a dentist that doesn’t decide to just pull your tooth out, replace it and call it a day.. Dr. Shah is amazing!! He does the opposite and will save your teeth. Very light on the hands, knowledgeable and i like how he uses tools that are high tech and adds to the comfort and ease of the procedure. I only had an initial consultation so far, but I can glean a lot via my first impressions, and I really liked this practice based on my visit.

The techs and front desk staff are super chill & friendly, and the dentist himself is the same.

They were transparent with me, and conducted the tests necessary to give me an accurate treatment plan, free of charge per their “free consultation” offer.

The energy in this office was everything good and relaxed, yet professional. I didn’t spend a lot of time with the dentist himself, but it was enough to feel like I was in credentialed, capable hands.

Great professional care as always ! I live 60 miles from Discovery and do not think twice about making the trip four times per year.

Lauren always does a super great job with the cleaning. The rest of the staff steps up and always does a great job.

Had unexpected oral surgery yesterday. Doctor Maresh fit me into his schedule and with a bit of novacaine the procedure was completed and I was on my way home in better shape than when I arrived. As always is the case with Discovery!

I’ve had such a great experience at Discovery Dental from day one! The receptionist, Yesenia, was so friendly and welcoming, and all of the assistants were wonderful (especially Stephanie).
