Distinctive Dentistry was absolutely the best! I called them, and they were able to get me taken care of the very next day. The entire staff was wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

A special thank you to Dave, the dental assistant, for doing such an awesome job assisting Dr. Hutchings. They were both very careful and gentle while working on my crown, and I truly appreciated the care they put into everything.

Haven't seen the dentist in years and Dr. H and Davina did an amazing job completing my return exam!! Didn't know what to expect and the double dose of coffee prior to the visit wasn't the best choice (lol), but these two put me right at ease. We are new to the area and had such a horrible experience with our first dentist. I had to switch. So i scheduled with distinctive smiles to try it out, so happy i did. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and Davina was my tech and very pleasant. Then Dr Davis was very pleasant and thorough. I have now signed up my husband as well. Very disappointed on how they ignored me sitting in the waiting room for over a half hour without so much of a simple apology for the wait. I respected their time by being on time. The least they can do is respect my time as well. Instead the front desk staff was just chatting with each other the entire time. After a 30 minute wait, I told them that I was leaving due to the unacceptable wait. This was a very bad first impression. I would not recommend this business.

Best dentistry I’ve EVER been too, dentist is phenomenal. I came in for an exam and x-rays because I haven’t had a check up in a while. They made me feel so comfortable. I also had a chipped tooth that made me feel very self-conscious and He made sure I left that office very happy and I’m very happy with my results and I’m grateful to have my confidence back. He has the best prices in VEGAS. And mind you I’ve went to multiple and I think this is probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had. My POV as a patient and no longer a Dental assistant here .

I went in for my regular 6-month cleaning, but I already knew I had a broken filling that needed attention. They took the usual X-rays and an additional one of the tooth with the broken filling. Chey, the hygienist, did an amazing job with my cleaning and made the visit very comfortable.

When Dr. Davis came in for my exam, we reviewed the X-rays. Based on how the tooth looked, there was some concern that I might need a root canal, which was definitely not what I wanted to hear. Thankfully, the office was able to get me back in later that same day to address the problem. Both Lori and Daniela worked to get me in with plenty of time to do a root canal and crown if needed.

Dr. Davis explained that we would open the tooth and see how close the damage was to the pulp before deciding on the next step. Noellia made sure i had the topical cream before the numbing. Thank you Noelia. I also want to mention that he has a great numbing technique—I barely felt the injection compared to experiences I've had with other dentists.

The good news was that once the tooth was opened up, it wasn't nearly as bad as the X-ray had made it seem. After the appointment, I was worried I would be dealing with a lot of pain, especially since I was heading to an A's game. My tooth was a little sensitive during the game, but now, two days later, I have no pain at all and everything feels great.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The entire team was professional, caring, and accommodating, and I really appreciated being able to get treatment the same day.

I originally updated my review to express concerns about my Invisalign treatment under Dr. Chau. Since then, I feel it’s important to provide a further update because the situation was ultimately handled in a way that restored my confidence in the practice.

After my negative review, the office manager, Karla, reached out to me and discussed my concerns with the practice owner, Dr. Soard. Although I had never personally met Dr. Soard, he took my concerns seriously and offered a solution. He suggested that I continue my treatment at one of his other practices, Green Valley Dentistry, and arranged for me to receive a new Invisalign treatment plan.

It has now been almost a year, and I am happy to say that I am nearly finished with treatment and am very pleased with the results. The team at Green Valley Dentistry has been wonderful, and the care I’ve received there has been excellent.

I also want to be clear that throughout my experience, the staff at Distinctive Smiles were always professional, kind, and helpful. Karla, Roxy, and Cynthia consistently provided great customer service, and I never had any complaints regarding the office staff. My concerns were solely related to my treatment experience with Dr. Chau at that time.

What ultimately stands out to me is that Dr. Soard genuinely cared about making things right. Rather than dismissing my concerns, he listened and took action to ensure I received the care I needed. Dr. Soard even had Karla provide me with his personal number to contact him if I had any further issues. That level of accountability and commitment to patient satisfaction deserves recognition.

While my original experience was disappointing, I greatly appreciate the effort made to resolve the situation. Because of that, and because of the excellent care I’ve since received, I’m updating my review back to 5 stars. Thank you to Dr. Soard, Karla, and the entire team who helped turn a negative experience into a positive outcome.

I’ve always had the worst anxiety going into dentist offices because of my past experiences. But I finally found a dentist office that it is kind, polite and helpful! I live in Summerlin and I drive 35-40 min to my appointments and it’s so worth it! I’ve neglected my dental care for the fear of judgement and pain but I feel like I can finally get back on track with my dental care because of Distinctive Smiles. I’ve gone in for a couple cleanings and one deep cleaning, Dr. Davis and the medical staff have been amazing. I lost a filling in my front tooth as I was getting ready to leave for the airport (Phx to Vegas). It was very noticeable and I had a concert/ meet and greet with my favorite guitarist the next night. Not to mention, I didn't want to spend my whole vacation with a cracked gap right in between my two front teeth. I called Distinctive Smiles before I left AZ and they said I could come straight from the airport and they'd fix me up. Everyone there was great. The dentist did a great job and was very nice. If I lived in Vegas I would definitely use their services again. They saved the day and the price was very reasonable! Found my new dentist office! 👏 I had chipped my front tooth and needed an emergency quick fix. I’m new in town and did not know where to go? I was on a budget and needed only the work I required. I had gone to other dentist in the area that quoted me outrageous prices over a thousand dollars in veneers and cleanings and x-rays leaving me overwhelmed. Distinctive smiles not only had new patients prices for 49$ including my X-ray and cleaning but they were very empathetic to my concerns that brought me there. I was able to pay out of pocket a couple hundred dollars for my chipped tooth it was within my budget and I look forward to my returning appointment. This was the experience I was looking for! Dr. Davis was kind and intelligent and explained my options going forward to maintaining my smile I am so happy I found Distinctive Smile 😃 they are my new dentist office and friends. As I was at a work conference, I severely cracked a front tooth. I was freaking out and started calling around to places. After some failed attempts, I called Distintive Smiles and was greeted by Debora. She assured me she'd help and absolutely delivered on that promise. She was able to move some things around and have me come in right away. The entire office staff was a true pleasure. They took xrays and pictures immediately and then Dr. Judy came to see me. We went over a plan which she explained thoroughly and I immediately agreed to it. The work was done painlessly and promptly. Distinctive Smiles....I had four front lower teeth extracted. The numbing shots hurt like heck...Dr. Cho, is great, and the most gentle Dentist I have ever been to. How ever, the shots really hurt me, being right in the front behind the lower lip. So I guess I wasn't breathing, Dr. Cho says "Breathe", easier said than done. I have to give a shout out of gratitude and praise to her male dental technician, Juan.....He has a super caring way and touch about him, and it helped me relax, to breathe, and release the white knuckle grip I had on the dental chair.

I had difficult dental work to be done. Can't imagine a gentler, Dental team to be had while remaining very Professional.

As one of the patients who was traumatized by my childhood dental experiences, they are ALWAYS careful to ensure I experience close to zero discomfort.
