Very disappointed with my visit. In my entire life as a new patient I was given plenty of time to establish a relationship with the new Dr.. This one didnβt seem interested. When i only finished part of why I was there he only examined my ears and checked my breathing. When I brought up a problem of severe pain in my hands and mentioned what was suggested, I was ignored. He did not examine me like another Dr. did. I was only ordered a bunch of blood tests and Xrays.
Iβve been very blessed in my lifetime with wonderful medical professionals except for one. He makes the 2nd and I left the office wondering how many patients he makes feel as if his time is being wasted by seeing us.
I will say one good thing, the office staff I dealt with were very nice. The MA was nice enough also.
I will give him just one more chance. But to recommend this Dr, I will not.

First of all, I only waited about 5 minutes before being called into the exam room which is the normal wait time. The doctors assistant was very friendly. My vitals were taken right away. Dr. Huey came in about 10 minutes later. He went over my labs and asked a few questions. He listened to my questions and answered them in ways I understood. I really felt like he was genuinely concerned about me and my health. I recommend Dr. Huey to anyone looking for a caring doctor who listens as well as talks.

Difficulty in returning calls from providers office. It took five days to be able to solve my a needed medication. Received responses such as a call will be made before 5:00 p.m. and never did receive a call in that period of time.I had to be persistent to finally get a positive response, however Dr.Huey took care of my needs without hesitation.
