I recently saw the nurse practitioner at this office, and she was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful during my appointment. I appreciated the time she took to listen and explain things to me.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was the complete opposite. The nurse practitioner told me she was putting in a referral to a cardiologist and that I could receive the information at checkout. However, when I got to the front desk, they told me they “don’t do that” and that it would be sent to me later. The interaction felt very dismissive and annoyed, as though I was inconveniencing them just by asking.

After waiting a day and not receiving anything, I called back and left a message. No one answered my call or returned the message. A few days later, I called again and finally reached someone, but again the tone was very unfriendly and put out that I was calling. I was told they would “have to ask the doctor again” and would get back to me.

The provider herself was great, but the front desk staff’s attitude and lack of communication made the overall experience very off-putting. The office may want to take a closer look at how patients are being treated at the front desk, because the dismissive tone and lack of professionalism leave a very negative impression.

The manager, Ramira, had no patience quite; heartless and cruel. It was too much work for them to verify my insurance, so she took it upon herself to cancel my appointment with a dismissive attitude. Read the other 1 star reviews they are not lying.

I haven't had a single issue with my insurance; it's one of the simplest open-access types. I guess she just didn't like me. I'm in God's hands at this point; I'll find a more caring place, I hope.

Sadly one of the worst experiences with a Dr. I have had. I came with concerns and she was dismissive, spoke over me, and was more curious about the background of the medical professional who did my blood panel. Said she would run some additional tests and one was for her study. When asked further about what she was looking for, she just said a gene. No clarification. She behaved as though I was wasting her time. Horrible.

I seen NP Princess Pang, and when I tell you out of a lot of my office visits. This by far the best visit, she listen to me and was ready to assure my care. With the help I had been looking for. Very detailed, kind and professional! Took her time to not only listen but looked over other records I brought with me. The doctor was so friendly and so kind. It's sad to give her only 2 stars, but the reason for the 3 stars are. She's just too busy. She's in too much of a hurry. She was just rushing in and out, and not really paying attention to what we were saying. Unfortunately we probably can't go back there. The way she described that we take the medication was completely different than what the pharmacy said. So we refuse the medicine because of the contradiction. Our appointment was at 11:30 AM, but we're actually seen until closer to 12:50 PM... That is a very long time to wait.

My PCP tested me for autoimmune markers and said I need to see a Rheumatologist. I looked at so many doctors and so many reviews and Dr. Loudyi was the only one with good reviews - and those reviews were spot on. The staff was kind and efficient and Dr. Loudyi was compassionate. I also felt very heard by her, which is very important to me in a Medical Professional. She was straightforward about her assessment of my lab work and took the time to answer any questions I had. I did not feel rushed at any point during my appointment.

The wait time for my appointment did take long - but look, there are so few good doctors out here in Vegas, that when you find a good one, you don’t care about the wait time. Dr. Loudyi was 100% worth it.

I wasn't going to write a review until they sent me a link asking me to do so. I was referred to this Dr. from my primary and made an apt with Dr. Loudyi. The problem was that when I arrived, I ended up seeing her asst. Now she was very nice and thorough, but if you're going to put me with her asst that's something you should tell me at the time of booking, and it would have been my decision to accept or wait to see the main Dr. The other issue is that they made me wait over 45 minutes in the room. They expect us to show up on time, and we expect the same consideration. There is no excuse for that as many offices know how to schedule according and space patients. They always use the excuse that there was an emergency, but when it becomes normal, then book patients appropriately with enough time. Besides that, it was just first-time office visit.

Was not thrilled to be asked personal questions in an packed waiting room (ie DOB and reason for visit - recommendation: ask for ID and get it from there, and have a sign in sheet with a column for "reason for visit", if you don't have it in your records from when the appointment was made).

Main issue: WAITING OVER 2 HOURS to be seen. No updates or mention of what was happening or anything. Unacceptable. If it's going to be more than an hour, tell the patient that upfront, so they have to choice of rescheduling BEFORE they have to wait that long. Check-in with you patients waiting and ask if they would prefer to reschedule, since there is still a wait. Either you didn't know or didn't care. Not sure which is worse.

I am giving 2 stars because THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME. If you are in a rush or don’t like to wait don’t come here. Princess the NP is soooooo amazing she talks to you and explains everything. My first and ONLY phonecall I'm making to this practice was unbelievable. I asked her if they accept my insurance. After giving it to her, she said "on a case by case basis". What? I asked her to clarify that three times and she didn't. EIther you do or do not accept my insurance. She finally said they are contracted with my insurance company, but then depending on diagnosis, only upon full receipt of my medical records and referral that they decide whether they will or will not accept the insurance. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Loudyi. She’s the only doctor who’s ever been able to get my mom’s arthritis under control. We lost touch with her for a while, but I’m so glad we found her again.

Dr. Loudyi, is a board certified rheumatologist and I’m glad that I found her to care for my healthcare needs. She is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and with 20+ years of experience in this field. She is assisted by Princess, her nurse practitioner who is also an excellent team member. Dr. Loudyi, and her staff work with clients who have various arthritic and inflammatory conditions.

Her office is clean, neat, handicapped accessible, and is conveniently located in mid Las Vegas not far off of the 95 freeway. Her office is located where there is plentiful and free parking. She runs a full and busy practice. Las Vegas continues to rapidly grow and there is a need for more physicians and specialist so we are very fortunate to have found her and two have been enrolled under her care.

My cardiologist recommended that I see a rheumatologist due to symptoms I have had for a while now with no answers from other doctors. I did a search and found Dr Loudyi and I am so glad I did. First, I was able to get an appt within a week which is almost unheard of in this city. I was pleasantly greeted by her staff. Her assistant Princess was so sweet. I did have to wait a while to see the Dr, but Princess did check in on me a few times to make sure i was ok. When Dr Loudyi came in the room she sincerely apologized for the wait and then we got down to business. I found her to be personable and quite thorough. I was referred here after having a few positive test results. Dr. Loudyi was very professional and listened to the issues I was having. She is genuinely compassionate and you do not feel like she is rushing you or minimizing your pain/symptoms. She scheduled me for more bloodwork and a follow-up. I was here today. I had seen someone almost a year ago when my symptoms first started. I was told it was all in my head despite having outward physical symptoms but my ANA was only slightly elevated with no other abnormalities. I understand people have off days and healthcare is a super hard field, but it delayed me wanting to see anyone else for another opinion for almost a year. I was very hopeful that Dr. Loudyi was going to help me get my diagnosis. However after days of trying to get into her office she stated that I did not need to see her. I am very disappointed because I had already made an appointment and I found out she did not take my insurance (Medicaid). Dr. Loudyi also had her office staff block my phone number after I simply had a breakdown on the phone crying saying that I was sad because I wanted her to help me. Dr. Loudyi showed me how little sympathy one can have for people who are sick. I have no interest in having a doctor this rude to her clients. Save your time and just go get a rheumatologist who will not block your number for crying on the phone. Thank you.

When I came to Dr Loudyi I was in severe distress from extreme Reumatory Arthritis. It was like being in a "pain jacket", with no relief whatsoever or hope of getting better. Dr Loudyi prescribed a regiment of medications that treated my arthritisand got my pain to a much more tolerable level (I was taking up to 10 opioid pain pills in the day time and more at night and 6 to 8 OTC arthritis meds a day). The medication that Dr Loudyi put me on gradually reduced my pain and inflammation. She basically saved my life and gave me hope for the future. I will always be in her debt for her care and concern. She is the absolute best. She even got my insurance to approve my use of a biological treatment that they had denied several times. Thank you so much Dr. Loudyi. Joe E

Good morning dr. Loudyi. I appreciate your Expertise and have been very pleased with you. I am very sorry you no longer accept my insurance and I will be more than happy to pay the cost of the office visit. However, your receptionist charged me $256 stating that it was a co-pay for Medicaid at the beginning of the year . I checked with Medicaid offices And this is not true. Medicaid said that I do not pay a co-pay.
As previously stated, I am more than happy to pay the cost of your office visit since you no longer take my insurance, but please reimburse me the $256. I was charged erroneously. Thank you

I’ve been so frustrated trying to find a Rheumatologist who isn’t looking to push meds, who will take the time to actually listen to my concerns and needs, and who doesn’t have a cookie-cutter approach with each patient. After 8 months of searching for the right doctor, I finally found Dr. Loudyi and she’s absolutely wonderful! She has her own practice off Sahara - it’s a calming, clean, and beautiful office, but what I really appreciate is the gal who runs the front desk. She answers the phone right away every time I call, she makes scheduling easy, and when I had questions before even seeing Dr. Loudyi, she took the time to find out the answers and got back to me the same day. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning and that in and of itself was so reassuring. But then I met with Dr. Loudyi and let me just tell you, I’ve never met with a doctor as thorough and compassionate as she is. She took all the time I needed, without making me feel rushed, and discussed details that no other doctor had taken the time to explain. Not only do I feel more educated about my condition, I feel less worried because Dr. Loudyi made certain to create a treatment plan that wasn’t overly aggressive and that I feel 100% comfortable with. I know every patient is different with different needs, and after spending nearly an hour with Dr. Loudyi, it’s clear that’s how she runs her practice. She is patient focused, doesn’t push to pre-maturely medicate, and she genuinely cares about overall health and wellbeing. Very unprofessional behavior from Aida Loudyi:

This was the first time ever in my life that I experienced a doctor speaking to me in a condescending way, using non-verbal gestures, and being unprofessional.

I was referred to Aida Loudyi (I'm intentionally not referring to her as a doctor, because her attitude and behavior today did not define the meaning of a doctor) by my PCP as I was recently diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disease. On 11/4, a referral was sent on my behalf, and the front desk assistant, Palomita, claims they never received a referral for me. Palmoita proceeded that I never responded back to an email they sent on 11/14 requesting I submit the front and backside of my medical insurance card. I checked my "Sent email', and there was the email I sent to Aida Loudyi's office. Palomita saw my email and became quiet. She didn't make any eye contact with myself and after about ten minutes later, she acknowledged the office made a mistake and apologized. I became annoyed prior as I waited from 2pm-2:40pmish..only to be told they would need to verify my insurance since it wasn't verified by a staff member prior to my appointment. They had my referral since 11/4 and a copy of my insurance card since 11/14. They wanted to reschedule my appointment to Monday but I work two jobs and schedule this doctor's appointment around my jobs.

Aida Loudyi comes out to the front and doesn't greet me nor says hello. She asks, "What insurance do you have?" I pulled the card out and she interrupts me and says just tell me the insurance name. The tone she took with me was so unprofessional as I looked at her like she was crazy. She kept interrupting me and right in the open of the receptionist desk, she goes behind Palomita's desk to say what is with her insurance. Do we accept it because I don't want to see this woman if her insurance isn't accepted. She is whining and says it with an attitude. It was out in the open and so unprofessional. She then tells me she needs a referral, and I told her that my PCP sent her a referral. Meanwhile, she's talking with her hands and moving her head around. I asked her, "Do you speak to all of your patients this way?" She tells me this is how she communicates and does so in The Mediterranean. I responded that I've been to Italy and Greece and never had anyone speak to me with their hands. She continues with her attitude, and at that point, she says..what do you want me to do? You seem unhappy, and I'm trying to work with you, and I have other patients to see. I couldn't tell she had other patients to see as you could hear her chatting it up with one patient and someone who didn't have an appointment, and she saw them before seeing me. She was laughing with no sense of urgency and talking about non-medical items. Sooo..what patients did you have to see again when my husband and I were the only ones in the waiting area?

I'm so glad majority of viewers have had a positive experience with Aida Loudyi yet unfortunate that wasn't the case for me as I had to deal with a pompous self-entitled doctor who walked around as if she was invincible. Whether this interaction and the tomfoolery I experienced today is reviewed by the medical board or not, just remember that karma always has a tendency to come back to those who mistreat others. Truly hope Aida Loudyi feels good about how she mistreated me..a person experiencing flare-ups and pain.

Let me start off by saying I have been through MANY Rheumatologists since I was diagnosed back in 2004. I am not the stereotypical patient and considered to be fairly young, which makes this disease even harder to manage in our society today.

Dr. Loudyi felt like an old friend who took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns without forcing any drugs on me that I was uncomfortable with. She is truly knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. I am happy I found someone who is attentive and educated and cares about her patients.
