I’ve never written a bad review ever. I came in for a referral to go to a specialist because I have a torn labrum in my hip. Key word “labrum”. They give me. Referral to get an x ray, which makes no sense because you can’t see connective tissue on a x ray you need an MRI. They sent me to get bloodwork and they spelt my name wrong. They also mentioned in my referral that it was a TORN LABIA. That’s actually ridiculous. So the x ray people were confused and so was I. I called back for a MRI referral and they refuse to give me one. Extremely unprofessional front desk staff. The doctor spent probably very little time talking about my issues and didn’t answer my questions, it was as if he was redirecting the questions and flirting with me. Also they wouldn’t find a specialist for me so I had to send them some that I found myself, come to find out the only referral they sent was to a doctor that wasn’t practicing anymore. Not their fault! (Entirely) , but if they would have verified that this doctor takes my insurance or whatever they would have found the issue and wouldn’t make me do there job. I will say the nurse (don’t remember her name) she was very sweet and actually listened to me. Disgusting, disappointed do not go here if you want to speak to someone with a brain

This doctor saved lives every day and he goes to work every day with such a humble attitude. He is so fair and he is so calm. He makes you feel so comfortable. He makes you feel like you can trust every word he says. I'm keeping him as my primary

I showed up and there was no office. I called the number and it was disconnected. What an absolute waste of my time and gas. I took off my work for this.

Dr. McSwain is the most amazing doctor I’ve ever had. He truly cares about all of his patients and spends time to listen and find the best treatment for his patients. If there were more doctors like him the world would definitely be a better place! Thank you Doc for taking such good care of all of us. We love you and appreciate the man and Doctor you are.

Never really been UNDER Doctors care, was relatively healthy, or so I thought. Finding Dr McSwain is truly a fantastic find.
He is so patient and thorough. Give him a problem and he’ll find a solution or send you to the right place.
I am under a few different Drs care, at the moment but he likes to have his own labs and report, so as to work in conjunction with other caregivers.
He has an absolutely wonderful staff, but with the onset of the pandemic, we don’t get that personal touch any more and I’ve come to realize, that while I may have gone in for some physical concern, I came away feeling emotionally recharged.
The few minutes speaking with his staff is the most comforting, healing few minute of the visit.
