I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience.

Dr. Okeke herself is kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I have no complaints about the medical care she personally provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office and referral process has been extremely frustrating.

I've been trying to get an MRI for my knee for over a month. The imaging center requested additional clinical documentation to support the MRI, but instead of sending the requested information, the office resent the exact same paperwork. As a result, the request was closed, and I still haven't been able to get the testing I need.

When I became a new patient, I transferred all of my previous medical records because my knee and back issues are longstanding problems—not new injuries. It doesn't appear that my medical history was reviewed when handling my referrals. If more documentation was needed or if I should have been referred to an orthopedic specialist, I would have appreciated someone taking the initiative to help move my care forward instead of allowing the referral to stall.

The lack of follow-through and communication from the administrative staff has delayed my care and left me feeling like I had to manage the entire process myself.

Because of these ongoing issues, I've decided to transfer my care to another provider. I sincerely hope the office improves its referral process because Dr. Okeke deserves an administrative team that supports both her and her patients more effectively.

Hello my dearest beautiful doctor Doctor OKK I love you and I miss you. I just want to tell you the truth. I enjoy for you to be in my doctor. I was enjoying me coming there but later on the month the front office have really got rude when I say rude mean rude and they was never was like that. The one that I’m talking to and I cannot believe is Elda cannot believe her made me uncomfortable because I know that she changed when you called. They know when you called because you guys have a caller ID he don’t answer the phone then I have to keep on calling but please talk KK change your Staff please they making a very hard you to stay in business because people gonna walk away always remember you are a good doctor. Had an appointment with her, they led me to the back and put me in a dark room with just a dim little light lighting the room. I literally sat there for 2 hours waiting to be seen by the doctor. Nobody came to check on me or gave me an update on when I would be seen by her. She finally comes in & only spoke with me for 5 minutes and refilled by prescription. Some time goes on & I needed to book another appointment with her and suddenly my insurance isn’t accepted by her anymore.

I don’t even know where to start! I should have listened to the reviews! First I want to say the front desk MA was nice and professional. However! My appointment was at 9:30am as a new patient. At 10am I asked the front desk how much longer until I get called back because I was literally the only person in the waiting room. She told me the doctor was running behind and that there was 2 patients already in the rooms that needed to be seen. I said okay no problem, I sat back down and waited. This u Unprofessional person that calls themselves a doctor walks in the front door at 10AM! The office opened at 8AM!!!!! Then had the nerve to look me up and down and walked to the back. I immediately got up and told them to cancel my appointment! She needs her practice closed down! She does not value anyone’s time but her own! She has horrible work ethics!

This used to be my primary care provider, unfortunately that ended very soon. The medical assistants are extremely rude, they never wanna do their job, instead they sit at their desks all day and give dirty looks. I’ve called multiple times about my medications to them and they always sound rude or annoyed on the phone, they didn’t lower my dosage one day when I asked, instead they gave my pushback and said I needed to make an appointment with the doctor. Unnecessary appointments meaning I have to pay a co pay just to get my prescription refilled. The doctor herself is nice and sweet but her medical assistants ruin the entire visit every time. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I went there for the first time I was 15 mins early and had to wait for 2 hrs to be seen. We didn’t leave because I really needed to see her. She order some labs I did my labs a day later and I’ve never received a call from her to follow up and they never answer the phone. I just went on my insurance app and seen I can look at my labs. There were certain ones that were very bad and it’s been almost a year now. I’ve obviously moved on but she popped up when I was looking for another Dr and I decided to do my review.

Not really sure how to feel about my visit over 5 wks ago, appointment last for 30-45 mins with us talking about pretty much nothing. My concerns were not addressed and I was just told we will see what the labs show and go from there. Had labs done and was told by Dr Okeke she would call with results and that it only took 2 wks I called after week 3 no answer or response to the message I left requesting results of my labs here it is week 5 and still no response I’ve called to a number once again that doesn’t get answered and more then likely I won’t get a response. So I’m assuming now I’ll have to take time out of my day to actually go into the office to find out what my results are!!! Smdh, wish I would have just gone to another provider because this is unacceptable. I made this appointment because honestly I wanted a provider who looked like me and could possibly relate to some of the issues I had WRONG !!! Never again

Front desk and reception are terrible! They hang up on patients and reschedule appointments without confirming with patients. It’s a true nightmare to get them to answer and send in refills. May switch doctors due to the incompetent staff.

I have lived here for 6 years and the first 3 years I was hospitalized every year because the doctors did not listening . I took my husband on one of my visits. Older black man that did not believe in going to doctors she spoke with him and convinced him to see her and thanks to her we found a life threatening disease. This was the first and only doctor that has listened since I have been under a doctor's care here in Vegas. if you want an excellent health care provider doctor Dr. Okeke is the one she is loving , caring and very passionate about her patience . If she can't do what you need to be done she will send you to one of the best she know. I feel she does not see me as a dollar sign I would recommend her to any and everyone I come in contact with that need a professional caring and compassionate health care provider.

I had the pleasure of being with my "mother " , not by birth, but recognized as my mother.. She and I attended all appointments together, Dr. Okeke was honest, to the point,

Then I spoke to alba (I feel like they gave me fake names) and she was even ruder I don’t understand your in a field to help people and if you’re so bothered to work with people find a different profession. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! If I could give no stars I would. At my first appointment I told her my symptoms and that I wasn't feeling well. She completely dismissed me and told me it was allergies. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get help for a viral infection. Then I went back to have my birth control implant removed from my arm. She did a horrible botched job, nicked a vessel, tried to carterize it and couldn't, so she wrapped a pressure bandage around it and told me it will be fine. It never stopped bleeding and I ended up in the emergency room to get stitches and got an infection from her negligence. Even the doctor in the emergency room was like "who did this procedure," and advised me not to go back to her and gave me a referral to a new doctor.

When I first started going to Dr. Okeke it was for a specific purpose. I was being seen by another Dr for other issues, and because I felt at ease and very comfortable with Dr. Okeke I decided that she was going to be my only Dr. for all the issues I have with my Health. I'm 68 years old and have the normal issues of old age, and she has helped make my struggle with old age much easier!!!

Just recently got put on Medicaid and Dr Okeke was in my network.

Omg, she is amazing. She took 30 minutes to answer all of my questions and concerns. She set up all my referrals to get test done. She was so caring and told me not to worry, we're going to get you healthy again.

Dr okiki really cares she spends time with you she goes through your whole history to make sure anything else she's got a laboratory in her office and her staff is top notch I'm so glad that I found her and I'm even thinking about going to her husband I heard he's a great psychiatrist but this is about Mrs Dr okeke she has spent more time with me in the room than any other doctor ever in my life and it's been long check her out you'll be happy

Not somewhat a place I'd go back to anytime soon.... Dr. Okeke is a very chill, laid-back doctor, but her staff is unexplainably discourteous and impolite. Not a very "friendly" type of front office staff, they'll smack gum in front of patients in the waiting room and talk about things that aren't related to work... Wasn't really a very pleasant first time doctors visit at this office. Wouldn't really recommend it to anyone I know of.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a “Wellness Check” which is free under my insurance.
After my appointment I asked if I had any payments due and they advised the visit was covered.

Unbeknownst to me I was charged and not advised of the new Patient visit of $300 and the MA over the phone says that the visit included a Physical, talk to the Dr. and blood Work. I didn’t get the blood work in the office because the phlebotomist was gone.
The only thing physically the Dr did was stand up and check my lungs.
The MA’s checked my b/p, pulse, and weight BEFORE THE Dr entered the room.
I never had a Physical done inside of the office Dr Okeke office.

She asked 3 questions about my family history.
I asked questions about life style changes (diets) and possible allergies I have been facing, I still haven’t received an referral to get an allergy test done.

She took my questions I had for her and used them as tho she was diagnosing me. The diagnostics codes that were sent to my insurance was everything her and I talked about inside the room.

Definitely will NOT refer anyone to this Office.

Being a healthcare professional and business owner for over 35 years, I don't take authoring these reviews lightly. I can say that Dr. Okeke and her staff are one of the best doctor's office that I' have ever been to. Dr. Okeke took so much time reviewing my blood work and getting to know me and my wife personally. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Dr. Okeke as a family doctor.

These guys really do care. The front desk is unorganized and doesn't always do what they're supposed to but if you call and talk to them they make it right every time. I give 5 stars because they adjusted my prescription quantity over the phone, and gave me a doctor recommendation to see a specialist even tho its been over 6 months and they want me back in they worked with me while i was out of state.

Worse doctors office ever. Only one of the staff members was polite and the doctor is horrible. She doesnt even care. They charge you for coming in and they don't even see if you make an appointment end of day. She told me I had diabetes and gave me a prescription for it. I ended up in the hospital a few days later because of walking pneumonia and fluid around my heart and diaphragm.

I went in here after nights and days of chronic chest pain—and no idea what was happening. She saw how weak and drained I looked and I could begin feel okekes judgement. She wrote me a prescription for 2 weeks of antibiotics and no pain killers—She then told me I looked like I’ve had enough pain killers. I left this office crying. I called my mother and told her I didn’t know what to do anymore, after being to the er many times this month already.

One hour later my mother brings me into the er— I had a heart attack this day. I ended up having heart surgery. I had a deadly infection in my heart that resulted 2 and a half months in the hospital and a new heart valve.

Let this be a lesson to anyone —DO NOT COME HERE

She treated me like I was nothing. And it started w/her entering the office being flippant about what I was wearing. I told her I was assaulted & needed care for my pain & bruising. She told me well yea if you are attacked you'll get bruises. And by this time 2/3 minutes had already passed and I told her I no longer wanted her to be my Dr. and I wanted my money back as I was a cash patient. And she said okay, after a lot to do, & me recording her & staffs antics.

They take my card & feign going in the system for my money 🙄😏 and a police officer comes up. And starts to harasses me and say it's because they called saying I smelled like weed. Excuse me? Really?! Why was I waiting for 30 minutes close for my card if all you were doing was using police to steal my money. Because they couldn't make her give it back. And it's a civil issue. Which I may pursue because that is $200 I lost for her scamming and not treating me like a patient and lying. And not to mention she put me in harms way.

Because I've been to Dr. and specialists since who have treated me for exactly what I came in to her for. And her not treating me but stealing my money set me back in treatment and emotionally about what I already went through. She deserves 0.

I was looking for a new doctor because my psychiatrist is no longer in network and my primary care physician retired. Both Dr. Okeke and Eunice are more concerned about themselves then helping me the patient. I'm not asking for a cocktail of medications, all I'm asking for is an anti anxiety medication that I not only need but have been taking for the last 5 years. Dr. Okeke said I just "need to move on from what the trauma I've had in my life" and "there's no reason for me to be on that medication" she never even took the opportunity to get to know my history or to even ask what led me to have this disorder. Eunice told me that the medication I take can be sold on the streets (so I guess I'm a drug dealer now) and said she wouldn't write me my prescription because she may be investigated... for one person? For writing me a prescription that I need to take twice a day? These woman are unsympathetic and I will never be going back to them nor will I refer anyone here.

Because of this, my hormones are all sorts of whack! Plus on top of that, I've ended up waiting OVER an hour just see her and ask for my prescription. Dr Okeke is very helpful, and a great doctor. But, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Over a month ago, I scheduled an appointment in the morning thinking they would be on time. I had an appointment at 9am today, I was here at 9am and it is now 10:35 as I'm sitting in the office still waiting to be seen.
