I just want to start off by saying this place is awesome. Dr Stewart is amazing. Best part though was BILL, not only is he so welcoming. He made it fun. He did a special color for my son. He definitely is great with kids. If I could give 100 stars ⭐️ I would. Thank you for caring for our kids !

I am so happy that I found Dr. Stewart so many years later. Dr Stewart performed my adult daughter’s elbow surgery when she was in high school. Years later my youngest fractured her toe. He was very detailed with imaging findings, explaining the healing process, and answered all of our questions. It was awesome to see that he still had Bill with him. Amazingly kind human beings! May God continue to bless Dr Stewart’s hands! Thank you so much for seeing us on such a short notice.

I am so happy I found Dr Stewart. I left knowing exactly with what my daughter needed. & with knowledge on how to help her. I wasn’t just told this is what she has and goodbye. He sat down with me showed me her ultrasounds. I would recommend him for anyone with a daughter who has a hip dysplasia. Everyone there from the front desk. To Bill and Jillian are amazing. Dr. Stewart and his staff at Cure 4 the kids is wonderful. My son broke his arm in June and they have been amazing every time he’s gone in for a follow up. I’d like to shout out Bill who always takes the time to explain things so that my 9 year old understands and isn’t as scared. Thank you all for being so kind!

I'm writing to warn others of my deeply concerning- substandard experience today at your Pecos location. This was our first visit, and unfortunately, it left my family extremely distressed.

While the receptionist was courteous and welcoming, the moment we were called back, it became evident that the environment was disorganized and lacked basic professional standards. The medical table liner had not been changed after the previous patient, which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

More troubling, however, was Dr. Stewart’s behavior during the examination. Without any verbal communication or consent, he grabbed my daughter—who is a petite teenager—by both ankles and physically dragged her down the table toward him. The sound of her body sliding across the tissue paper was disturbing, and the lack of respect for her autonomy and comfort was alarming. She is not an infant and should have been spoken to and asked to reposition herself.

Throughout the examination, Dr. Stewart continued to move her body without asking permission or explaining his actions. When she expressed pain and discomfort, he ignored her verbal cues and continued applying pressure to sensitive areas. This caused her physical pain that persisted after the appointment, requiring pain medication at home.

Additionally, three medical students entered the room without any prior notice or consent. At no point were we asked if we were comfortable with their presence. Including Dr. Stewart and another staff member, there were five people in the room, which made my daughter feel exposed and objectified. She described feeling like a “guinea pig.”

The emotional impact was immediate. As soon as we reached our car, my daughter broke down in tears and cried the entire way home. She felt violated, disrespected, and unsafe.

Once home I called and spoke with Julianne, the orthopedic manager, who assured me that the matter would be addressed.

This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be recommending Dr. Stewart to anyone. Dr. Stewart you choose this field so when you're working with children there needs to be a certain level of care, compassion and dignity in every interaction. You are dealing with young lives and families that are placing their trust in you.

My son has been seeing Dr Stewart for over a decade. He is literally the best orthopedic surgeon in town. He has done a couple of surgeries for my son, a couple of them were major surgeries. The care before and after the surgeries have been above and beyond just absolutely phenomenal care. Dr Stewart and his staff have always been very compassionate and worked so well with Shane, we will dearly miss him and his staff unfortunately we are relocating and can't take Dr Stewart and his staff with us. Thank you Dr Stewart Bill and Ryan for everything you've done for my son.

Dr. Stewart did an amazing job surgically repairing our daughter’s broken arm. Additionally, he has been so attentive and compassionate. His staff have also been an absolute pleasure to interact with. Particularly, Bill Cooper has an incredible bedside manner. Bill was so gentle, kind, and careful. Both Dr. Stewart and Bill have made a challenging time for our daughter as positive of an experience as possible. We hope to never have any more broken bones in our family, but we know we are going back to Dr. Stewart if ever necessary in the future.

Dr. Stewart and his staff have been absolutely amazing! They are all so kind and knowledgeable. If you don't understand something they make sure to take there time and explain it to you. He has helped my daughter come a long way with the Arthrogryposis in her legs and hands, thanks to Dr. Stewart and his staff my daughter may be able to walk one day and use her arms and hands one day. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and dedication.

Once again my wife and I visited Dr. Stewart today, September 6, 2023 at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation for follow up for my wife. Dr. Stewart and Ms. Taylor Fong, PA-C are as usual doing an excellent job. They made us feel that we are VIP. They took an excellent care of my wife. Dr. Stewart took his time explaining everything to us with extreme care, compassion and genuine smile as well as Ms. Fong. Thank you Dr. Stewart and Ms. Fong for your kindness and support. Dr.Stewart has been seen my daughter since she was younger and he is very nice , everybody here are amazing

Words cannot begin to describe how much my daughter and I loved Dr. David Stewart and his entire staff! My daughter has scoliosis and we are new residents to Nevada and previously had an amazing orthopedic doctor in Los Angeles for her ....needless to say I was worried about finding a new orthopedic doctor to treat her here on an ongoing basis, and let me tell you, Dr. David Stewart not only came highly recommended by my daughter's pediatrian Dr. Armasi who is also fantastic!!! But....Dr. Stewart trained with my daughters prior orthopedic doctor in Los Angeles, CA. I was in awe of how much time Dr. David Stewart gave to my daughter during her initial examination and in the process he was training 2 students who are also in the process of becoming Orthopedic doctors which I loved! Dr. Stewart was beyond a true professional, kind, knowledgeable and an absolute genius when it came to explaining my daughter's scoliosis issues. I know my daughter is in the ABSOLUTE BEST care for her scoliosis in the entire state of Nevada!!! I loved how classy, clean and beautiful his office was too! Dr. Stewart's receptionist was also extremely sweet and helpful and Dr. David Stewart's son who works along side him, doing patient intake information was also extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable! If you're looking for the best pediatric orthopedic doctor and staff...LOOK NO FURTHER....DR. DAVID STEWART IS THE VERY BEST YOU WILL FIND at CURE 4 THE KIDS FOUNDATION!!! My daughter loves her new doctor and we both look foward to many, many more years with Dr. David Stewart's orthopedic center!!! 10+++ Stars easily!!!

Dr. David Stewart and Ms. Taylor Fong, PA-C took wonderful care of our 7 year old son and his injured wrist/hand. He fell skiing in CA last week and was splinted at the clinic at the ski resort. It took me several hours of calling different orthopedic providers in Las Vegas to find one that met our needs (accepts Tricare West insurance, would see a pediatric patient, would see a patient with an injured wrist/hand, and could see us this week - so we'd be within the followup time frame recommended by the clinic in CA).

I'm so glad we finally found Cure 4 the Kids Orthopedics! PA-C Fong and Dr. Stewart listened to him and to me, explained their concerns about his injury prior to the x-rays and then explained the results of the x-rays, the pain he's having, and his restrictions for the next few weeks. Thankfully it's just a bad sprain and not a fracture as initially thought by the clinic in CA. It was a very thorough appointment, we were seen on time, and we didn't have to wait excessively for any reason. I'm hoping we don't have to visit them again, but if our kids have future orthopedic care needs, Cure 4 the Kids Orthopedics will be our first call!
