Dr Bond has been our families Doctor for 24 years he's always been very good with the kids he's very caring and addresses any issues or concerns I may have. Walk-in are seen in a timely manner. The other Doctor is okay but I prefer to See doctor Bond. The staff seems moody sometimes but I wouldn't change Pediatrician because of them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Unprofessional and Disappointing

What a joke. I called this office while rushing to pick up my kid, explained the situation, and was told to come in right away — so I literally drove 30 minutes from Summerlin to Henderson, trying to make it before they closed. When I finally arrived, out of breath and stressed, they suddenly told me they couldn’t see my son because he’s a new patient.

Seriously? That’s something they should have asked or mentioned over the phone before making me drive across town. To make it worse, when I asked if he could become a new patient, they said “not on this day, not at this time.” Then why tell me to come in at all? Total waste of time and energy.

If this is how they treat parents trying to get care for their kids, I want nothing to do with this office. Zero communication, zero empathy, and zero professionalism.

The staff sucks they’re rude they have a bad attitude and they always give you a stinky face. The only reason I go is because of the doctors themselves. There’s only one lady that works receptionist that’s actually nice. Everybody else should get fired only friendly kind people should be working in customer service or with kids in general. The girl with the black hair and darker colored skin tone working receptionist is nice. Everybody else is no good.

Dr. Bond is an amazing pediatrician! He has been my daughter’s doctor for almost 10 years now, and we couldn’t be happier. He genuinely listens to all your concerns, never makes you feel rushed, and is incredibly gentle and kind. You can tell he is still passionate about his work, which makes every visit a positive experience. He always welcomes you with a warm smile, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes, even for walk-ins. The staff is also friendly, professional, and efficient.

If you’re looking for a caring, attentive pediatrician, I highly recommend Dr. Bond!

Dejé de llevar a mi bebé después de las primeras consultas siendo la última la del primer mes porque no nos gustó la atención por parte de las enfermeras y recepción. Hacen bien su trabajo sin embargo no tienen una atención cálida como debería de ser en área de pediatría, no parecen enfermeras pediatricas ya que tiene un modo de atender algo seco. El Doctor Bond atendió a mi bebé desde su nacimiento en el hospital y por eso decidí seguirla llevando con él ya que me gustó su atención , lamentablemente sus trabajadoras hacen que uno decida retirarse del lugar, te atienden de un modo nada cálido. Mi última mala experiencia fue porque por primera vez una doctora diferente atendió a mi bebé y la recepcionista nos había mencionado algo de la aseguranza, con sus palabras dio a entender que debíamos cambiar a nuestra bebé de doctor, que nuestra aseguranza había asignando otro doctor, entonces cuando la atendió la nueva doctora en este consultorio creímos que ahora ella es quien iba a atender a nuestra bebé y preguntamos a la enfermera si así sería . Al parecer la doctora se lo tomó a mal nuestra pregunta , quizá pensó que no nos gustaba su atención, cuando nosotros simplemente preguntamos porque nuestra bebé tiene solo un mes y obviamente nos interesa quien la estará atendiendo, más si como mencioné yo la llevé a ese lugar para que la estuviera atendiendo siempre el doctor Bond. Entendí que en ese momento él no la había podido atender, pero la enfermera no le explicó bien a la doctora que nuestra pregunta se debía a la duda que teníamos sobre lo que nos había mencionado la recepcionista. Entonces si nos hizo sentir incómodos la reacción de la doctora que notamos que se sintió ofendida. Al salir tuvimos que volver a preguntar en recepción
a qué se referían con el cambio de doctor y la enfermera notó que nuevamente no nos estaban explicando bien así que se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos que simplemente debíamos cambiar al doctor principal en nuestra aseguranza para que la atendiera el doctor que nosotros quisiéramos, en este caso el doctor Bond. Aunque se resolvieron las dudas no nos sentimos cómodos de volver a este consultorio

We have been going to see Dr Bond for 8 years now. We've never had a problem, I can bring all four of my kids and they can all be seen at the same time, they have always taken us in in a timely manner. The nurses have always been so kind and helpful with the kids. I believe Dr Bond saved my son's life back when he was a month old. If it hadn't been for him telling me to go get an ultrasound at RR that day, he would not be here. The other Doctors in the office could have better bedside manners, but they have been great in getting us what we need when we have gone there. The front staff is doing their job, but seems like the billing department does have some issues, you do have to keep on checking so when you come iń there is no outstanding balance. It can be a pain sometimes, but I'll take that over waiting 2 hrs in the wait room to see a doctor.

I’ve been taking my autistic nonverbal son to Dr Bond for almost 10 years now. He is the best in the state, hands-down. He doesn’t care about making money and prescribing medication’s and does not do so unless it’s absolutely necessary. Although some of his staff are a little Dingy; you got to know which ones to speak to. He has a location on Russell Road, as well as Eastern Avenue. As long as he’s in practice, my kids will see no one else period. I CANT THANK U ENOUGH DR. BOND!!! Beyond appreciate u. 🙏🏼💝

I recently took my child who is autistic for his annual checkup. We met with one of the pediatricians who we aren't very familiar with. As soon as the Dr walks in she immediately was more concern of finding out who diagnosed my son and informed me that my son is NOT autistic because he is VERBAL & SMART. This was just in seconds that she made contact with me didn't event made contact with my son at this point. The way she treated my son after was very condescending as she was trying to prove a point to me that my son was very aware of her directions and kept repeating to me that he was not autistic.

I tried to express my concerns to the office manager and she was not helpful whatsoever. She informed me that it was out of her control and that the doctors have an obligation to say things to us parents about our children.
She took my name and number and was going to have Dr Bond give me a call and to this day I have not received a call from anyone.
Ultimately, all I want for this place is to have a better understanding of what autism is. Autism is a spectrum every person has different needs, and some people might need more support than others. It's very frustrating when you have professionals that have this idea of what autism should look like as if autistic children and adults are not smart. Really makes me think of how many children go undiagnosed when visiting this office.

This place is ridiculous they be having NO ONE in and still cant see you. Their lunchs are 1.5 long apparently. The doctors are great but horribly organized its ridiculous to be seen here you have to call off work and as a single parent that isnt an option. This is the second time this office has changed their hours of walk in. I brought my son in today because he has a fever , mind you I’ve been coming to Dr. Bond for 11yrs. So, i know their walk in hours. Per Emily at the front desk the doctor stopped taking walkins at 9:30am, even though they opened at 9am!!!!! She then said regardless, they only take walkins till 10:30am which is not true either because I’ve taken my youngest in on a Saturday and they told me it was till 11am. I asked when they changed their hours and Emily at the front desk stated that their hours changed today 4/16/2022. I asked why was there no sign stating their “new hours” and she said she didn’t know. I love Dr. Bond and I think he’s an amazing pediatrician but it’s frustrating when they make these “decisions” to stop seeing patients at their convenience. The first time this happened, I talked directly to Dr. Bond and of course he was not aware of the issue with his staff turning clients away because they were “too busy”. I hope he’s able to figure this out because it’s not fair to his patients.

Very easy to get an appointment. More than one doctor so the wait is not long. They take walk ins, and are open on Saturdays. Dr. Bond is very friendly and seems knowledgeable. When he couldn't figure out the problem he easily referred my son to a specialist who got right to it. Most doctors have doing referrals but Bond pediatrics isn't like that. The location is convenient as well. The office quarters are big and spacious with plenty of seats. I recommend this office.

This doctor and office easily earns five stars. We've taken our kids in a dozen times and we are always seen on time according to our appointment. Even when we've had to walk in for spur-of-the-moment illness treatment, we saw the doctor within 30 minutes .That's extraordinary for any doctor in any office. Doctor Bond himself is soft-spoken and kind. He doesn't scare the kids and gets the job done. The PA's and NP's are so kind and friendly and work to explain the situations and diagnosis. The office staff, from the medical assistants to the desk manager are all so helpful . I cannot imagine what the bad reviews are about or where they came from. I tell everyone about Doctor Bond and his office .I wish he was a general practice doctor so my wife and I could be his patients too!

My kids have been patients of Dr. Bond for the last 15 years. It's time my daughter move on but my son will continue to go until he gets older. I have always recommended Dr. Bond to anyone asking for a good Dr. He is thorough, he explains everything and has time to answer questions. As far as the staff, they have always been good to us. Helped us with our insurance situation they even made the call for us. I almost feel bad for those of you who have had a bad experiences but then again I don't. I'm sure you have never had a bad day or have never had an attitude towards a cashier, a waitress, receptionist or any customer service representative for that matter, right. Get over it, it was one day. I hope your kid will never have to go to the doctor besides for their shots but if they do I bet they will not get the same quality of care they would have received at Bond Pediatrics. Oh well, your loss.

I've been going to this office way to long. The staff is rude and office is not as clean as you would expect a pediatricians office to be. My son was obviously in need of medical attention he broke out in hives on his face and arms. We showed up to the office before there closing time hoping they could take a quick look since it was obvious he needed to be seen. THEY TOLD US THEY WERE NOT SEEING ANYMORE PATIENTS TO COME BACK TOMORROW OR TAKE HIM TO THE ER. Well, we got attention elsewhere and glad I did. We will not be returning or recommending this doctor.
I work in the medical field and one thing that I've learned through the years is that a doctor that truly cares WILL NEVER TURN YOU AWAY. NO MATTER HOW BUSY HE OR SHE MAYBE.

i LOVE Dr. Bond. i used him for both of my children since birth but his staff at the eastern location is incompetent. it took a month of me asking to forward referrals to necessary offices and still the office hadnt sent the correct information needed to see the specialists. it seems that whenever i call to inquire, i am met with an attitude and a complete lack of information about what is going on. i was forced to switch drs recently due to insurances but i was on the verge of switching anyhow due to the front office staff. fort apache office seems to the better option!

Dr. Bond and his entire staff are amazing. My 3 year old son is completely terrified of any doctor after a terrible experience at a quick care so taking him in for anything can be a bit of a challenge. However Dr. Bond and his staff are completely understanding and do everything they can to accommodate. I am always in and out in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend them to everyone i know.

Dr. Bond is a wonderful doctor and so are the other doctors associated with him but like the review above this one the staff could be nicer and more informing ... exspecially for a first time parent i now have a 1 yr old ... but all in all the health care is great ... and i will continue to take my son to Dr. Bond until he is not able.
