Front desk receptionist were very rude and unprofessional. There was a simple misunderstanding and they took it to another level and was disrespectful and raising their voices. I tried to get them to hear me out but they kept interrupting and just were being plain out unwelcoming. I would never come back not because of the doctor but because the people representing the doctors.

We've had this office (the Fort Apache location) for years and couldn't be happier. Dr. Bond, Dr. Strier, and Zhanna have been a godsend for our son, and always spent the time needed and answered all of our questions anytime. We truly appreciate all of their talent and kindness from their office to our family throughout the years!

Never going back! Went in Dec '23 for our youngest first check up and totally dismissed a cough my 2 other children have had for 2 months at that point. Now today we were able to get seen because all of them have a cough and my youngest has the worst of it -scared it's RSV- recorded her coughing so they can hear it and even the nurse said it sounded "croupy" well the Dr comes in and says baby is fine and totally dismisses her and says my middle is wheezing when we told her she has asthma and a cough. Mind you, I had pneumonia and told them this and told them I was scared they caught it, TOTALLY dismissed my children and everything we're saying and then turn around and tells my husband "well she's better now cause it's not in her chest" but we literally feel the raspiness in her chest and she sounds like a little bulldog. WORST PEDIATRICIAN OFFICE EVER. No care at all, wouldn't listen to us and started arguing back saying "the baby is fine" when she's not! I looked at the reviews before coming and thought this would be a great pediatrician but they aren't and I will never come back!

I had a very Horrible experience with Dr. Bond he accidentally hurt my niece and acted like nothing happened and was not apologetic at all.I had never heard her cry like that nor did my sister. HE Gave her to my sister so carelessly grabbing her like she was an object. He had the audacity to blame her crying on congestion.HE hurt the inside of her mouth, my niece is only 2 months.We get that accidents happen but he didn't care at all. Never again going to him again!!!

Dr Bond and Dr Strier are both amazing, kind and very thorough! The MA/Nurses are also kind and supportive with my children as they give shots or other procedures/checkup.
The office is very clean and sanitary, which I definitely appreciate.
However, the receptionists have been rude and short with every visit/phone call. I feel they need to practice some manners/common courtesy.
I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Bond and dr. Nana are probably the human beings on the planet if you visit to their office. But update seems to be not their responsibility; faxing or emailing referrals? You may have to call back. The staff??? Forget them. Miserable, rude, careless, pretty much every negative adjective fits them (most of them).

I LOVE DR.Bond. He’s literally the best doctor. I’ve only tolerated that place because Dr.Bond was good doctor. But the nurses that work at that place are just so rude. They think there above everyone and give attitude. That’s why we’re switching because they make us so mad. They energy is just not it.

This pediatrician was recommended to me by the hospital. Although I did not like how my son's circumsicion turned out, I have continued to go here for 3 years. Dr. Bond, and all doctors who sub for him in his absence, are amazing and provide the upmost care. As a busy Mom of 6, I depend on the office staff to get me in quickly, work with me on payments, and be understanding. Both the staff and the doctors have treated my family exceptionally well and I thank them for the care they provide.

Wow, Dr. Nana was amazing!
So knowledgeable and kind! It is obvious she loves kids and gave my daughter the best care I could ask for! I was very nervous being a young mother and worried, she explained everything and calmed my nerves.

Disgusting work! It is not possible for them to record for a specific day and time. I make a record, and they say we will record you, but you will call again before a day to find out if the doctor will be on that day or not. It is not right!

I was going to the officesince my son was 2 years old till this the last incident with the doctor at the Fort Apache office . . . I brought my son because of little bumps on this face and chest . . . When we went there we saw the Russian doctor and she just have that strong acccent and when she was telling that my son have a scarlet fever I couldn’t exactly understand what she was telling me due to the strong accent so I asked her if if she can just write It down for me it she gave me a look 👀 and turned around and shook her head in a very rude way . . . After that I told my self I will never go back to that office again because I was treated like a less human being just for asking to write down the name of the virus . . . I just want to warn everybody to be careful in this office coz customer service isn’t part of their work ethic . . .

My daughter has high fever and cough...but doctor didn't send prescription to phamercy...i called twice...and they said it will be sent right away...but it didn't...so my daughter couldn't get antibiotics. but never said sorry for this stupid situation...we'll never visit again.
