This office is horrible at returning phone calls! My mother calls when she needs an appointment and they either never call back or their VM is always full… I have called multiple times today and it’s just VM… what if it’s an emergency and you actually need to get in to see your doctor?! So very unprofessional

It’s like cattle call in his office! Grandma on tons of prescriptions and reactions to most, and the doctor didn’t take any negative reactions into consideration. Insulted me in the first minute about what i was wearing, but does he own a mirror, wearing clothes he grew out of 40 yrs ago! Then ran out in the next minute, only to return to rushed us, practically snapping his fingers to finish us up! Clearly, ZERO patience!

I asked for him to re evaluate the meds and he asked in a tone, do you want to be the doctor, so we won’t be going back! Grandma is off those meds and back at Southwest Medical now under the care of another more qualified doctor and is feeling much better at 91. They even offer to come to her.

Terrible bedside manner and aggressive to women who question his procedures or methods. Just be beware! I should have known the moment I laid eyes on him.
