The only place that actually listens and helps. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Not a facility that just wants to take your money. Highly recommend for all you aches and pains and 1 stop resolution.

I highly recommend Dr. Diorio for chiropractic care. She's very easy to talk to about back issues. She takes the time to listen to what's going on with your body and provides the adjustments that's needed to give relief. Her hands are gifted. The staff that works in the office are very nice and helpful.

I found this place through my insurance which I had trouble doing and I’m very lucky that I found this place, the chiropractor is very warm and has excellent bedside manner and tremendous knowledge of the staff is excellent. Very happy I found this place

Dr. DiOrio has helped tremendously with my lower back pain. And, this week, I went for a routine adjustment. However, I was having some chest pain for a few days, thought it could be a heart issue. She found in 2 seconds that I had a rib out of place, adjusted, and pain free. Can't thank the Spine Center team enough. Best in Las Vegas

By far the best chiropractic experience I’ve had. Jaime and her team were so gentile and treated my body with the upmost care. Unlike traditional chiropractics, Jaime used a machine that calculated the pressure points and realigned my spine with ease. By the time I left, I felt like a person again.
