Jenny is very kind and understanding. I really appreciate her as a primary care physician because she explains things very thoroughly and gives solutions without being pushy. She always attends to me with a Smile and never make me wait in the waiting area for too long. Overall, I highly recommend Jenny if you want a physician that actually listens to you and makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for.

I wish I had done this when I first met her, because wow! Jennifer is freaking amazing. The very first visit, she sat with me the full hour and wanted to know exactly what I needed and how she could help me. And every visit with her since has been the same. While most other doctors spend maybe 5-10 minutes with you, Jennifer sits with you as long as you need to figure everything out. She’s also sweet and kind and knows her stuff. Highly recommend. I’d give her ten stars if I could.

Don’t waste your time. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a provider. The initial intake process was disorganized and frustrating and lacked true communication, but the real issue was the interaction with Justin. Rather than addressing the scheduling errors, and poor office communication, or offering a solution, he was condescending and dismissive. I’m relieved I didn't commit to further appointments. Save yourself the headache and find a team that values accountability and professional communication.
